Katie is so talented, organized and responsive when catering to her clients on their wedding day desires. She is a high execution gal who brings a team of providers together for an ultimate wedding experience. I rate Katie as an A++ on everything she did for us on our special day. It was memorable and all of our guests raved about all that she put together to help us create a magnificent event. You will not be disappointed and will not have to worry about a thing with Katie at your side.

When (my now wife) Lindsey and I started down this destination wedding adventure in Montana early last year we had grand designs on interviewing at least 3 planners to make sure we were making the right choice. Needless to say, our first "Zoom" with Katie would be our last interview we had to make! We knew from the first few minutes of that call that Katie was "our person" and she did not disappoint. EVERYTHING was perfection from the get go and she was always incredibly responsive. We cannot say enough about her and we certainly could have NOT done it without her help. We owe this wonderful week to her...everything was perfect. Thank you Katie!!! We would be remiss if we didn't mention her and husband Joe's Switchback Suites in Kalispell. We stayed on our first night in Montana and it was a treat---also highly recommend.

What can we say but first off wow we loved the process and ease of our elopement. While researching our big day we found Katie online and so grateful we did. The thing we loved the most was communication and attention to detail. Katie is always quick to respond to any questions we had and so very pleasant. She gave us so many options for our big day. It was so helpful finding our officiant and photographer plus helping with the ins and outs of the park permit process. The chemistry and passion the whole team had towards our event was heart warming. She always is a quick message away to put our questions at ease. On our big day she assisted with photos, picked up our elopement cake, and flowers. This gave us extra time to just be present in our day. We would beyond recommend her to help with your special day. She is truly a blessing and we could feel the positive, uplifting energy.

Katie from Epic Elopement was someone I found on a whim when my fiancé and I decided to travel completely across the United States to get married. We wanted a beautiful wedding in the mountains with very specific details, all in a place that neither of us have ever been. Katie made that happen for us.

She went out of her way to set us zoom calls, be available every step of the way, support us in last minute decisions, and make our vision come to life. Katie is a wonderful human being and an amazing wedding planner. I didn’t have to stress about anything leading up to the wedding or the wedding day.

There is not a single thing that we had to compromise on for the wedding. We got our dream wedding in the mountains.

She made the magic happen even when we had very specific needs or even last minute needs. She found us a Rabbi, she sent us cake samples, and booked shuttles (a last minute decision)a couple days before the wedding. Let me just say she did all of this in 5 months!!

So when I say she made magic happen she literally made magic happen for my husband and I, plus our ~30 guests that flew in from Tennessee and New Jersey.

I promise she is worth every single penny.

Katie was absolutely amazing! My husband and I decided we wanted to do a destination wedding in MT with about 3 months to plan. I had no idea where to start so I just googled “wedding planners in MT”. An Epic Elopement was the first I came across and from day one Katie was so helpful and made all of my dreams come true! She was there any time I had questions or needed help, which was a lot considering I live in NC! The day of the wedding couldn’t have went any smoother or been more beautiful! She was even sweet enough to take care of all the legal documents after the ceremony so we did not have to miss out on the rest of the things we had planned while there. I can not recommend An Epic Elopement enough!

My husband and I have nothing but positive things to say about Katie! If you're thinking about a small wedding out in Glacier or western Montana, you should hire this lady! She is incredibly responsive, and struck a great balance making sure we were getting everything we wanted while limiting our exposure to the decision fatigue we were feeling thanks to many life changes. She truly made planning a destination wedding stress free, all while we bought our first home, moved across the country, and while I was working internationally for several months. She thought of everything the day of, and all of the little details were perfect - she interpreted inspiration photos I sent her exactly as I imagined them. It was great not to have to worry about the logistics so we could spend the day creating memories with our family and closest friends.

Katie is a dream. After a long covid engagement and a lot of stress about how and where to get married, we lucked out finding this company. One email later we were on the phone with Katie visualizing our perfect day, and we were off and running from there. I cannot emphasize enough how on it Katie is! It was stress free, fun, all the vendors she worked with were top notch and so fun to have as part of our day. Everyone in our family was truly overwhelmed by the beautiful setting and the fact that all we needed to do was show up and enjoy our day! It was perfection, and FUN, and we owe that all to Katie! If you’re thinking of an elopement or micro wedding this is absolutely your girl!

We had the absolute best experience with Katie and planning our Glacier National Park elopement. The thought of planning an elopement in Montana was daunting, especially since we live in Florida. Katie took the stress out of the equation. Couldn’t recommend her and The Epic Elopement enough!

Katie and her services deserve every amount of praise imaginable. I cannot recommend her more highly. Seriously, stop your wedding planner search now, you've found the one! As a bride based in Boston and getting married in Montana (without ever having visited the state!) Katie made planning, organizing, and executing our wedding day the most seamless experience possible. Literally, from day one, she was insanely responsive-- email, phone, Zoom-- highly available and highly flexible. Even answering emails at night and on weekends, to the point I felt bad in reaching out! But honestly, Katie thinks of everything-- the grand picture and the little details. She worked with us to help refine our vision and then bring it to life. No question too big or detail too small for her either-- from questions about taxis recommendations to photography selection, name card placement (she had the brilliant idea of writing our guests names on leaves!) to keeping us informed and up-to-date on the whole process. And then there was the day itself. It could not have been more perfect. Katie was there the entire day, morning to night, setting everything up and helping orchestrate-- I didn't have to lift a finger or worry about a thing. Every little detail was stunning and creative, my jaw actually dropped seeing everything we'd discussed come to life. I knew it would look good because Katie was involved, but it looked better than anything I could have imagined or hoped for. The day went by so quickly that I'm reliving everything through the photos and am constantly floored by what she achieved. I would recommend Katie to anyone and everyone. If you're on the fence about having a wedding planner at all, I urge you to get one. And I urge you to go with Katie. I wish there was space enough in this review to write about every little thing she did, but rest assured, this woman is your ticket to having the wedding of your dreams. Without Katie we would have been at a total loss for how to navigate this process and she was utterly instrumental in making our wedding day one of the most memorable days of our lives. We're so incredibly grateful to her and lucky she puts her skills to use in the world of weddings!
