From our very first call about nine months before our Spring 2026 wedding, Lori impressed us with her resourcefulness, professionalism, organization, and attentiveness. She was always ready to answer questions or offer thoughtful recommendations, and her strong network of local vendors was invaluable. We found our florist and videographer through her, and both exceeded our expectations.
Leading up to the wedding, Lori made sure that she understood my vision and how I preferred the day to be run. She made my dream wedding come true!
Lori has a natural ability to lead with confidence, respect and fun. She ran our rehearsal so smoothly that members of the wedding party came up to me telling me that they love her (even the groomsmen)!
On the wedding day, she kept everything on schedule and made sure my husband and I had everything we needed. When she spotted something that needed to be addressed, she solved it immediately, allowing us to truly enjoy ourselves and be present throughout the day.
What I love about Lori is that she is honest and flexible. It rained on our wedding day and the week of, she spent dedicated time with us to walk through how the day and reception set up would change depending on the weather. Even though there was rain, she ensured we had the best day we could dream of. -

Having Lori as our day-of coordinator was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!! She was so incredibly helpful throughout the entire day, and also just fun to talk to! Her presence made everything feel lighter and more enjoyable. I loved being a DIY bride and the planning process was so fun for me, but once it came time for the big day, I was so ready to just be a bride. I can't thank Lori enough for making sure my vision came to life and that everything went smoothly!
One thing I appreciated most was how she protected my husband and me from any stress. She made sure everyone went to her with questions or concerns so we could simply be present in our day. She also honored the things that were important to me, like giving me some quiet time to myself before the ceremony. She checked in with the sweetest, calmest energy, and I’ll never forget her asking, “Are you ready to get married?” It grounded me in the best way and made me feel so cared for in such a big moment!
I genuinely already miss her. Our wedding day would not have been the same without Lori. She brought organization, calm, and so much heart. I cannot recommend her enough!! -

We hired Lori as our Day-of-Coordinator for our April Wedding in the mountains. From our first interaction to after our wedding, she was more than helpful, she was indispensable! She was direct, professional, and flexible. She and her husband, Travis, went above and beyond to ensure that our day went off without a hitch! Lori is obviously experienced because she made logistical planning a breeze and she was ready for the unexpected. If I could live our wedding day all over again and I would choose Lori as our coordinator! You will be lucky to have her services for your wedding day! Thank you Lori and Travis! Cheers!

Lori is the pinnacle of a day of coordinator for your wedding. She is assertive but also kind in an incredibly balanced manner that would meld well for any wedding regardless of family issues, conflicts- I promise you- Lori and her team will take care of it. From the beginning of our time communicating, Lori would happily consult on random wedding questions by husband and I had but would ultimately stop there and not necessarily push for one option. She was so respectful to our ultimate wants and needs, something we really appreciated. Come our wedding rehearsal and wedding day Lori was ON THE BALL. She has this aura where when she is talking, all eyes are on her, they know who’s guiding them and who to ask questions to. Our wedding day ended up being incredibly windy and Lori was adapting left and right to make sure everything was in place and functional. Including, but not limited to, strapping down our 8ft x8ft table seating installation, re-setting our reception space 3+ times because the wind knocked everything down, moving around signage, troubleshooting where to put loose items so they could still be used but not thrown around, all while managing a very tight schedule and communicating with all the vendors. I’m telling you, this is who you need at your wedding or event. Lori, thank you for everything. We would not have had a successful wedding without you! -

I can not say how much we LOVED working with Lori! She literally made so much of my anxiety go away from the moment we signed with her! She was always available for my silly questions or my husband’s endless changes to our plans and she handled it with such grace!
Don’t look any further cause Lori is truly the best! She made my wedding into what the most amazing day!

Lori provided an immense amount of support from day 1 to wedding day. Whatever we needed, she was there. As someone who is accustomed to handling things on my own, I had a lot of anxiety about execution leading up to our big day. But I was able to give it all over to Lori, and she ensured that we had nothing to worry about other than to enjoy our special day. My husband and I agree that Lori was the perfect fit for us, and we’d hire her a hundred times over. Thank you Lori, we will never get over how amazing you made our wedding day! -

Booking Lori to help us with our wedding day was the best decision we could have made during our planning process. She is one of the kindest and welcoming people ever. Although we hired her for our day of coordinator, she helped us throughout our entire planning process. Any questions we might have had day or night, she was there to respond and understand our thought process. She answered all of my questions and made me feel so ready and confident about my day. When I say that you will not have to think about a thing on your wedding day, I MEAN IT! Lori allowed me to have the most relaxing and enjoyable day ever. She made sure everyone was catered to and where they were supposed to be every step of the way. She really makes this day about you and your husband. Once again, I could not recommend her enough for your wedding experience. She is such a huge reason as to why our day was so special! -

Lori was amazing to work with. She goes above and beyond and always made me feel like I had support during the process. Lori is easy to get along with, down to earth, and extremely organized. She has a way of keeping things on track while still being kind and making people smile. My whole bridal party kept saying "Lori for president!" because of how successful she was at solving problems and keeping the flow of the day going. I would recommend Lori to anyone looking for a coordinator- she truly is the backbone of a wedding! -

Lori is an OUTSTANDING wedding coordinator. She executes the brides plans and dreams flawlessly. Lori provided us with recommendations for a florist, DJ and other vendors who were top notch. She goes above and beyond to make the bride, groom, bridal party and parents’ day flow smoothly. Lori spends all day checking and double checking every little detail of a wedding. Before we could finish a question or state a need, Lori graciously accepted and completed the task. Everything we needed was taken care of immediately- from set-up, to recounting the seating chart, to having her husband go to the store for glue to repair a welcome sign damaged by the wind, to carrying the bride’s train out of the dressing room, to making sure everyone was fed, to lighting sparklers for a send off and being the last person to leave the venue after clean up, Lori worked tirelessly with a smile on her face! Some of the best money we spent on the wedding. If you want your daughter’s wedding day to be her dream come true, I highly recommend you use Lori- there is no one better! -

Lori was truly so much fun to work with and was on top of everything! she was able to bring up many things that i hadn’t even thought of, helped control the atmosphere during the day of the wedding, and helped my wedding play out exactly how we planned! everyone she worked with during this wedding loved her and her personality, super easy to have fun with and get along with. and she did an awesome job taking over and telling people where to go and what to do!! -

We are so grateful the expertise Lori brought to our wedding! She was very easy to work with and always had the answers, encouragement, and can-do attitude we needed. Her efforts for the rehearsal and day-of almost single-handedly brought our vision (and more!) alive, including the less traditional elements. She even went beyond directing the event and managed to be present and attentive to us all day, making sure we had the time, space, food, and drink to be able to relax and enjoy the experience.
