This tranquil bend in the river provides a beautiful setting for a private ceremony and picturesque reception for up to 125 guests. For the complete unified experience, the Nest provides lodging your closest family and friends. Harmonic views and relaxing waterfront event spaces make for a unique canvas with which to plan your milestone celebration. Proud owners, Mike and Pam are excited to welcome you in and to help you on your way to hosting an unforgettable wedding occasion. Be it your engagement party, an elopement, bridal shower, or your ceremony and reception, this venue has everything you need and more. Specializing in off-season intimate indoor weddings in the Gathering Room. For up to 45 guests, don't let the weather stop you from exchanging vows in our Gathering Room!

There are 5 fabulous event spaces available for you and your planner to transform into a wedding-day-wonderland. Your options for a memorable ceremony are various and include the likes of a riverfront site. For all other gatherings, a host of impeccable event areas await you. From the covered 20x40 outdoor Pavilion to the idyllic reception location indoors, the choice is yours. An essential part of your big day includes the preparation, and here private get-ready rooms are provided for your convenience. The Nest on Swan River has top-quality accommodations with our package that includes a 2 night stay for over 25 of your family and friends. Walk across campus with your cup of coffee to visit with Gram before your special day begins or lounge with your besties on the river. Whatever you choose, having your closest people right there is the best!

5-Star Experience
Leading up to our big day, Kelsey made all the logistics and planning smooth and easy. I loved communicating with her and she truly put me at ease amidst all the stress of wedding planning. Pam and Mike went above and beyond to ensure every detail that we planned was perfect. They were incredibly accommodating of all our needs and preferences. For example, Pam went out of her way to track down a difficult-to-find beer we wanted to serve our guests—a gesture that truly highlighted their commitment to making our day special.
As for the venue itself, we booked it site-unseen, and when we finally arrived it was even more breathtaking than we had imagined. Nestled by the river, the setting provided a serene and beautiful backdrop that perfectly complemented our celebration. The property was simply magic.
One of the reasons we booked The Nest was the on-site lodging. We loved this feature because it allowed us to host our wedding party the night before and the night of our wedding day. This made it incredibly easy to set up and gave everyone a chance to relax and spend quality time together on the beautiful property before the ceremony. It was the perfect way to bond and enjoy the surroundings. We’re all dreaming of a reunion trip back!
