• If I had to describe Chelsea services in one word, it would be flawless. Every layer of her expertise was perfect. I don’t know how she managed to remember every single detail, she understood exactly what we wanted and helped us in achieve our vision. Her advice and recommendations were always top notch! Because of her expertise, she knew how to guide us through uncertain scenarios. What I especially loved was when we wanted to do something different or unique, she helped us attain that. We didn’t want a cookie cutter wedding and she got creative with us to help make it happen. And I loved and valued her input! The day of the wedding, she and her assistants were so organized that everything was handled seamlessly. Chelsea directed her team perfectly and handled so much on the backend that we never had to worry for a moment: we knew we were taken care of. One moment I was especially thankful for on our wedding day, I was started to get really overwhelmed. Before anyone else could even detect it, Chelsea helped sneak me away from the clamor of everything going on. She could see me suffering in silence, and pulled me away from it all so I could recoup before walking down the aisle. Her level of attentiveness never gets lost or diminished in the chaos of a wedding. She’s always looking out for you no matter what. I can’t think her enough for this. And she always, always had a smile on her face. My friends and family loved meeting her, too! They all had wonderful things to say about her. My dad even said “Chelsea was the wedding.” Because of Chelsea, we were able to go through our wedding feeling relaxed. We were able to be ourselves and really enjoy it. Without her, we would have truly been lost. Any couple would be in great hands with her ◡̈ -

Chelsea is everything you want and need in a wedding planner. She has the kindest heart, she is detail oriented and a go getter. From the moment we had our first phone consultation, I knew she was dedicated to making our wedding vision come true. Throughout the wedding process, she was supportive not only with our wedding vendors and vision, she frequently checked in with us to make sure we were pausing to reflect and just enjoy being engaged. Honestly, she became a friend and confidant throughout our planning process. No matter the problem or situation, she always put the bride and groom first. She showed up for our wedding day with a team of 3 who were enthusiastic, helpful and kind. She worked a 19 hour day without complaint and absolutely crushed it. Chelsea is worth every penny and then some. If you want a stress free wedding day, Chelsea is your girl! -

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Chelsea! From our very first meeting, she made the entire wedding planning process feel effortless. Her calm, organized approach meant we could actually focus on each other leading up to the wedding instead of stressing over the details. And as a couple who currently lives outside Montana, Chelsea's deep network across the Flathead Valley was so valuable – she truly built us the best team for our special day and it's clear that other vendors don't just know her and her business, they genuinely respect and trust her. But where Chelsea really shined was on our wedding day itself. She was truly the MVP, handling every detail behind the scenes, and without a hitch, so that we could be completely present with our friends and family and not worry about any planning or logistics (some unexpected highlights include the to-go box of cake she set aside for us before it was all gone, the guest videos she and her sister Lindsey filmed on our phones, and the extra lip gloss she carried around all night in her fanny!). Her business name says it all! Chelsea’s events are flawless! If you want a wedding planner who will make your day stress-free, beautiful, and exactly what you imagined except better, Chelsea is your gal. We're so grateful we had her by our side! -

The wedding planning year has been absolutely insane and Chelsea has been a Godsend! I (the bride) was in accelerated nursing school which made this whole process even more tedious along with being long distance and planning our honeymoon. Thank goodness for this angel who took so much of the load off of us by helping find vendors for us that were after our heart. Chelsea knows almost all vendors in the valley therefore was able to easily recommend ones. She made communication with vendors smooth and efficient. HOWEVER, the BIGGEST help was the day of our wedding. Her and her team were flying around like busy little bees that were invisible. She made our dream of a magical, whimsical, and romantic wedding come to life. Their hard work was evident and BEYOND BLESSING towards us. She helped pull off several surprises and significant events for our day!
But above that Chelsea is entune to emotions, is caring, and loving. She wants what is the best for us no matter what! She reached for the stars in order to make our dreams happen. We can not thank her enough for all she walked through together with us. We would have not survived without her! Thank you Chelsea for all the hard work you poured into us and our day. Happiest day of my life!
Chelsea was incredibly helpful on one of what should have been the most beautiful/stressful day of our lives. She is a true professional and had every single aspect of the wedding planned down to the minute. Her schedule was flawless, and we never doubted that we were in good hands. Her attention to detail down to the end of the night really blew us away. When we got to our room a plate of our appetizers, dinner, and desserts were waiting for us. We truly appreciated her thoughtfulness and true dedication to the best day our lives -

