I spend my days assisting excited brides transform their dreams into memorable moments. And I have fun doing it! My mission as an event coordinator is to transform ANY budget into a top shelf event worthy of a million pictures! And hopefully, every one smiles without having to say "cheese". Raechel from Thea Rae D Events turned out to be an absolute miracle worker!! I had planned down to the "nth degree" and woke up the morning of my wedding day to grey skies and pouring rain. All the decorations I had meticulously deigned to go outside had to wait to be put out until 15 minutes before we walked down the aisle. Raechel kept a smile on her face and turned (what could have been) a disaster into a delight! Absolutely could NOT have had such a special day without her!

Thea was absolutely AMAZING!! I haven't been able to stop telling people how beautiful my wedding turned out. My expectations were blown out of the water and I'm left wondering why I stressed in the months leading up to our wedding. Mike and I are sad it's over, but happy to have met some amazing people such as Thea, her staff, and her referrals!

My daughter and I couldn't of been happier with our wedding planner! We trusted her with all the details and got to know her as a friend! She is energetic, sensitive to our feelings, open to our needs and wants and she came through above and beyond! She helped make my daughters wedding one of the happiest days of her life!

Thea was an absolutely indispensable part of our wedding! Since we no longer lived in Missoula, Thea was a great resource in providing excellent vendor recommendations and local ideas for our wedding. Thanks to her advice, we had wonderful DJs, hair, flowers, cake, etc. Even my mother, who was originally against hiring a wedding coordinator, commented that she couldn't imagine our wedding without Thea. Because of Thea's professionalism and attention to detail, all of our family and friends were able to relax and enjoy the wedding. If you want your wedding to go off without a hitch, hire Thea! I will continue to recommend her to all of my friends planning Montana weddings!

Thea was such a great help. Every little thing brides don't think of, she does. Thea has an amazing eye for detail. Great ideas and taste. She is a joy to work with. She truly wants you to have the best day. I was not stressed at all and it was because she took care of so many things. She deserves a 10 point rating scale.

Thea Delamater is AMAZING. I was not stressed at all the week of the wedding thanks to her. She seriously took care of everything including set-up and take-down. She was so great to have during the wedding process as far as keeping me on track with planning, giving vendor suggestions, and even helping with decor ideas. She was also super helpful when it came to planning out the reception and how to set-up the Hall. I especially appreciated how patient she was when all the OOT family wanted to help but didn't know what they were doing ha ha! I would highly highly recommend her to any other bride.

What can I say? You are incredible and made the event spectacular in every way. Thank you so much!!!! The only problem is that the scale only goes up to 5! :-)Perhaps at some point I would love your advice on how to give the DJs some feedback for being weirdos. Not sure if it is worth it? Can't wait to see you soon! :-) Miriam

Thea was the glue that kept our day flowing and going smoothly! She was readily available and on top of things I didn't even think about. When we booked the venue, part of it's appeal was that day-of wedding planning came with it, and it by far was worth it's weight in gold.

Thea was absolutely essential to having a wonderful wedding day! Her expertise saved us more than enough money to pay for her services, not to mention the value of her reccommendations for receiving excellent service from other vendors. And she is a very professional, wonderfully sweet person.... after working with her in the year preceeding our wedding, I would have invited her anyway! I would refer Thea to any bride who wants a fabulous wedding day without all the stress beforehand.

Thea was great to have! I saved most of my time for the decoration, rehearsal and wedding day and it made it so stress free for me. I was able to relax, focus on getting ready and enjoying the day with my wedding party.
