Raechel from Thea Rae D Events turned out to be an absolute miracle worker!! I had planned down to the "nth degree" and woke up the morning of my wedding day to grey skies and pouring rain. All the decorations I had meticulously deigned to go outside had to wait to be put out until 15 minutes before we walked down the aisle. Raechel kept a smile on her face and turned (what could have been) a disaster into a delight! Absolutely could NOT have had such a special day without her!

Emily was the absolute best! I hired her the week after I got engaged and it was the best decision I made - we could not have pulled off our wedding without her. We were not local at the time of planning our wedding so we heavily relied on her for all our vendor recommendations, including venue! Her connections in the wedding vendor community were so helpful in helping us choose the right vendors. She went above and beyond - even setting up FaceTime calls to walk us through the venue and suit rental store since we couldn't be there in person. From help hiring vendors & choosing a venue, design suggestions, running ceremony rehearsal and of course day of the wedding - working with Emily was flawless!!

I hired Erika and Plum Tree sight unseen. I was planning a wedding reception after an elopement and I needed help as I was just too busy and distracted to do myself. However, I still wanted an elegant, but relaxed affair to celebrate my wedding. Erika exceeded all my expectations. With the exception of one or two, every question she asked me was answered, do whatever you think is best. So I can honestly say she pretty much did everything for me and my reception was AMAZING! She matched colors with some flowers she only saw pics of, she folded napkins and placed menu cards like a boss, and she coordinated with my vendors like the pro she is. You can not go wrong hiring her for your event. I could not be happier. Whatever event you are planning, she is all you need!

Brittany with Soiree 99 truly made all of our wedding dreams come true. She listened to how I envisioned our big day in terms of style, colors, atmosphere and budget and made it all come to life - 100 times better than we could have done on our own. Recommendations for every vendor were provided and we were impressed by them all. Communication was always timely and we always felt well taken care of. Her graphic designer, Zoe, created amazing day of signs/stationary. Our wedding day was 100% stress free thanks to Brittany and our vendor team. I wish we could plan a party with her every year going forward. Highly recommend!

We were very happy with Kayla's service as our day-of planner. We had several phone meetings with her as our date approached, she did a site visit to the wedding location, (which required 300 miles of driving!), and provided us a master timeline for our wedding day, which helped us feel organized and calm. She and her assistant attended the rehearsal, and advised on logistics, and were on-site for 12 hours on the day of the wedding. Their attention to detail was excellent and we felt we could relax and enjoy the day. Our venue was not a typical venue, rather it was an outdoor wedding and reception on the lawns of two adjacent vacation properties, so there were some unique challenges. Kayla took all that in stride and the flow of the wedding and reception was seamless. She also worked well with the other vendors, in advance and on the day of our event. So, we highly recommend hiring Kayla (Epic Events) as your wedding planner.

Sara was our wedding planner--and we could not be more thankful for her services! Initially, we weren't going to hire a planner. It turned out that we really did need one, and Sara did a great job filling that role. It was complicated for us to live and plan from Hawaii, be married in Montana, and have our family coming in from Maryland. Sara helped to pull everything together. She went above and beyond in many ways to ensure we got what we needed to the venue, and was where it needed to be, when it needed to be there, for our big day. She was communicative in the months leading up to our wedding, helping us feel good about our plans. Sara was organized and made her roles clear to us, so there was no confusion day of. We would defintely recommend Weddings by Sara!

Holy smokes! I can't recommend Meg and Kay more! These two were incredible and incredibly organized, helping guide us through the wedding planning process. They had a lot thrown at them last minute which, I'm sure was super stressful, and yet, they did a seamless job behind the scenes making everything flow. This left us with the capacity to get down and boogie without stress! Truly, this was one of the best days of my life and we have those two to thank for helping make it so. Thank you, Meg and Kay!
