I hired Très Chic Affairs for "day of" coordination for our March 2019 wedding at the Martin Johnson House, and it was one of the best decisions ever! I did a ton of research (as I can be a super "type A" person - I had a looong spreadsheet of potential planners) and ending up interviewing 3 other planners prior to hiring Très Chic Affairs. Molly was always SUPER quick to respond (so you won't have to worry about not hearing back with her)! I first contacted her the Friday before Memorial Day Weekend, when wedding season is already in full swing, received a response right away, and we ended up chatting on the phone later that same day. As others have mentioned, you get access to Aisle Planner, which is AMAZING...and as someone who loves checklists, it had an extremely detailed checklist for wedding planning that blew my mind. It was also so easy to make table assignments, track your budget, enter vendors contact info, etc. Definite lifesaver!
Throughout the planning process, I was able to email Molly about questions or advice, (e.g. should I start my ceremony at 3:30pm vs 4pm, do I need 1 or 2 bartenders, etc) which was so helpful!!! She also has an extensive preferred vendors list, and we were even able to get a discount when booking one of the preferred rental companies.
We started working with our day of coordinator, Rachel, about 2 months before our wedding and she was just as amazing! We did a virtual walk through about 1 month out (since we weren't able to meet in person as we planned this wedding from out of state), and she had a timeline drafted after that meeting. She was very friendly and easy to talk to during this time and never made us feel stressed out, even when we told her we hadn't yet booked our caterer and it was 2 months out from the wedding.
The day of the wedding went smoothy with Rachel coordinating our 15 vendors! She kept the timeline on track and made sure we had a drink in hand right after the ceremony. She checked in on us frequently. At the end of the night, our belongings were packed up and transferred to our cars.
We had such an amazing wedding day and Très Chic Affairs played a huge role in making that happen. They were seriously one of my favorite vendors to work with! You will not go wrong with them!

Now explain why and it will not be short! ;) Molly, the owner, since the first time I spoke on the phone to her, has been the most helpful and amazing human being! She was sincere, sweet, honest and most importantly knowledgeable! We had our wedding on 2/16/19 and I have spent the last full year planning with Molly! The first thing any new bride looks for is pricing right? Well girl you get amazing pricing but so much more! I thought I wanted day-of only planner but after she walked me through her services -I immediately realized I needed partial design help. Best decision of my life was hiring Molly. She spent the first few months with both me and my fiancé Morgan learning our styles and vision for our big day. She uses this amazing software (yes project planning ladies, software!) called AislePlanner. It allowed my fiancé and me to both input images of our styles and allowed Molly to post ideas to combine those as well as upload her preferred vendors. It also has this amazing checklist - save yourself all the books and paper it's so awesome to have an app friendly - co-sharing software! We had over a dozen calls - mostly when I would freak over my next to do but Molly was always the most calm and friendliest woman in the world! I always felt like I had a best friend that just happened to be soooo in the know on vendors, next steps and what looks good and not. Another amazing attribute of Molly is she tells you what to spend money on and what really isn't important. I loved that as we were definitely on a budget! Another amazing perk of working with Molly is her collection of amazing preferred vendors. Seriously the most amazing people ever! I've never been more sure of my choices after choosing from her list! She has such great relationships & discounts with them- you most certainly will find one to make you smile ear to ear! Middle of the planning process Molly met me at Adore Folklore- she met in person and brought the florist I was looking at!!! Talk about amazing- they had a mock room set up with different selections for me and my future hubby to pick from. Over the top! That's when it got real and I was so happy to have met her in person that day - I knew again she was the best choice! After that we quickly picked Brogen Jessup as our photographer from her list, Modern Bouquet florist, and Coast Catering! I can't wait to write their reviews too!
Fast forward to a few months before the wedding - Molly and her colleague Rachael began the day of final details with me. What a whirlwind that could have been if not for them two! You hear about all the things to do but girlfriend- it's soooo much!
Day of planning you expect to have a few calls and maybe some help contacting all the vendors for insurance and timelines but seriously Molly and I talked almost every single day of the last month. I felt like I had a personal assistant almost! She probably sent over a million emails, made a ton of phone calls, yes did my timeline, yes coordinated all the vendors and yes was still the most calm and sweetest person in the world! The week before our wedding, which again was in February, Molly helped so much by telling me over and over it won't rain - don't worry about anything- she would pick up anything I needed and she did! Little things you will not get from anyone else include her handling all your hair/makeup and photo folks to ensure they know your hotel room number, she texted me the night before just to say sleep well and was one of the first to make me cry Saturday morning when she told me she was already at the venue and it would be dry enough to have our wedding outside! I cry happy tears thinking of everything Molly and Rachael did that day- I owe them so much! My wedding day was the best day of my life! I felt like a princess! She made sure all servers kept our glasses full, she ensured the timeline went off without a hitch, she coordinated all vendors extraordinarily, and every time I looked at her or Rachael they had a huge smile on their face. You won't see smiles like that that from a lot of people -let alone planners! Molly never cracked under the pressure nor showed her fatigue- and I know she worked over 13 hours that day onsite herself! Even after the wedding she still answered a few last minute wrap up questions.
In summary - hire Tre Chic Affairs. Do not think twice. My now husband and I owe her team the most amazing memories that will last our entire life! She's the most amazing, positive person, who brought sunshine all throughout our engagement and I could bet she even magically brought the sun on 2/16/19! Thank you with all our hearts Molly and Rach! You have talent that overflows and I can't imagine not having met you! Seriously I love yal - thank you so very much for the most amazing wedding ever! xoxo

The husband and I just got married earlier this month, so we reached out and hired Molly for her "day of" coordination services, but honestly, her work goes FAR above and beyond that. She worked seamlessly behind the scenes with all of our vendors, including the venue's own event coordinator, far in advance to ensure everything on our timeline was perfect.Sent on 12/04/2017
I confess, I can be a pretty particular and detail-oriented person in general to begin with (i.e. google doc/spreadsheet addict), so when it came to the wedding details, I had a lot of things planned out to a T already, but when Molly stepped in, the hand-off was literally SEAMLESS... And I just can't think of any other way to describe the wedding day because it went over so well and so smoothly. People ask me how it went and that's all I can say: really smoothly! I could not complain about a SINGLE thing. Everything went as planned (as far as I could tell!), the timing for everything was on point, decor was set up perfectly, everything was returned at the end of the night... Absolutely seamless.
Both Molly and Rachel were complete pro's and you can tell precisely how experienced they are by how well they handle any and all situations that arise. They not only handled the day with finesse, but took care of us all at the same time, with drinks in hand as we made it down the aisle at the end of our ceremony -- it was great! Rachel was especially helpful during our sunset photoshoot since she became more of our personal assistant when they asked us to climb in some sketchy bushes and whatnot... She totally kicked butt and braved those bushes with me! Molly also texted me good morning, and then throughout the morning she texted my bridesmaids and groomsmen with updates so as to not bother me but it totally melted my heart when the girls told me - so thoughtful and considerate of everyone involved!

Molly planned the wedding day of a lovely Italian couple, Eva and Gennaro, for which I was the officiant. She and her assistant were on their game. Since I was also invited to the reception, I saw her keep everything going through the night with good humor and great ease. I definitely endorse Molly and Tres Chic Affairs!