My husband and I had our wedding on May 1, 2021. We were part of the "covid wedding" madness, as our original date was in May of 2020. With a mix of emotions going into the reschedule of our big day, we were lucky enough to have Chelsea as our Day of Coordinator. Her help and expertise was very much appreciated. At the time of our wedding Chelsea was also 36 weeks pregnant and she still handled coordinating our day like a BOSS. She was well prepared for the walk throughs, where we discussed both my vision for the day as well as other details that I hadn't even thought of. The day of I had nothing to worry about and our wedding went off without a hitch! She coordinated catering, a mobile bar tap truck, live musician plus a DJ, two photographers, florals and other rental deliveries. We still have friends and family bring up how much fun and smooth our wedding day was! We are forever thankful for Chelsea and all of her help for one of our favorite days! -

My husband and I were raised in Montana but currently live in Reno, Nevada. Without a doubt, we knew we’d get married in our home state. However, we quickly discovered that planning a wedding from a distance was a more significant endeavor than we had expected. Flawless Events by Chels was the first wedding planning service to appear after our Google search, and with good reason. We received a response from Chelsea in less than 12 hours, and after our first phone conversation, we immediately knew she was meant to be our planner. It also helped that I am a devoted Los Angeles Rams fan, and she was formerly a strengthening coach for the team. If that isn’t fate, I don’t know what is!
From start to finish, Chelsea was professional, attentive to detail, and organized. She responded promptly and frequently to all our questions and concerns. Throughout the planning process, she put stress at ease and created a sense of warmth and excitement. She understood our vision and cultivated a design to enhance all aspects of the day. Chelsea’s expertise in managing the timeline was invaluable, and her creativity shone through when she suggested the perfect unique touches that reflected our personalities. On the wedding day, Chelsea seamlessly orchestrated a stunning and lovely atmosphere. Her expertise and commitment allowed us to savor and enjoy all moments of the day without worrying about logistics. We cannot thank Chelsea enough for her passion, dedication, and artistry in creating a beautiful and dreamy wedding. It was indeed a magical experience; one we’ll cherish forever.

Full Version: Chelsea is a complete rockstar. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind and authentic, making us feel at ease during the whole process. Her experience alone makes her someone that you want on your team. Any question that I had throughout the entire process, she was able to answer and give advice or suggestions. She was able to break down different things I needed to do or choose by different dates in a way that felt doable and stress-free. Her communication was always clear and prompt, keeping us informed every step of the way. What truly sets her apart is her attention to detail and thoroughness. It was evident that she genuinely cared about making our day special, and her dedication to understanding what was important to us made all the difference.
On the day of the wedding, I never once had to stress about anything that Chelsea was in charge of. I had full faith in her and her team. They are able to coordinate everything and everyone with such precision and kindness. They were directors and friends, simultaneously. They worked their tails off so that we could be at peace and enjoy our day. I cannot speak highly enough about Chelsea and her team. I work in the television industry and am super SUPER organized so when I was getting ready for my wedding, I thought I could handle it by myself. I have never been more grateful for my husband pushing me to hire a planner/coordinator and that person is Chelsea Romero. Chelsea is BEYOND incredible. Every detail was constantly tracked, I never could’ve forgotten a thing with her by my side. Her personality is lovely to work with. She’s a true problem solver and a joy to work with…And when it came to the rehearsal and wedding day itself- I can’t believe there was a moment I’d even considered doing it on my own.
Our big day went off without a hitch! She kept everyone and everything on time. Her communication skills are superb and the team she had under her were a perfect reflection of her style and MO: nothing short of invaluable and fabulous.
I cannot recommend Chelsea enough. If you want someone you can trust with your big day- look no further.

