Every member of the team works hard to provide you and your loved ones with personalized, energetic service that allows you to relax and enjoy your time together. At the end of the celebration, your guests are welcome to retire to the hotel’s comfortable rooms.
Facilities and Capacity
There are five different event spaces for you and your partner to choose from at The Westin Tampa Bay, including indoor and uncovered outdoor options. The facility can accommodate events with a maximum of 180 guests, and a minimum of 20. Your wedding party is welcome to use the get-ready rooms ahead of the celebration to prepare and relax. There are also overnight accommodations for you and your loved ones to utilize, many with views of the water. The Westin Tampa Bay is a wheelchair-accessible venue. Parking, shuttle, and valet services are available.
Services Offered
You and your partner are welcome to host many wedding events at The Westin Tampa Bay, such as your ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, and engagement party. If you are a more private couple, elopements can be accommodated as well. Proof of liability insurance can be given, and the on-site staff is happy to assist with set up and clean up. You and your partner are welcome to arrange a tasting ahead of time to choose between several meal options, including:

The perfect Venue for my Wedding!!
I did my wedding at the Westin’s BluVeu Ballroom. We picking this place because of the amazing view that it has. We had the ceremony in the balcony and the reception inside the ballroom. I absolutely loved everything about it. The view was spectacular, the food was BEYOND amazing, and I did not stop getting compliments from my guests. Tiffany made the process so easy from beginning to end, catering to all that I wanted. She did a FANTASTIC job. Everyone in their team was extremely helpful the day of the wedding. Everything came out beautiful and I would 100% recommend this venue for any events!-

Laurie L. Married on 05/02/2022Elegant Waterside Wedding and Reception
Our daughter was married at the Westin BluVu- 16th floor. The service was outside on the terrace which converted later to a very comfy fire pit and cigar smoking area. The cocktail hour moved inside to a delicious selection of hors d’oeuvres passed and displayed. The reception moved over to the other side of the floor to continue dinner. The sunset view was spectacular. Staff was obliging. Dinner was prepared and served perfectly to include the best scallops I've ever eaten. Filet was cooked perfectly. We added a soup course - Lobster bisque soup - which was served tableside with a whole lobster claw, crème fraiche and red caviar.
Bridgett Duffey, the Social Catering Manager was thorough and we felt the event's timing was in very capable hands. We utilized some preferred vendors offered by The Westin and others were our choice from prior experience. Beautiful event!The Westin Tampa Bay's reply:
