We had a great experience with Joseph Jewelry for my husband’s band. After much searching online, we found some pieces we liked from the website, and they were able to tell us what would be available in the Seattle store to try on. He picked the third ring he tried! They even shined up my ring along with the one we purchased, and Tony provided great customer service. -

My wife and I got both our engagement rings and wedding bands from Joseph Jewelry, and we absolutely loved working with them. I was worried the process would be stressful and that it might be hard to stick to our budget, but the team at Joseph Jewelry was delightful to work with on designing our custom engagement and wedding rings. They listened to what we wanted, never tried to upsell us, discussed tradeoffs within our budget honestly and openly, and helped us iterate on the ring design to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. I always like taking my ring in to be cleaned because the folks who work there are so kind and helpful. Would 100% recommend! -
David Sent on 02/27/2018Danny at Joseph Jewelry was excellent in helping me create the perfect engagement ring! (She said yes, and loves the ring as do all her friends). I went to multiple jewelers before deciding to go with Joseph. The reason I decided to go with them is they weren’t pushy, were flexible, designed beautiful rings, offered excellent customer service and gave me a great deal.
I am so glad I found them and would highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs. Very great and trustworthy service. Check them out! -

User2710151 Sent on 08/02/2016This was an excellent choice for the engagement ring - we had looked a a number of chain stores, and my wife had found 2 very different rings of which she liked certain features. I took photos with my phone & emailed them to Joseph Jewelry, then we went in person and were treated to some 2 hours of undivided attention! The design was spectacular, they were more than happy to accommodate the little "tweaks" she wanted done, and their communication was prompt and spot on. She gets compliments all the time about the ring, and we both are thrilled with the whole process & outcome. HIGHLY recommend. -

I had it cleaned recently at a jeweler in my hometown and she specifically commented on the quality of the setting because it's an unusual design. Will definitely be coming back for the wedding band! -

All of our rings ended up being custom pieces due to one reason or another. They helped us through the whole process from selecting diamonds to creating the band to fit our exact needs. I would highly recommend everyone visit Joseph Jewlery, they make quality, beautiful custom jewelry and everything they carry in store is gorgeous as well. Customer service was wonderful and we won't be going anywhere else to buy our jewelry in the future :) -

I randomly walked into the Seattle store of Joseph Jewelry after work one day, knowing nothing about them. I took a quick browse and found the perfect wedding ring for me - I wanted something simple but not boring, and didn't compete against my engagement ring, yet commanded its own presence without an engagement ring. I worked with Brandon who was so much fun for us to work with. We learned so much about the company and I think that makes them stand out is they are a true local jeweler which uses high end technology and lasers to design perfect rings down to the smallest, microscopic details that a classic jeweler cannot do with basic equipment. I posted a photo of my rings - the slim wedding band is from Joseph Jewelry whose rose gold band matches my peach sapphire engagement ring from another company perfectly! -

Poor experience with ring resizing
My husband bought the engagement ring from Joseph Jewelry in 2017. The ring was very good. We even recommended this place to two of our friends. And they bought the rings from Joseph too.
I came to resize my ring 1.5 weeks ago. It took about 10 days. I picked up on Friday, and I was shocked. The ring is uneven. It was so obvious by naked eye that it has a slight bend. I mentioned about this, the Joseph team, instead, said it was a perfect job. And it is hard to do because it is an engraved ring. By the way, the engravement was done by laser, or at least the lady in the store manager told me. It was not done by hand.The store manager does not accept that they did poorly on resizing my ring. I went to Joseph Jewelry because I thought they are famous of intricate design and had a good reputation. And most of all, they designed THE ring!
The store manager is willing to make it right by doing the resizing again for 2 weeks!! However, he did not accept that they did poorly on my ring. Nothing wrong with it, that was his statement. He said he will call me the next day, Saturday, to confirm the completion date, but he did not. I am not even sure what to do now.
By the way, resizing the ring cost me around $350 total (resizing up to 1 size and engraving). All that for this poor job, which they claimed it is a perfectly good job.
Please see the pictures, and tell me what you think. It is disappointing. I love my ring, now if I am wearing it as it, I hate it.. I hate how much it reminds me not trust Joseph Jewelry. They don't even do a good job resizing their own ring design. -
