My husband paid for the rings, so I can't give you information on that, but I can tell you how impressed I was with their service and the rings from a bride's perspective. My husband and I wanted something very simple and yet matching for our rings, and searched long and hard on the internet for just the right ones. We finally found a Christian Bauer set that we loved, and my husband chose to go with this firm to attain them. The rings are simple white gold bands with a continuous design line around them, and the top is satin finish while the bottom is shiny. Mine has a small diamond set right in the middle joining the two lines, while my husband's is just the design as he did not want to have a diamond. For being such a big firm with far more expensive and extravagant rings and probably much higher paying customers, they gave my husband the royal treatment, giving us all the attention and service as if we were buying the most expensive rings in the store. Neither of us were in the country when my husband ordered the rings, so we had to get sized elsewhere. We gave them the sizes but for some reason 50mm in Greece didn't translate into Germany, where the rings are made, very well, and when we arrived in Seattle to pick them up mine didn't fit at all. Without even complaining that this was our fault for not coming into their store to get properly sized, they shipped our rings back to Germany and had a new one for me made without any extra cost or any hassle, and shipped the rings to us in Chicago when they were ready. This was to me the essence of quality service and professionalism one would desire in a jeweler. I give them a definite recommendation.