Western Boho Montana Wedding
Flawless events by Chels!!! That is all you need to know when planning for your perfect day in Montana. Chelsea quickly became the best decision we made when planning our September wedding in Whitefish. Between phone calls, emails, meetings and the never ending texts we sent her, she was always so helpful and truly made our big decisions and even the tiniest ones, flawless. Chelsea’s communication and kindness, made myself as the Bride, feel at such ease that I actually loved the planning process. We wanted our wedding to feel “western boho chic” nestled between the cabins and pine trees and on September 7th, and it felt just like that. Our guests, family and friends, have given us never-ending compliments on how the day turned out and I keep saying, it was all Chelsea… because it really was! Between coordinating all of our vendors, keeping the wedding parties on the timeline, making sure we got behind the scenes late night videos and that we, as the Bride and Groom, had everything we needed to enjoy and be present during our day, she nailed it. Chelsea is absolutely exceptional at what she does. When we started our venue search process in Whitefish, multiple venues recommended Chelsea as the go-to planner in the area and we knew we had to reach out. From our first phone call, it was evident that Chelsea knows what she is doing, has a great process and tools in place to stay organized, and has excellent relationships with vendors in the area. This part turned out to be more important than we could have imagined - every vendor that we worked with was incredible.
Throughout the process, Chelsea was highly communicative and answered all of our questions. When it came to the actual wedding day, our day was completely stress-free; Chelsea and her team took care of everything - from vendor coordination to making sure all people were in the right place at the right time to having cocktails in hand for us after the ceremony - with amazing attention to detail along the way. She truly brought our vision to life and we couldn't be happier with how things turned out. Flawless in Every Way - The Dream Team Behind Our Perfect Day!
We truly don’t even know where to begin... hiring Chelsea and her team was hands-down the best decision we made for our wedding. They executed the most important day of our lives absolutely flawlessly. Our wedding day exceeded every expectation and completely blew us and our guests away!
So many friends and family members came up to us during and after the celebration raving that it was one of the best weddings they had ever attended. There is truly no better compliment a bride and groom can receive, and it’s a testament to Chelsea and her incredible Flawless Events team.
As a bride, it can be hard to fully trust someone to bring your vision to life. I was determined to recreate a round bar I had seen on Pinterest, and not only did Chelsea nail it, she made it even better. I literally teared up when I saw it for the first time!
Having someone so dedicated, aligned, and genuinely excited to make your dream a reality is rare. I truly felt like I was working with a best friend, not just a planner, every step of the way.
On our wedding day, we didn’t lift a single finger. We honestly felt like royalty or members of the secret service with how attentive the Flawless Events team was! Need a drink? It was already on its way. Need to use the bathroom? A shuttle magically appeared so we didn’t have to walk. Late-night Chick-fil-A? The team was circulating trays of sandwiches so no one had to leave the dance floor. The level of thoughtfulness and care was unmatched.
Another huge testament to Chelsea is how loved and respected she is by vendors in the area. As a Whitefish local, I know many folks in the industry, and the moment I mentioned Chelsea from Flawless Events, everyone lit up “Oh my gosh, she’s the best! We love working with her!” That kind of reputation speaks volumes about her professionalism, talent, and heart.
Chelsea, Linsey, Sarah, and Taylor we don’t have enough words to thank you. You made our day unforgettable in every possible way.
P.S. A special shoutout to Linsey, who kept me calm and laughing while getting ready, and even drove just me to the venue right before I walked down the aisle. I couldn’t have held it together without you!

Best money spent on the wedding!
I booked Flawless Events by Chels after an introductory phone call with Chelsea. She was the first vendor I booked and probably the best money we spent on our wedding day. I also spoke to a bride who had hired Chelsea prior to me and she raved about Chelsea. Your wedding is such a special and important day, filled with love and should be about you and your partner. Chelsea exceeded my expectations. She is extremely reliable and also so there for you and your person emotionally. She loves the couples she works with and never made me feel like this was a business transaction. Although, when it comes to business Chelsea is extremely astute and provides such valuable advice about how and where to spend money for the biggest impact over your wedding weekend. She would pick up on things I would never have noticed in order to save money. I was not surprised when I started personally meeting vendors and they were ecstatic to be working with Chelsea.
Lead up and day of the wedding, Chelsea and her team were phenomenal. I was busy following my timeline with family, friends, and my partner in one place on property taking photos and doing private vows, while Chelsea was on the opposite side of the property working on ceremony set up and table settings. Despite the distance, I was never alone. I was always with at least one of Chelsea's assistants at all times. Her girls are the most warm, loving, smiling, welcoming, and helpful team. Chelsea executed my table setting vision to perfection.
Communication with Chelsea over our almost two year engagement was easy. We texted, emailed, talked on the phone, whatever worked best depending on the discussion topic. Chelsea is extremely reliable, intelligent, fun, organized, professional, and timely. My husband, my mom, and his mom continually said throughout the process how impressed we were by Chels. Best money we spent all weekend!

