  Fabulous & Everything I Needed

  We hired Julia Moyers because we wanted someone to handle the planning of our wedding top to bottom. We weren't especially interested in handling every detail, or making many choices beyond a color scheme. We handed Julia our palette, and a budget, and she put together the most beautiful day for us with VERY little input on our part. Everything was organized, timely, and delivered on budget– from flowers, to beer burrors, to music, to scheduling the big day down to the minute. No detail was overlooked. Julia offered clear guidance on how to achieve our dream wedding. If you're looking for a wedding planner to wrangle even the most busy of brides and grooms, I recommend Julia Moyers and Bijou Weddings by Design. My wedding would not have been possible without her, simply put. *That is not an exaggeration*
  Julia, thank you for your contribution, your effort, and your impeccable organization. You were kind, dedicated, and your passion for making weddings beautiful was palpable.   The Absolute Best!

  Julia was the absolute best investment I made for my daughter’s wedding! My only regret is that I didn't have her plan the entire event. I chose the day of planning only and after seeing what she is capable of, I should have let her have the reigns from the start. She is well worth every dollar!!
  
  6 years ago, I had used a highly recommended planner for my oldest daughter’s wedding and was extremely disappointed. Because of this, when my youngest daughter became engaged, I was hesitant to hire a wedding planner again, but knew I needed help. After much research and talking with more than a few planners, I decided upon Julia, and she literally saved my daughter’s wedding from complete disaster. To elaborate, the photographer I hired went into early labor the morning of the wedding and phoned Julia at 4:30am to tell her that she did not have a backup plan for this situation and no-one would be there to photograph one of the most important days of my daughter's life. Julia began e-mailing and reaching out to over 150 photographers in the area. Because Bozeman has become a very popular destination wedding location, she literally was taking on an impossible task. Julia was able to secure a sweet photographer to fill in and thankfully the day was able to be documented. If I had not had Julia, we would have gone without a photographer, and it would have sent the day into a spiraling disaster.
  
  Julia’s calm demeaner helped my daughter and I immensely. She stayed on top of every detail and her communication prior to the wedding was top notch! I truly cannot say enough good things about this sweet, kind, and hardworking woman. I will forever be grateful to her for saving the day!! Hands down the best wedding investment you can make!

  Rockstar planner

  Julia was a godsend during the wedding planning process. We were planning from out-of-state and there is no way we would’ve been able to do it without her help. She kept us on track, was always available whenever I needed to chat through something live and connect med us with the best vendors. We had zero issues the wedding weekend and that was thanks to Julia and her team!

  Creative and Professional !

  Julia helped bring my ideas to life but also made sure I knew all my options and what would look best . She always had my budget in mind when troubleshooting an idea.   Above and Beyond!

  Our wedding day and the entire planning process was a dream come true, and we attribute so much of that to, Julia! From the first time I spoke to Julia she was always willing to help ease the stresses of planning our wedding. I had never officially met her in person until our actual wedding week. However, after communicating with her for the year prior, I felt I had known her for years. She is so personable! During the day of our wedding Julia organized everything with grace, kindness, and a sense of calm that put all my stresses aside. All of our wedding guests and family members raved about how warm and helpful she was. I feel so lucky to have had Julia by our side through the planning process.   Could not have been happier

  I was planning the flowers from out of town. Bijou sent me lots of photo's as well as considered the photo'd I sent. The flowers turned out better than I dreamed they would. I would totally use them again!

  Amazing Florist

  Julia did an amazing job creating the ceremony arch at our wedding! I was very unsure about what direction to take with our florals and kept going back and forth on so many things but Julia was so patient and understanding. I was blown away by the final product, she is VERY talented!! I loved my bouquet and the boutonniere she made for the groom. Everything was perfect.

  Julia and her team at BijouWeddings are truly outstanding. We hired her for our wedding in Bozeman (a destination for us) and she was so helpful and insightful every step of the way. During the planning process she always responded in a timely manner, remained organized and prepared, and made me feel like her only bride. On the day of, she had a solution to any issue that came up, remained positive and calm even when I had my moments of stress, and most importantly, she put together the wedding of our dreams - and then some! It was a stress free day that my husband and I were able to truly enjoy, all thanks to Julia and her team.

She was extremely responsive (literally always got back to me within a day), so kind (I'm still so happy I was able to meet her on our wedding day), very accommodating, and our greenery for our reception was absolutely perfect.

  Detailed orientated. Unique style!

  Julia has been so easy to work with! I’m getting married next year, and she has gone above and beyond. I honestly don’t think I could do it with out her. She has such a unique style, and thinks outside the box to make everything special to you. She has made me so excited for my wedding day!!   Saved the Big Day!

  Julia was an INCREDIBLE day of coordinator!! She truly went above and beyond -- providing answers to any questions or vendor suggestions even months before the wedding day! And the best part was she was instantly responsive -- which you'll find many other vendors in Bozeman can take a week + to get back to you, which is super frustrating. Julia responds within hours, sometimes minutes of an email or text! Seriously so helpful!
  
  She also just has a very calming presence and attitude. I wouldn't say I was super stressed out because I plan for a living, but because we got married during COVID, there were so many unknown challenges that even someone like myself couldn't foresee. So it was just so great to be able to bounce a thought or idea off her and she would calm any unease I had.
  
  I think the shining example of how amazing she is, though, is that we found out the Tuesday before our wedding that our caterer and 3/4ths of his staff contracted COVID at a previous event... I called her right away and within 30 mins she had a potential caterer lined up who was available. Our original caterer was supposed to do both our welcome party and wedding. We ended up going with a friend of my husband's who owns a restaurant in town for our wedding, but we did go with the caterer Julia found for our welcome party and they were absolutely fantastic! I could not have been more grateful for her help!!
  
  On the day of, everything went so smoothly! She and her team were super on top of it and they even jumped in to help serve guests at the buffet because our caterer was short staffed and we didn't want people to serve their own food to minimize touching of serving spoons. Really above and beyond!

  I can't put into words how grateful I am that I was referred to Julia by our photographer. She did an amazing job. We were so nervous planning a wedding from out of state, and Julia took all of our concerns away. She was beyond helpful, easy to talk to, and constantly checked in to make sure we were all set. Last minute, she was able to also be our florist! I can't describe the joy and happiness I felt when I saw all of the beautiful flowers and details she put into making our day so special. We didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day and it was so fun to have her there.

  Family Reunion

  Sometimes a family needs a little fun in the sun on the last days of summer. We did just that. I found Bijou weddings and contacted Julia. She was excited to take on the task!
  She was very professional, but the planning was still a blast! The result was wonderful.
  
  My family and I had a great day re-connecting in the Red Lodge sun. Julia found great catering and plenty of games and events for the kiddos. For the adults, there was music and, of course, a great bar.
  Everybody had a great time, it was a day that we will always remember!!

  We hired Julia to take on the entire wedding, and that’s exactly what she did. Every aspect she kept us in the loop, kept our personalities in mind, and created a day that was beyond what I could of dreamed of.
