Having Lori as our day-of coordinator was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!! She was so incredibly helpful throughout the entire day, and also just fun to talk to! Her presence made everything feel lighter and more enjoyable. I loved being a DIY bride and the planning process was so fun for me, but once it came time for the big day, I was so ready to just be a bride. I can't thank Lori enough for making sure my vision came to life and that everything went smoothly!

One thing I appreciated most was how she protected my husband and me from any stress. She made sure everyone went to her with questions or concerns so we could simply be present in our day. She also honored the things that were important to me, like giving me some quiet time to myself before the ceremony. She checked in with the sweetest, calmest energy, and I’ll never forget her asking, “Are you ready to get married?” It grounded me in the best way and made me feel so cared for in such a big moment!

We hired Lori as our Day-of-Coordinator for our April Wedding in the mountains. From our first interaction to after our wedding, she was more than helpful, she was indispensable! As soon as we booked Lori, she was extremely helpful. She listened to the ideas we had and gave her own advice from her experience at many weddings. She knew what we needed more than we did and helped guide us through planning our wedding. She gave great suggestions on surrounding vendors and had great connections with them. She helped organize our vendors to ensure our day was beautiful and stress free! Any issues that popped up on our day Lori was able to take care of without us even knowing! Lori and her husband also helped with decorating on our wedding day and handled moving decorations from one location to another. She was a huge part of making our wedding as beautiful as it was! For rehearsal she ensured that everyone understood their role for the day of as well as answered any questions that arose. If you want to be able to relax and enjoy your day you have to book Lori!

Lori is the pinnacle of a day of coordinator for your wedding. She is assertive but also kind in an incredibly balanced manner that would meld well for any wedding regardless of family issues, conflicts- I promise you- Lori and her team will take care of it. From the beginning of our time communicating, Lori would happily consult on random wedding questions by husband and I had but would ultimately stop there and not necessarily push for one option. She was so respectful to our ultimate wants and needs, something we really appreciated. Come our wedding rehearsal and wedding day Lori was ON THE BALL. She has this aura where when she is talking, all eyes are on her, they know who’s guiding them and who to ask questions to. Our wedding day ended up being incredibly windy and Lori was adapting left and right to make sure everything was in place and functional. Including, but not limited to, strapping down our 8ft x8ft table seating installation, re-setting our reception space 3+ times because the wind knocked everything down, moving around signage, troubleshooting where to put loose items so they could still be used but not thrown around, all while managing a very tight schedule and communicating with all the vendors. I’m telling you, this is who you need at your wedding or event. Lori, thank you for everything. We would not have had a successful wedding without you!

We literally could not have had our day without Lori!! She was invaluable leading up to our wedding, regarding any details we had questions about. She was essential for the day of coordination, and she allowed for the perfect flow of the day. She brought so much peace to our day because we knew she had everything under control.

Lori provided an immense amount of support from day 1 to wedding day. Whatever we needed, she was there. As someone who is accustomed to handling things on my own, I had a lot of anxiety about execution leading up to our big day.
