Working with Julia was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, she kept everything organized and manageable, making what could have been an overwhelming process feel smooth and even fun. She was always incredibly responsive—no question was too silly or small—and her calm, reassuring presence made a huge difference throughout the planning.
What truly set Julia apart was her creativity. She brought such fresh, fun ideas to the table and helped us shape a wedding that felt completely personal and unique. Then, when the big weekend arrived, she executed every detail flawlessly. No matter what unexpected twists came up (and there were a few!), she handled everything with such ease and grace that we never had to worry for a second.
Beyond her talent and professionalism, Julia is simply a lovely person. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and we genuinely miss having her as part of our lives during that special time. We can’t recommend her highly enough—any couple would be so lucky to have her by their side! -

Hiring Julia is the best investment you could ever make for your wedding!
Julia was truly a dream to work with. From our very first call, when I wasn’t even sure yet if I would be hiring a wedding planner, she offered more clarity, guidance, and reassurance in 30 minutes than I could have gathered on my own in a year. From that moment on, Julia was there for me almost every day leading up to our wedding, and her planning, attention to detail, vendor relationships, and genuine thoughtfulness are absolutely priceless. No matter how big or small my vision felt, she always did everything in her power to bring it to life. Beyond her incredible talent, Julia has a rare gift. She is a calm, steady, and grounding presence who handles everything behind the scenes with care and precision while making you feel completely at ease, always with a smile. Our planning meetings, vendor calls, and design boards became something I genuinely looked forward to, and I already miss them so much. Julia executed a wedding day that far exceeded anything I could have imagined, and what started as a vendor relationship turned into a lifelong friendship that I will forever be grateful for. Choosing to work with Julia was the best investment we made, and I truly couldn’t recommend her more highly to any future bride!! -

Julia and her team are a MUST hire. From the moment we reached out to her, she was incredibly responsive and communicative. Any day/time that we needed her, she was there which is exactly what you want when planning such a detailed event. There was never a moment that we felt alone!
She is patient, kind, funny and adaptable. She is there to work with you, giving her opinions along the way but ultimately there to execute what works for you and your partner. As a couple who didn’t have a specific vision for our details, she really helped present options that helped our events come to life.
When picking a planner, it’s hard to know what to expect and if you’re making the right choice. Julia is connected to all of the vendors and couldn’t have worked harder to make it a seamless process. She (and her team) really take all of the worry out of the day/weekend!! She was our savior! If we could hire Julia for every event in our life, we absolutely would. -

Julia and her entire team did such an incredible job planning our wedding. We worked with her for over a year and a half and she was a fantastic resource along the way. I had random questions all the time and she always got answers for me! She also had wonderful advice and tips on things I wouldn't have thought of. We had a 3 day wedding weekend extravaganza and Julia and her team made sure each detail was executed to way beyond anything I could have imagined!! I got endless compliments from guests about how incredible everything was. We couldn't have done it without Julia! Not to mention that she also did our flowers, and they were INSANE. I got so many messages on social media saying how beautiful they were!!! She did an amazing job all around and we are so thankful to her! -

Julia helped me plan my absolute dream wedding in Paradise Valley! Not only was Julia professional and on top of everything, but she was also a friend you could rely on and laugh with. Julia was available at all hours of the day and never complained about the amount of times I reached out...which was a lot. Julia went above and beyond her normal responsibilities several times - staying the whole welcome party when she only really needed to be there for set up etc. Julia' and her team are hard workers and do it with a smile on their faces. I would do it the same all over again!! Thank you Julia for everything! -

I can't put into words how grateful I am that I was referred to Julia by our photographer. She did an amazing job. We were so nervous planning a wedding from out of state, and Julia took all of our concerns away. She was beyond helpful, easy to talk to, and constantly checked in to make sure we were all set. Last minute, she was able to also be our florist! I can't describe the joy and happiness I felt when I saw all of the beautiful flowers and details she put into making our day so special. We didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day and it was so fun to have her there.
If you're thinking of planning a wedding from out of state, or even if you're local, she is the absolute best and a a total gem. I am forever grateful! -

We hired Julia Moyers because we wanted someone to handle the planning of our wedding top to bottom. We weren't especially interested in handling every detail, or making many choices beyond a color scheme. We handed Julia our palette, and a budget, and she put together the most beautiful day for us with VERY little input on our part. Everything was organized, timely, and delivered on budget– from flowers, to beer burrors, to music, to scheduling the big day down to the minute. No detail was overlooked. Julia offered clear guidance on how to achieve our dream wedding. If you're looking for a wedding planner to wrangle even the most busy of brides and grooms, I recommend Julia Moyers and Bijou Weddings by Design. My wedding would not have been possible without her, simply put. *That is not an exaggeration*
Julia, thank you for your contribution, your effort, and your impeccable organization. You were kind, dedicated, and your passion for making weddings beautiful was palpable. Julia helped bring my ideas to life but also made sure I knew all my options and what would look best . She always had my budget in mind when troubleshooting an idea. She was patient with me since I threw my wedding together in 6 months and didn't even have my colors of the wedding party decided until the last month. I could not have been happier with my flowers or with Julias creative input and professionalism. -

Above and Beyond!
Our wedding day and the entire planning process was a dream come true, and we attribute so much of that to, Julia! From the first time I spoke to Julia she was always willing to help ease the stresses of planning our wedding. I had never officially met her in person until our actual wedding week. However, after communicating with her for the year prior, I felt I had known her for years. She is so personable! During the day of our wedding Julia organized everything with grace, kindness, and a sense of calm that put all my stresses aside. All of our wedding guests and family members raved about how warm and helpful she was. I feel so lucky to have had Julia by our side through the planning process. She took all of our ideas, decorations, and visions to create the most beautiful setting. On top of that she managed the wedding day schedule, our vendors, and kept our huge wedding party in check throughout the day. Everything went off without a hitch and we could not have done it without her! Thank you Julia, you truly are the best! -

Amazing Florist
Julia did an amazing job creating the ceremony arch at our wedding! I was very unsure about what direction to take with our florals and kept going back and forth on so many things but Julia was so patient and understanding. I was blown away by the final product, she is VERY talented!! I loved my bouquet and the boutonniere she made for the groom. Everything was perfect. -

Could not have been happier
I was planning the flowers from out of town. Bijou sent me lots of photo's as well as considered the photo'd I sent. The flowers turned out better than I dreamed they would. I would totally use them again! -

Julia and her team at BijouWeddings are truly outstanding. We hired her for our wedding in Bozeman (a destination for us) and she was so helpful and insightful every step of the way. During the planning process she always responded in a timely manner, remained organized and prepared, and made me feel like her only bride. On the day of, she had a solution to any issue that came up, remained positive and calm even when I had my moments of stress, and most importantly, she put together the wedding of our dreams - and then some! It was a stress free day that my husband and I were able to truly enjoy, all thanks to Julia and her team. -

While planning a wedding during COVID was certainly a stressful feat, I was beyond thankful to have found out about Julia. Julia helped alleviate any additional stress leading up to our wedding by providing helpful tips & resources that kept my husband & me on track for our big day. She took the reigns on our rehearsal day & made sure all the attendants knew exactly what they were doing and made it fun & enjoyable throughout.
On our wedding day we knew we had nothing to worry about because Julia was on it! Every little detail, every step of the way, Julia was there to make sure all was on point. My experience with Julia, during our wedding planning was nothing short of amazing. Planning a wedding can be stressful let alone during covid. Julia really helped calm my nerves, she was so organized, and her communication with me during all the planning never ceased to amaze me.