Not even sure where to begin with Chelsea and how instrumental she and her team was in helping us not only plan but execute our big day. Jourdan and I are forever thankful to how detail oriented and organized Chelsea is and was throughout the wedding planning process. As a remote couple, she provided a sense of calm being near our venue and navigated interactions with vendors incredibly well. I can’t recommend Chelsea enough!

For our wedding, Chelsea was our coordinator at Newhall Mansion in March 2022, and she was awesome. We had about 70 guests with a ceremony, family-style meal and really fun dance party that all took place at the same venue space.
Chelsea is extremely organized and thorough, positive and encouraging. She thought of pretty much everything and helped us remember small details so that we didn’t forget anything. The day of the wedding went seamlessly, because Chelsea and team took care of all the setup of centerpieces, the welcome table and the various party favors (flip flops, blankets and party sticks). It was so amazing, and the team set everything up just as we had envisioned it. There were so many little details that we didn’t have to worry about, because Chelsea had it taken care of. If you struggle with keeping everything straight or following a schedule, Chelseacan make sure that everything runs smoothly. And she made everyone in our wedding party, friends and family feel so welcome!
At the end of the evening, we didn't have to worry about a thing. All our various decor and gifts were organized inside. A few family members left items like hats and sunglasses behind, and those were thoughtfully placed in an easy spot to find them the next day. So after a wonderful day of celebrating, we didn’t have that much to do at the end of the night. We highly recommend Chelsea as a wedding coordinator for your wedding celebration. -

Chelsea and her team with Flawless Events live up to their name. She will take your wedding vision and make it a reality. She is quick to respond to any and all questions and requests. She is organized, well connected to vendors here in the valley and great at communication. Every vendor we talked with has glowing things to say about Chelsea because her events are, in fact, flawless.
The week of our outdoor wedding we learned that the weather was not in our favor with rain and cold temperatures. We had the peace of mind knowing that Chelsea and her team would make our day magical, even in the rain and she did just that! Chelsea is one of the best wedding planners in the Flathead and you’ll do yourself a disservice not working with her and her team. 5/5 stars.

Truly Flawless
Chelsea’s team is THE team we would hire over and over again!! We were initially on the fence to hire a coordinator, just trying to cut costs wherever we could, but we are SO glad we did. Chels was so helpful with vendor connections, layout, timeline, communication, and Every. Last. Detail!! As a type-A gal myself, I was cautiously preparing myself for something to go wrong or not meet my expectations, but we are still stunned at how our wedding day flowed absolutely seamlessly. As people who often host, it was so nice to feel like the guests of honor and actually get to enjoy the night rather than feeling like we are hosting 100 people!
Chelsea’s assistant, Katharine, was the best right-hand woman on wedding day too! She was so down to earth and fun to have by our sides for wedding day; she’s the ultimate hype girl and we actually miss her and her smile after only knowing her for the day! Not to mention, she magically had my touch-up makeup and water all day long which was a lifesaver for our late July date.
I could not recommend this team enough, they truly live up to their ‘Flawless’ name and are the reason our day was the best day of our lives❤️ -

