My husband and I had a fantastic experience making our wedding rings for each other with Cat. She was friendly and helpful when we needed her but also let us chat and have an experience together. I can’t recommend her class enough and the rings turned out absolutely gorgeous!

My partner and I were so excited to book this experience as a meaningful part of our wedding journey—making our own wedding bands through this Airbnb workshop in Seattle felt like the perfect personal touch. At first, everything went smoothly. The workshop itself was informative and hands-on, and we were told there would be an additional fee (which was surprising but understandable). We paid it, trusting the timeline given.

The website promised delivery within 4–6 weeks, and in person, we were told it might take up to 6–8 weeks. Our wedding was about 12 weeks away, so we felt confident we’d have our rings in time. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen.

Weeks 6 through 8 passed without a word. I messaged on Airbnb and emailed directly—no response. When I finally called around week 9, an assistant replied days later, saying the rings would ship the following week. But they never arrived. By week 10, just a few days before our wedding, I had to face the painful realization that our wedding bands weren’t coming.

What’s most disappointing is the complete lack of communication. I’m a very understanding person—if there had been a delay, an unavoidable medical emergency, or a production/tariff issue, I would have been open to a conversation. But instead, I was left in the dark, scrambling days before my wedding to fill the portion of the ceremony with something else that didn’t involve exchanging rings but was equally symbolic. Just absolutely needless stress.

I’m writing this not out of spite, but to prevent another bride or couple from going through this kind of heartbreak. To this day, I’ve received no update, no apology, no explanation—and no rings. That silence is confusing and hurt more than the delay itself.

PS: I wrote this today but am seeing several other women saying they haven’t received their rings from Cat either… one woman on Facebook saying she’s been waiting a year. Do not do business with this person, please.

Our experience with Grace Gow Jewelry was devastating and unacceptable.
We placed and fully paid for a custom wedding ring set well ahead of our wedding date, expecting timely delivery and communication. Instead, we were met with silence, broken promises, and ultimately, no rings at all.
Despite multiple emails, calls, and messages from both myself and my husband, we received little to no response. When we did finally hear back in May, just before our wedding, we were told the rings would ship immediately due to an "emergency delay." They never arrived. Tracking information was never updated. Our wedding passed without our rings, and with zero accountability from the company.
We had to scramble to purchase backup rings last-minute. The emotional stress and disappointment of this cannot be overstated. This wasn't just a missed package — it was a complete failure to deliver what we paid for, during one of the most important moments of our lives.
To make things worse, we are not alone. We’ve connected with multiple other customers who have experienced the exact same pattern: no product, no refund, and no communication.
We requested either:
The rings delivered plus a 50% refund for the trouble,
Or a full refund.
We’ve received neither. No resolution, no communication.
We are now pursuing formal complaints via our bank, the Better Business Bureau, and consumer protection channels. We are also leaving reviews across every site we can to warn other customers.
Grace Gow is still actively taking money via Airbnb, their website and stocked in various boutique stores — please think twice before supporting this business.
This company has failed us, and others, at a deeply personal and financial level.
If you’re considering Grace Gow, don’t. It’s not worth the heartbreak or the money.

I bought the experience of making your own ring for my mother and she did not include an address where I could send the wax mold or respond to my numerous emails. Now I've paid for a worthless piece of wax, no ring. This is fraud, be aware.
