Experience of a lifetime
Katie from Epic Elopement was someone I found on a whim when my fiancé and I decided to travel completely across the United States to get married. We wanted a beautiful wedding in the mountains with very specific details, all in a place that neither of us have ever been. Katie made that happen for us.
She went out of her way to set us zoom calls, be available every step of the way, support us in last minute decisions, and make our vision come to life. Katie is a wonderful human being and an amazing wedding planner. I didn’t have to stress about anything leading up to the wedding or the wedding day.
There is not a single thing that we had to compromise on for the wedding. We got our dream wedding in the mountains.
She made the magic happen even when we had very specific needs or even last minute needs. She found us a Rabbi, she sent us cake samples, and booked shuttles (a last minute decision)a couple days before the wedding. Let me just say she did all of this in 5 months!!
So when I say she made magic happen she literally made magic happen for my husband and I, plus our ~30 guests that flew in from Tennessee and New Jersey.
I promise she is worth every single penny. -

An epic elopement is truly epic
What can we say but first off wow we loved the process and ease of our elopement. While researching our big day we found Katie online and so grateful we did. The thing we loved the most was communication and attention to detail. Katie is always quick to respond to any questions we had and so very pleasant. She gave us so many options for our big day. It was so helpful finding our officiant and photographer plus helping with the ins and outs of the park permit process. The chemistry and passion the whole team had towards our event was heart warming. She always is a quick message away to put our questions at ease. On our big day she assisted with photos, picked up our elopement cake, and flowers. This gave us extra time to just be present in our day. We would beyond recommend her to help with your special day. She is truly a blessing and we could feel the positive, uplifting energy. -

My husband and I have nothing but positive things to say about Katie! If you're thinking about a small wedding out in Glacier or western Montana, you should hire this lady! She is incredibly responsive, and struck a great balance making sure we were getting everything we wanted while limiting our exposure to the decision fatigue we were feeling thanks to many life changes. She truly made planning a destination wedding stress free, all while we bought our first home, moved across the country, and while I was working internationally for several months. She thought of everything the day of, and all of the little details were perfect - she interpreted inspiration photos I sent her exactly as I imagined them. It was great not to have to worry about the logistics so we could spend the day creating memories with our family and closest friends. -

Have you ever had one of those dreams where it almost seems that your every thought comes true? That the dream is full of magic that doesn’t seem possible? Well, that’s exactly what it’s like working with Katie! Katie took our dreams and not only made them a reality but did so in less than two weeks. Our time in Montana was spent enjoying each other and our special moment rather than stressing over details that ultimately were not even remotely as important as the lasting vowels we were about to exchange. Katie is kind, compassionate fun, funny and just an absolute joy to be around. Our elopement literally turned out to be a fairytale and one of the most romantic moments if not the most romantic moment of our entire lives. The memories we have from the ceremony that Katie performed will last a lifetime. Katie is flexible and professional yet made us feel like old friends even though we had never met. Katie really does go the extra mile to personalize the entire adventure and truly listened to what was said and what was unsaid to ensure our elopement was perfect. Our photos from Kelly Kirksey were beyond anything we could have wanted or imagined. Katie even ordered some snow flurries for the day! Of course, I jest, however in reality, Katie's team is just awesome and she will make your day amazing, cherished and memorable .We cannot express our gratitude nearly enough. Perfect day perfect EVERYTHING!
Katie was by far THE BEST to work with! I would not have changed a single things about our day! She has one of the best personalities and all in all is one of the sweetest humans you’ll ever meet. I have nothing bad to say about Katie or the way she organized our wedding! If you’re thinking about an elopement in Montana she is your girl, you WON’T regret it! Katie was our Day of Coordinator and was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly helpful answering questions and giving advise during the planning process. Day of, she made sure everything looked beautiful and made the day run so smoothly. Katie was so nice to work with. She was fun and professional and we were so glad to have her as our coordinator. -

Fabulous experience!

We are so thankful to have found An Epic Elopement! Katie coordinated the wedding of our dreams, and made the entire day feel like a fairytale. Throughout the planning process, Katie was incredibly responsive, organized, and thoughtful. She answered every question we had, supported last minute details, and ensured everything went smoothly. We wanted an intimate ceremony and celebration with just our parents, and putting our trust in Katie was the best decision we could have made. Amazing micro-wedding in Glacier!
Katie made our micro-wedding in Glacier absolutely incredible! After seeing her past work, we knew she was our first choice, and we were so lucky she was available. From start to finish, Katie kept us focused on what needed to be done, organized the best vendors we could have asked for, and executed perfectly (partially while moving cross country). The communication throughout the process was consistent and professional. Most importantly, she truly listened to what we wanted and created an experience that was unique to us. As the preparations began prior to the big day, Katie and her husband (thanks, Joe!) were completely prepared, and also were able to adjust on the fly to the additive features of the reception venue which made the day that much better! We cannot recommend Katie enough.
P.S. – Katie was also a great pseudo-therapist for my wife, making a normally stressful process much more manageable! -

Katie with An Epic Elopement made our dreams come true. We wanted an easy wedding with our parents in Glacier National Park. Since the times are crazy right now we had to cancel our original plans for a wedding and elope. This company makes elopement so easy! I was very pleased with my makeup and hair, it was exactly as I imagined. Our officiant was so great. She made us feel like she has known us forever. Our ceremony was so personal and sweet. My flowers were gorgeous and our ceremony site was perfect! We highly recommend using An Epic Elopement for a easy, beautiful wedding.An Epic Elopement's reply:
