We were very happy with Kayla's service as our day-of planner. We had several phone meetings with her as our date approached, she did a site visit to the wedding location, (which required 300 miles of driving!), and provided us a master timeline for our wedding day, which helped us feel organized and calm. She and her assistant attended the rehearsal, and advised on logistics, and were on-site for 12 hours on the day of the wedding. Their attention to detail was excellent and we felt we could relax and enjoy the day. Our venue was not a typical venue, rather it was an outdoor wedding and reception on the lawns of two adjacent vacation properties, so there were some unique challenges. Kayla took all that in stride and the flow of the wedding and reception was seamless. She also worked well with the other vendors, in advance and on the day of our event. So, we highly recommend hiring Kayla (Epic Events) as your wedding planner.

Kayla is incredible! She is extremely kind, easy to work with, organized, and professional. We worked with her as a day of coordinator but she went above and beyond by driving to our venue in West Glacier months prior to do a required site visit, working with us a month prior to coordinate with all of the vendors and ensure they had an accurate timeline, and arranging a rehearsal. Her and her team worked non-stop the day of the wedding without hardly being noticed, leaving us with nothing to worry about! They set the decor to perfection, made sure everything ran smoothly and had our venue perfectly cleaned by the end of the evening. We are so happy we worked with Kayla and Epic Events and would highly recommend!

Absolutely one of the best decisions we made in the planning of our wedding was hiring Kayla as our day-of coordinator. Kayla is kind, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to reach. We worked with Kayla from Epic Events as our wedding planner/day-of coordinator, and we could not possibly be happier with the excellent job she did! From the beginning of the process when we had our first call to the end of the wedding reception, Kayla was professional, organized, detailed, informative, and calm!! Towards the end of the wedding process, we felt very behind and a little overwhelmed, and Kayla provided a very reassuring and encouraging energy that was so appreciated and really helped us feel prepared and confident for the big day. Kayla joined us for a site visit a few months before the wedding and was in touch with all of our vendors closer to the day, which was extremely helpful, as she was able to remind us and coordinate quite a few last minute details. I could write a novel with how helpful Kayla and her team were on the actual day, but I would be remiss if I did not mention how beautiful our floral arrangements were displayed and how perfect Kayla captured my envisioned tablescapes!! Kayla and the Epic Events team were mission-critical in making our day a success. Hiring Epic Events was the best money we spent on our wedding, and I have told that to anybody who will listen! Kayla went above and beyond, from offering helpful feedback in the planning process to solving problems on the wedding day without me even knowing. She is calm, cool, and collected, and puts everyone around her at ease while being able to take charge of any situation in a really diplomatic way. I would hire Kayla and Epic Events again and again! If you're on the fence, JUST DO IT!

Kayla was a fabulous find. Most Wedding planners in the Bozeman area want to plan the entire wedding at an outrageous cost. I knew I could plan the wedding but wanted someone to help the day of. Kayla was different from the beginning. She was happy to be the Day of Coordinator and travel from Missoula to Bozeman. From the first time I contacted her, she was professional and easy to work with. She had great organization skills and ideas. The day of the wedding she and her assistant worked very hard the entire time. She helped to decorate, coordinate the vendors and herd the cats then clean up! Everything was accomplished that I had on my list. I was able to enjoy the day, mission accomplished! I couldn't have done it without her.

Because we are from out of state, it was very difficult to imagine how all of the pieces of the wedding would come together. It was very reassuring for us to know you were handling everything and we could enjoy this special occasion with all of our family and friends who flew in to help us celebrate.
