We started to plan for my daughter’s November 2024 wedding last fall and realized that we were going to need help as we were already overwhelmed with the little planning we had accomplished, never mind the wedding day. With Chrissy at the helm, we had smooth sailing the entire way (and if there were rough waters, we certainly did not know about them). We booked Chrissy shortly after we got engaged before we had made any other decisions for our wedding planning and it was the best decision we made! Chrissy was with us every step of the way for planning our wedding from finding a venue all the way through the brunch on Sunday after our wedding. Every step Chrissy is calm, cool, collected, organized and most importantly a positive person who is a pleasure to spend time with!

One of the things I loved most about working with Chrissy is her ability to keep things organized and moving forward without being too pushy. She was always there waiting to help and provide suggestions when we asked. But I never felt as if she was being pushy. There were certain things about my wedding that I wanted to be very involved in the details and others I didn't want to even think about. Chrissy gracefully managed both and was always in the background coordinating the details.

And details are where Chrissy shines! She is always double and triple checking every contract, email, and plan made. I knew that with her by our side nothing would slip through through the cracks. I know some people get planners for the day of or leading shortly up to the event. But I am so so happy we had Chrissy from day one. It ensured that everyone was always on the same page and working cohesively. Moreover, I can't say I am a girl with a "vision" for how my wedding looked. With Chrissy's help I was able to get ideas and plan my dream wedding!

Lastly, on the wedding day itself Chrissy was amazing. I literally was never stressed - even when I got make up on my wedding dress before I even left the hotel!! Chrissy was always there making sure everything went smoothly (whether that was removing make up from my dress, or making sure our ceremony got off on time so we didn't get rained on) so that my husband and I and our families could enjoy our day to the fullest!!

I could go on and on about how awesome she is but I think the most important thing to take away is she is a genuinely great person who takes her job very seriously and will go out of her way to make your day be the best it can be!

How do I begin to explain how amazing Chrissy and her Truly You team were? One of my best friends got married 6 years ago and used Truly You for her wedding and I immediately knew that when the day came I was going to call Chrissy. (I was not even dating anyone!!!) She has a way of instantly connecting with you during a time that although is very joyous, can be extremely stressful. Her attention to detail, calm demeanor, and organizational skills helped keep me on track and most importantly maintain my sanity. Chrissy has a way of making you feel like you are planning your wedding with your best friend. This to me is something that is extremely rare and once you find it you want everyone to experience it.
