Organized, professional and absolutely delightful

Holy smokes! I can't recommend Meg and Kay more! These two were incredible and incredibly organized, helping guide us through the wedding planning process. They had a lot thrown at them last minute which, I'm sure was super stressful, and yet, they did a seamless job behind the scenes making everything flow. This left us with the capacity to get down and boogie without stress! Truly, this was one of the best days of my life and we have those two to thank for helping make it so. Thank you, Meg and Kay!

Best Wedding Day Investment

When you start planning your wedding, people will tell you nothing ever goes 100% according to plan on your wedding day. Trust me when I say they are right. This is exactly why we feel the best investment we made for our wedding was having Kay and Megan as our day-of coordinators. In our final prep meeting before the wedding, Kay asked something along the lines of, “Do you want me to tell you if anything goes wrong, or do you just want me to handle it?” On our wedding day, we never heard about a single problem that didn’t already have the perfect solution, and their well-stocked emergency kit had everything necessary to keep our timeline on track. Kay and Megan went so far above all our expectations of wedding coordinators. From the first meeting to see if we connected well, to the final moments of our reception, we felt so supported in every decision and detail, and were completely confident in their ability to take all of the stress off of our shoulders for our wedding day. We and our families couldn’t have enjoyed our wedding any more, and we can’t thank Megan and Kay enough for being such a huge part of that.

Now, Kay is stoked to be working with one of her best friends to make other people’s wedding day truly remarkable. With years in the theatre, anticipating needs, and troubleshooting to make things happen is where Kay shines. With countless productions, events, and weddings under her belt, she can’t wait to help you with your special day! When Kay isn’t making a list or finalizing a schedule, you can find her paddleboarding or hiking around the Missoula area with her spouse and partner, Nic.

Meg Brown is only one half of this incredible duo of To-Do to I Do Wedding Managers. Meg first met her beautiful half stage managing musical theatre, bonding over checklists and set changes. Meg has always known that an event was a success when she managed it with Kay Sibson so it was not a shock when it came naturally assisting her with weddings. Meg has a bachelors of science in Management Information Systems from the University of Montana and is a mother to a beautiful (almost) two-year-old son who has taught her every day the value of laughter and the little things in life. With countless experiences of managing theatre productions, the professional experience of working with event planning, and learning endless patience as a mother, it is her pleasure to assist you in making your special day everything you dreamed it would be. When Meg isn’t confirming details and organizing materials, you can find her diving into her artwork or pushing her son on the swing at the dinosaur park.