I did that whole... is it worth the money to hire an event coordinator for my wedding? I do events for a living... DON'T THINK JUST BOOK! I was able to TOTALLY ENJOY and BE IN my wedding day thanks to Chelsea. She handled EVERYTHING from top to bottom. And we had a REALLY unique wedding, but it was no match for her skills! She is worth EVERY DIME! And let me just add... all of the companies she suggested to me were INCREDIBLE! Chelsea was everything we could have wanted for a coordinator on our wedding day! We wanted more of a traditional-vibe to our wedding, but still with unique twists here and there. Chelsea knew exactly what we were envisioning and helped make it come to life! She always had lots of fun ideas that we had never thought of, but she could also grasp how we were feeling about certain things and would give weight to what we thought was most important. She is an excellent communicator and we never had any doubts about her ability to complete tasks. Our friends and family who attended our wedding also commented on how wonderful Chelsea was (and her assistant!) and how they helped make the day efficient and stay on track. Lastly, our favorite characteristic about Chelsea is that she cares not only about your wedding day, but she cares about you as a person and is always checking-in to see how things are going in your day-to-day/normal life. Words can't describe how grateful we are that Chelsea coordinated our wedding. Being an out-of-state bride, I had to do a majority of planning through emails and phone/Zoom calls, and I certainly had my fair share of anxiety about everything coming together. Any concerns I had were wiped away upon our first Zoom meeting with Chelsea. She's confident in her craft and was very reassuring throughout the entire process. We booked her over a year in advance, and she always happily responded to my plethora of emails and questions in a timely manner. She is uber-organized, meticulous, and a joy to speak with and be around. On the day-of, we absolutely knew we were in the best of hands as she expertly orchestrated our event with professionalism and class. I've been involved in other types of events and have interacted with various different coordinators, and none of them held a candle to Chelsea! Flawless Event Coordinating is true to the name! Chelsea was the BEST partner and collaborator for our big day. She understood our vision and also covered every detail. She went above and beyond at every step in the process. Chelsea was organized, professional, responsive and fun at the same time. She responded to changes and issues with ease. Our original florist sold their business 3 weeks before our wedding day and Chelsea was able to get a florist to step in on short notice even though they already had a wedding that same day.
Chelsea's great connections and relationships in the valley are a testament to her character and quality of her work. We are thrilled to have found Chelsea to plan our wedding as it turned out better than we ever could have imagined. I had a very specific vision in my head and the flawless team brought it to life. Chelsea had so many vendor recommendations for everything we wanted or needed. We went with everyone she recommended and we loved every vendor. All brides wish their wedding could be perfect and ours truly was. Our wedding day was completely stress free thanks to Chelsea and her team. Walking into our reception area made me speechless. Everything was even more perfect than I could have ever imagined, and we weren’t the only one’s who thought so, because our wedding is being featured in Montana Bride Magazine! The flawless team was on their A game. The organization and communication throughout the planning process and day of allowed us to have the most perfect day. To any bride debating on hiring a planner or not- DO IT! There are more things that go into wedding planning than you could ever imagine, but Chelsea will make sure nothing is forgotten. Chelsea was an absolute DREAM to work with! Our original date was in 2020 and as the world shut down and we realized our dream wedding wasn't in the cards on the original date, Chelsea was there to help answer any questions we had. As our new date approached in 2022 she seemed to always be available to answer questions and got back to us so quickly. On the day of, she helped execute our vision perfectly and the whole time we knew we were in good hands. Things never run perfectly, but even as little things happened in the morning of, as a bride, I was able to sit back with my champagne and get pampered and not worry about a thing. Throughout the day she was there to help keep us on schedule, make sure we were fed AND had drinks the whole day. Simply the Best! -

Best ever!
I don’t even know where to start, there are so many great things to say about Chelsea! She was absolutely amazing! I booked her for the full planning and I’m so glad I did! There were times where I was stressing myself out, and whatever it was, she took care of it. Keeping me calm the weeks leading up to the wedding, making sure we had all vendors ready, constantly keeping up with the perfect timeline she created, just everything she did was phenomenal! I didn’t have to worry about a thing on our wedding day…except for our dance! Everything went so smoothly and she made sure we stayed on track with the timeline. So many friends and family (and some vendors) told me it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to and even told me that I should be a wedding designer/planner and I had to tell them that I had one and she’s the reason it turned out so perfect! I would recommend her over and over again! I loved her! Thank you soooo much Chelsea! -

