Hiring Chelsea as our full-service wedding planner was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding on September 19, 2025, at The Cabins at Blacktail in Lakeside, Montana. From the moment we started working with her—about 18 months out—we knew we were in the best possible hands. Chelsea is incredibly organized, reassuring, and direct in the best way. Throughout the entire planning process, she gave us thoughtful, invaluable advice on things we never would have even thought of on our own. She understood our vision immediately and helped bring it to life in a way that felt so true to us. At every step, she made the process feel manageable, exciting, and never overwhelming. On the wedding day itself, Chelsea and her team were nothing short of amazing. They started setup early, handled everything seamlessly, and quietly took care of any issues behind the scenes without ever letting it affect our experience. Because of her, we were able to stay calm, present, and fully soak in every moment of the day—something we’ll be forever grateful for. Knowing she was there allowed us to truly enjoy our wedding without stress or worry. What really sets Chelsea apart is how personal the experience felt. She wasn’t just our planner—she felt like a trusted friend who genuinely cared about us and our day. She kept us grounded, supported us emotionally, and always made sure we felt confident and taken care of. We truly cannot imagine our wedding without Chelsea. We would hire her again in a heartbeat, and we wholeheartedly recommend her to any couple looking for a planner who is professional, compassionate, detail-oriented, and truly exceptional at what she does. Wow I am so glad Katie came into our life!! This woman knows. her. stuff. She helped us figure out exactly what we wanted our ceremony and celebration to be with no pressure. She helped our silly little ideas become a reality and recommended amazing vendors for us. She runs a tight ship but is still so calm and chill??? It's amazing. Thank you for being such an amazing collaborator, Katie, you are a freaking rockstar!

When (my now wife) Lindsey and I started down this destination wedding adventure in Montana early last year we had grand designs on interviewing at least 3 planners to make sure we were making the right choice. Needless to say, our first "Zoom" with Katie would be our last interview we had to make! We knew from the first few minutes of that call that Katie was "our person" and she did not disappoint. EVERYTHING was perfection from the get go and she was always incredibly responsive. We cannot say enough about her and we certainly could have NOT done it without her help. We owe this wonderful week to her...everything was perfect. Thank you Katie!!! We would be remiss if we didn't mention her and husband Joe's Switchback Suites in Kalispell. We stayed on our first night in Montana and it was a treat---also highly recommend.

We hired Tiffany to organize and coordinate our parents' 50th wedding anniversary. We expected a simple picnic on the deck. Instead, she blew our minds by decorating our deck elegantly and to the hilt! Everything was gorgeous and it was such a relief not to have to do the organizing, set-up, and take down ourselves. Additionally, Tiffany was prompt and did everything she promised to. Thanks to her expertise and friendliness, the day was perfect - our parents were so surprised and we all had a wonderful time. Stephanie is absolutely amazing! We had her for day of coordination. But we’re able to meet with her multiple times before the wedding to go over everything and solidify everything. The day of she was godsend! She stepped up when other vendors fell short. She made sure my husband and I were having the time of our lives, while everything else is running smoothly in the background. Stephanie is absolutely incredible. I recommend her to any couple I know getting married!!
