Great rings and service

We had a great experience with Joseph Jewelry for my husband’s band. After much searching online, we found some pieces we liked from the website, and they were able to tell us what would be available in the Seattle store to try on. He picked the third ring he tried! They even shined up my ring along with the one we purchased, and Tony provided great customer service.

We love Joseph Jewelry!

My wife and I got both our engagement rings and wedding bands from Joseph Jewelry, and we absolutely loved working with them. I was worried the process would be stressful and that it might be hard to stick to our budget, but the team at Joseph Jewelry was delightful to work with on designing our custom engagement and wedding rings. They listened to what we wanted, never tried to upsell us, discussed tradeoffs within our budget honestly and openly, and helped us iterate on the ring design to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. I always like taking my ring in to be cleaned because the folks who work there are so kind and helpful. Would 100% recommend!

Great experience!

Seriously, they couldn't have been better. Tony was great and patiently walked me through the process, and put up with my endless questions and redesigns. No idea or question was a burden and he, and the team, were always quick to respond. Highly recommend them.

We've had my engagement ring and wedding ring done by Joseph Jewelry, as well as bought my SO's wedding band from there. Both experiences were great and easy! I researched a few jewelers and got their quotes before going with Joseph Jewelry and found that their quality is just as great if not better and at a much more reasonable price! The staff are amazing, Andrea helped me both times facilitate the process and was patient and gave great advice on design. We appreciate the no pressure attitude from Joseph Jewelry, they let you look around without following you and they never give you the impression it's all about the sell... which is an experience I've had at a different jeweler. I would recommend Joseph Jewelry to anyone who might be in the market for custom pieces, or even ready made jewelry.

Working with Joseph Jewelry was everything I could have hoped for and more! They were easy to communicate with, responded to my messages in a timely manner, and were very easy to talk to. I designed a mokume ring for my fiance and it was incredibly easy and straight forward to customize my design and make payments. The time that they estimated it would take to finish the ring was the exact amount of time it took, and it was shipped to me in 2 days. It was literally the best experience I could have hoped for. I would definitely work with them again!

Danny at Joseph Jewelry was excellent in helping me create the perfect engagement ring! (She said yes, and loves the ring as do all her friends). I went to multiple jewelers before deciding to go with Joseph. The reason I decided to go with them is they weren’t pushy, were flexible, designed beautiful rings, offered excellent customer service and gave me a great deal.

Joseph's Jewelry provided our wedding bands (men's and women's) as well as the engagement ring. They have a great site that: tracks order progress, allows easy payment, and provides quick communication with the store. The rendering they provided was accurate and detailed and they finished the rings by the date we requested both times. They are always friendly when we stop by for a ring cleaning afterwards (which is included). Overall we were happy with the service we received and would recommend them to others!