Chelsea is a GODSEND! Wedding planning is super stressful and you really want someone like her in your corner. As a bride planning a wedding from out of state, I felt secure and cared for and I had complete trust in her ability to deal with anything and anyone before and during the event. She's seen it all and really makes sure that the bride and groom have the most memorable day of their life. Chelsea also made such a great impression on my family and guests that there was nothing but praise to be heard! She is reliable, prepared, and overall just a pleasure to work with. -

There aren't enough words in the English dictionary to describe how amazing Chelsea was for our wedding. She took what could have been one of the most stressful parts of our lives and turned it into something fun, creative, exciting, and something we looked forward to working on. Chelsea is extremely organized. Her spreadsheets were always up to date, and formatted in a way that was easy for us to understand. When picking out vendors, Chelsea asked what we wanted, and narrowed down the choices to a handful for us to choose from. She handled almost all communication to vendors, and we always felt comfortable asking her to reach out on our behalf.
Chelsea as a person is extremely attentive, enthusiastic, and empathetic. She didn't take control of our wedding, instead she acted as the best co-pilot you could ask for. She provided us the information and options, let us make the decision, and then executed on that vision.
Chelsea went above and beyond throughout the whole process. She lives in Kalispell and would make the three-hour drive to meet us in Bozeman. I truly believe she took our wedding from ordinary to extraordinary. Her rates are extremely reasonable, almost to the point that we felt guilty not paying her more. She was by far the best investment out of any aspect of our wedding.
I would recommend Chelsea to anyone and everyone. Not only did she personally ensure our wedding would be something we would remember for a lifetime, but she gained two new friends along the way. Immediately after the wedding, we were sure to let Chelsea know she was welcome to stay with us any time she is in Bozeman. We can't wait to see her again. Thank you Chels for everything you did for us. We are forever grateful.

If you’re getting married in Montana and not hiring Chels from Flawless Events, you’re doing it wrong!
Chelsea was truly amazing to work with throughout our entire wedding planning process. From the very beginning, she brought next-level organization, crystal-clear communication, and a kind of upbeat charisma that made every step of the journey feel fun instead of stressful. We worked with her for over a year, and somehow she always knew exactly when to gently (and effectively!) nudge us to keep things moving without ever making it feel overwhelming.
She has that rare combo of being both incredibly professional and genuinely enjoyable to be around. She kept us on track, handled every detail with perfection, and made sure we were aware of every decision that had to be made! She brought calm to chaos and joy to the juggling act that is wedding planning.
On the big day, you could tell her inner coach came out! She was dialed and excited to make sure everything fell into place correctly. Everything ran seamlessly, and we got to fully live in the moment, which is all you can really ask for on your wedding day.

Chelsea was such a dream to work with for our wedding. She literally thought of every last detail, down to having lights along a pathway that gets dark at night. Our photographer showed up with an extra assistant day of, and before we even had a chance to tell her we needed an extra vendor meal, she had already taken care of it. She’s always 5 steps ahead and so thorough. Because of her, we could actually relax and have fun at our wedding! Highly recommend Chelsea for anyone getting married! -

Chelsea was our day-of wedding coordinator for a middle of Covid wedding of about 130 people. She was incredible! From the moment our friends and family began arriving for the weekend, she was efficient, gracious and very helpful. I laid out my vision for the day and she executed it perfectly. Everything ran smoothly, she was easy to talk to and I wouldn't change a thing. Almost two years later and people are still talking about how much fun our wedding was, we couldn't have made it through the day without her. Our wedding coordinator Chelsea was amazing! From the beginning, she was responsive to all of our questions and provided helpful guidance throughout the planning process. Chelsea gave personal recommendations for many of the vendors we ended up using. She was intimately familiar with our venue and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly on the big day. Despite being constantly on the go, handling everything from payments, tips, and vendor coordination, we never had a worry in the world. She was even the person who realized our Rabbi was running late and got in touch with him to get him there on time. Chelsea is the best!
I couldn't imagine my wedding even happening without Chelsea - she was amazing! She was with us every step of the way, and I never had to worry about something slipping through the cracks or not getting done. Down to the placement of candles in the exact spot we discussed, to wrangling my family and wedding party, she was a life saver and instrumental to the success of my wedding.
