Tiana was the most amazing coordinator ever! She made the lead up to and our wedding day so seamless and effortless with her work. Leading up to our special day, she handled meetings with our other vendors, built our timeline, and made sure every contract was in order. On the day of, we knew we didn’t have to worry about anything except enjoying the wedding itself. Our decor was set up flawlessly, our timeline easily stayed intact, and all of our other vendors were handled with care and respect. We would recommend Tiana to any couples getting married, especially our friends and family! Thank you, Tiana!

My partner and I absolutely loved having Tiana as our wedding coordinator. We had so many details to iron out in the weeks leading up to the wedding (bit off way more than I could chew in DIY projects) and she helped us organize everything and feel prepared. Every time I talk to her I felt a giant weight lift off my shoulders. And on wedding day, she made sure we had some time to ourselves, got to eat, and didn’t stress about a single thing. When planning my wedding while living out of the country and planning in a different state than where I am from, Tiana took my vision of every detail and turned it into a reality, and even better than what I could have envisioned! She helped me choose every vendor, she gave me incredible ideas, she thought of every.single.detail that I could have never imagined, and advised me on my decisions. Her attention to detail is amazing and ensures your ideas and vision is met. She is well organized and handles everything with such great ease. I truly would not have been able to plan my wedding if it weren't for Tiana.

I had not physically met Tiana until my rehearsal, but with all the resources Tiana provides, I felt as if I knew her already! Showing up to my destination wedding, I did not know what to expect. I had the mentality of "whatever happens will happen" and "something will go wrong, so prepare for it," and I cannot express enough how absolutely nothing went wrong and absolutely everything was ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!!!! As someone who's been in a few weddings that haven't had good coordination, it was of utmost importance to me for my own wedding to find a coordinator who would ensure a smooth wedding day. From our very first phone call I could tell that Tiana was organized, motivated, experienced, but still down to earth (and loves a good party, which is important when you're putting on an event) with a warm and friendly personality.

We opted for month of coordination and she took over my vendor contracts with ease and communicated with them exclusively which freed me up to work on my DIY decor. All of our vendors showed up on time to the right place thanks to her communication, and our entire wedding day was SO seamless... it really felt like someone had thrown a giant wedding party (we had almost 170 guests) for us and we didn't have to worry about a thing. For our wedding, this was honestly a feat because we had so many moving parts (we did a tea ceremony in addition to the traditional wedding elements), as well as a ton of decor that needed to be set up. I felt like she had everything handled at all times and was super professional, anticipated everything, never frazzled, and always there when you needed something despite somehow being in every place at once behind the scenes.

We gave a brief explanation of how to set up the decor and also gave room for some artist creativity on her part and we were blown away by how gorgeous everything was set up. It was way beyond our expections and it looked like a wedding out of a magazine or blog and I have to give the credit to Tiana for giving us tips/suggestions during our venue walkthrough and for the final set up.

If you are like me and you read all the reviews and look for that one review that gives you *that feeling* that makes you call for an inquiry/commit to booking, I hope that this one is it for you because Tiana is a top notch event coordinator and I guarantee she will make your event gorgeous, seamless, and utterly perfect. Tiana at Urthygirl helped me plan my wedding and also did all the florals. She worked with me to figure out exactly what I wanted and then executed that into the most perfect wedding. I was able to trust Tiana to take control of all the vendors, the venue planners, the schedule and the day of coordinating. She kept me on track, offered amazing suggestions, took care of those extra touches that I didn’t even think about, asked the right questions, and was such a pleasure to work with. She has the right eye for weddings so I was able to lean on her for everything from table settings to flowers. I received so many compliments on our flowers and the wedding as a whole.
