We can’t recommend Ivvy highly enough! We hired Ivvy to be our day-of coordinator and she also ran our ceremony rehearsal. From our first phone call, we knew we were in good hands. Ivvy put together a detailed schedule for the wedding day and gave us helpful advice about to handle various logistics. And then on the day, she made sure that we had nothing to worry about. Not only did she and her assistant handle all the logistics, they also helped set up the venue and took it all down at the end of the night. And throughout, they were calm, competent, and kind. I would recommend Ivvy to anyone getting married in the area!

Start to finish, Ivvy was professional, incredibly knowledgable, easy to work with, and was an invaluable part of my day. I gave her an idea of what I wanted and she turned my blurry vision into a magical reality. She was a crucial part of finding vendors. She went beyond suggesting the most popular vendors and really thought about which ones I would enjoy the most and who would deliver what I was looking for. She was available to talk whenever I needed her and always made me feel like a priority.

On the day of the wedding, she was so energetic, upbeat and calm. I was beyond impressed with her and her assistant's professionalism and genuine kindness.

As a Texas girl eloping to Montana, I was a bit apprehensive about how my intimate ceremony would look. I finally broke down and hired Ivvy and I am SO glad I did. I had about 20 people staying on location at two huge Airbnb's and I was not even sure what the ceremony space would look like before arriving. Not only did Ivvy help me before hand by helping me create my timeline, but she asked me questions I hadn't even thought about yet. On the day of I knew I could literally ask anything of her and she would have it figured out. I fully trusted her on the day of that it would turn out exactly how I wanted, and it did!! I loved working with Ivvy! She made her schedule more than available to talk and/or meet up with me any time through the process of my wedding planning. Even though she offers coordination, she went above and beyond to help me think of different options and vendors to go with. She even helped me order some last minute greenery for decor. Ivvy was so great throughout the entire process, however, I couldn’t have been more grateful to have her on my actual wedding day. We went over my vision of how I wanted everything to look and then she made it happen. Having Ivvy allowed me to be completely hands-off with set up and coordinating of vendors, which made my day SO much less stressful.

We hired Ivvy from Signature Events as soon as we moved into MT. We hired her as a Full-time planner because we were unfamiliar with the area, vendors, etc. She went beyond our expectations and planned our wedding just as I imagined and so much more. We also added on flower design and the flowers the day of wedding looked perfect and the most beautiful bouquet! Her decoration + setup looked amazing at our venue and made everything less stressful leading up to the wedding day! She had great communication skills with vendors and was always attentive.
