• If I had to describe Chelsea services in one word, it would be flawless. Every layer of her expertise was perfect. I don’t know how she managed to remember every single detail, she understood exactly what we wanted and helped us in achieve our vision. Her advice and recommendations were always top notch! Because of her expertise, she knew how to guide us through uncertain scenarios. What I especially loved was when we wanted to do something different or unique, she helped us attain that. We didn’t want a cookie cutter wedding and she got creative with us to help make it happen. And I loved and valued her input! The day of the wedding, she and her assistants were so organized that everything was handled seamlessly. Chelsea directed her team perfectly and handled so much on the backend that we never had to worry for a moment: we knew we were taken care of. One moment I was especially thankful for on our wedding day, I was started to get really overwhelmed. Before anyone else could even detect it, Chelsea helped sneak me away from the clamor of everything going on. She could see me suffering in silence, and pulled me away from it all so I could recoup before walking down the aisle. Her level of attentiveness never gets lost or diminished in the chaos of a wedding. She’s always looking out for you no matter what. I can’t think her enough for this. And she always, always had a smile on her face. My friends and family loved meeting her, too! They all had wonderful things to say about her. My dad even said “Chelsea was the wedding.” Because of Chelsea, we were able to go through our wedding feeling relaxed. We were able to be ourselves and really enjoy it. After we got engaged, my fiancé, Mikey, turned to me and said, “We’re organized. I love researching reviews. We don’t need a planner; we’ve got this.”

The next day, after realizing just how many details go into planning a wedding—from tent dimensions to seating arrangements—we were frantically texting each other, “How do we find a planner?!”

Chelsea is warm, easy to talk to, and—most importantly to my Type A self—incredibly organized. If you have a question, she has a spreadsheet and a voice note ready to answer it. She has the perfect balance of reminders to make sure everything gets done on time (who knew there were thousands of beautiful linens to choose from?!) while somehow making the entire process feel easy. Her organization, expertise, and incredible vendor connections made wedding planning genuinely fun.

But Chelsea is so much more than a planner. She became a friend and a voice of calm throughout the entire process. During our wedding week, Mikey and I would wake up to a voice note from Chelsea reminding us to prioritize ourselves, take a date night, and actually enjoy the week. She truly cares about the well-being of her couples and wants them to love the process—not just the finished wedding.

On the day of, I never once worried about what was going on behind the scenes because I knew Chelsea had everything mapped out and had talked us through the entire process. I could completely be present, which is the greatest gift of all.

After the wedding, Mikey and I joked that we need to immediately start planning a vow renewal just so we can work with Chelsea again.
