As a person who has planned and worked dozens of weddings (I majored in hospitality from Cornell), I can tell you first hand that Sharp Events and Decor is the way to go.  During my entire experience, Jill was extremely professional, prompt, and did extensive research in regards to any inquiry I had.  

From the get-go, she gave me a number of beautiful ideas for save the dates, wedding invites, and website planning that I wouldn't have considered without her input.  She brought excellent props for table settings and  mapped out my venue, providing multiple layout options to consider. She then did an extensive timeline and worked with my photographer on how to facilitate everything smoothly.  Most importantly, when I wasn't sure of something, she took it in stride which I respect deeply about her.  

While I didn't end up getting to have the wedding of my dreams because of the pandemic, Jill worked tirelessly to accommodate me and my fiance anyway.  Anyone would be lucky to have her as their planner.  

Planning a destination wedding can be very overwhelming! I knew I needed to hire a complete hand’s on wedding coordinator. I started to review websites, read reviews and be on the hunt for my perfect wedding planner. Coming from Austin Texas I had a standard I was looking for, I wanted to find someone that would get my modern concept and could turn a barn into a modern contemporary farm wedding. As soon as I saw Jill’s website the simplicity of it, I knew I needed to call her! If you are on the hunt right now looking at other planners’ websites, you know what I mean. I didn’t even have to leave a voicemail SHE ANSWERED! Hallelujah!
As soon as we talked, I could feel her excitement and I just knew this was the woman I wanted in charge of my wedding day. OH, I forgot to mention we planned this wedding in FOUR MONTHS! A destination wedding. She hit the ground running we booked a plane ticket a month later and she drove from Helena to Bozeman to spend the entire day with us going to vendor to vendor even sat with me while doing a trial for hair and makeup! On top of us already loving her we find out that she and her husband Josh also do custom signage and rental décor! She saw our vision and completely blew us away! Our wedding day could have been out of a magazine. No detail was overlooked to our custom champagne wall to my husband's custom “Old Fashion” signage. I need to mention one more thing which is important. The groomsmen all had custom suits made from all over the US. The best man suit was in the WRONG COLOR! Everybody was in a black tux and he had light grey. Jill was incomplete superhero mode and found him a black suit to wear 1 hour before the ceremony started! She saved our wedding photos. I didn’t even know this happened until after the wedding HA! Bottom line she is the best and worth every single penny! We love you, Jill!

My experience with Sharp Events and Decor summed up in one word, PERFECTION! It was truly the best decision I made to hire them for wedding planning and customized decor and signs! I visited with them both about my vision for my dream wedding and they not only listened, but delivered so much more. They are a great team, innovative, crafty and a joy to work with! Jill was so attentive to everything and helped take the stress of wedding planning off my shoulders, but still felt like I was a part of the entire process. Jill was quick to respond to any question or concern I may have had, never leaving a worry in my mind! Their responsiveness and professionalism made the process so efficient and enjoyable!

I had a random request of having a champagne wall for my ceremony. Not only did Josh love taking on the challenge of creating one, the end result was even better than I had envisioned! Their craftsmanship of anything from a champagne wall, their table centerpieces, signs and overall simple details made the whole event tie together perfectly!

The day of the wedding I was able to fully enjoy and live in the moment. They made sure that the entire venue was exactly what I had envisioned. Their attention to detail is truly impeccable! They were able to put my vision to life and created a fairy tale wedding!

All the coordination and logistics leading up to the wedding were handled professionally and efficiently. Jill was able to seamlessly check all the boxes to make sure the day of ran smoothly.
