The Barn on Mullan welcomes groups of up to 250 May - September and up to 150 October - April. Couples are welcome to exchange vows at a spot of your choosing (no set ceremony locations here, but we're happy to recommend locations if you need some help deciding). Receptions are held in the Barn itself, with a large patio space available to move seamlessly from ceremony, to cocktail hour, to the reception all without ever having to travel more than a few steps. Our string light lit patio comes equipped with tables and chairs, additional decorative outdoor lighting, a stunning firepit, and patio heaters by request. The Barn on Mullan also provides couples with on-site get ready suites for each wedding party before their big day, ensuring their complete comfort and satisfaction. The decor of this Montana-chic is truly elegant, with authentic oversized French doors, votive candles, and decadent chandleries and sconces, all controlled by dimmer switches, creating an intimate ambiance for your event. The Barn on Mullan is also focused on ease of access for guests, with ample parking spaces available as well as wheelchair accessibility and ADA compliance throughout.

• Management of venue staff to ensure the event order, and service standards are upheld
• Running your rehearsal walkthrough and queuing you down the aisle if you forgo a Day of Coordinator

Onsite catering is available and includes appetizers, buffet style meals, plated dinner service (for guest counts under 75), and cake cutting service. Choose from a variety of appetizer options, preset main meal options or custom main meal service options. We do require all catering to be purchased in house with the EXCEPTION of wedding cakes or other desserts. We are happy to work with you to create a custom menu based on your unique tastes, we also accommodate dietary restrictions and/or allergies such as:

The Barn on Mullan, through the Ranch Club, holds a full liquor license and an experienced team of ServSafe certified bartenders. We are happy to offer a multitude of bar service options including cash bars, partially hosted, and fully hosted bars. We work closely with local beer and wine reps to ensure we can make your favorite alcoholic beverages available to your guests and can provide well, call, or premium liquors based on your bar needs and expectations. We also offer lemonade stations or coffee service to all events.
