Before I started shopping for an engagement ring for my fiance, I did a good amount of research to help me feel confident that I was actually getting what I paid for. I was immediately overwhelmed with a feeling of despair when I stopped into multiple big name jewelry shops and even a privately-owned jewelry shop, only to discover that what I was being told was very inconsistent with the research I had conducted. It was then that I decided to start shopping "long distance".

The staff at Hartley Jewelers helped me find the perfect ring, and they even inspected and returned diamonds to their vendors that did not meet their standards. I appreciated the tightening of my one ring without charge and the other ring was done quickly and at a good price.
