From our very first call, when I wasn’t even sure yet if I would be hiring a wedding planner, she offered more clarity, guidance, and reassurance in 30 minutes than I could have gathered on my own in a year. Julia and her entire team did such an incredible job planning our wedding. We worked with her for over a year and a half and she was a fantastic resource along the way. I had random questions all the time and she always got answers for me! She also had wonderful advice and tips on things I wouldn't have thought of. Julia helped me plan my absolute dream wedding in Paradise Valley! Not only was Julia professional and on top of everything, but she was also a friend you could rely on and laugh with. Julia was available at all hours of the day and never complained about the amount of times I reached out...which was a lot. Julia was the absolute best investment I made for my daughter’s wedding! My only regret is that I didn't have her plan the entire event. I chose the day of planning only and after seeing what she is capable of, I should have let her have the reigns from the start. She is well worth every dollar!!

6 years ago, I had used a highly recommended planner for my oldest daughter’s wedding and was extremely disappointed. Because of this, when my youngest daughter became engaged, I was hesitant to hire a wedding planner again, but knew I needed help. After much research and talking with more than a few planners, I decided upon Julia, and she literally saved my daughter’s wedding from complete disaster. To elaborate, the photographer I hired went into early labor the morning of the wedding and phoned Julia at 4:30am to tell her that she did not have a backup plan for this situation and no-one would be there to photograph one of the most important days of my daughter's life. Julia began e-mailing and reaching out to over 150 photographers in the area. Because Bozeman has become a very popular destination wedding location, she literally was taking on an impossible task. Julia was able to secure a sweet photographer to fill in and thankfully the day was able to be documented. If I had not had Julia, we would have gone without a photographer, and it would have sent the day into a spiraling disaster.

Julia’s calm demeaner helped my daughter and I immensely. She stayed on top of every detail and her communication prior to the wedding was top notch! I truly cannot say enough good things about this sweet, kind, and hardworking woman. I will forever be grateful to her for saving the day!! Hands down the best wedding investment you can make!

Julia was a godsend during the wedding planning process. We were planning from out-of-state and there is no way we would’ve been able to do it without her help. She kept us on track, was always available whenever I needed to chat through something live and connect med us with the best vendors. Julia helped bring my ideas to life but also made sure I knew all my options and what would look best . She always had my budget in mind when troubleshooting an idea. She was patient with me since I threw my wedding together in 6 months and didn't even have my colors of the wedding party decided until the last month.
