We celebrated our wedding at The Westin Tampa Bay, and it was everything we dreamed of and more. From the stunning bayfront views to the exceptional service, this venue made our special day absolutely unforgettable.
From the start, the staff (especially Tiffany) was attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in making our vision come to life. Every detail from the ceremony setup to the reception was handled with care and precision. The team was responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly so we could truly enjoy our day without stress.
The location is breathtaking having the ceremony with the water as our backdrop was magical, and the indoor space was just as elegant. Our guests raved about the food, the view, and the overall experience. We couldn’t have imagined a better place to begin our next chapter together.
Thank you to everyone at The Westin Tampa Bay for helping us create memories that will last a lifetime.

The Westin was wonderful!! Tiffany Hughes was amazing. From the moment we met on our tour, to always having constant open communication with us whether email or phone; she didn’t miss a detail. My husband and I had our approximately 150 person wedding at the Westin. Our original venue was damaged by the storm and this was a rapid venue change for us, and it turned out more beautiful than we could have imagined! We primarily worked with Tiffany who was a rockstar. She was extremely prompt and organized through the process and for our big day. We also worked with Pamela who kept our room block organized and accessible. The scenery of the hotel was stunning and we had a beautiful ceremony on the water. The reception room was beautiful and held our crowd easily. The food was DELICIOUS. The rooms were brand new and so clean, modern, and each with a gorgeous waterfront view. During our wedding weekend the Westin team was incredible. Brooklyn and Mackenzie were especially helpful and friendly at the front desk. It was truly the best day for us and our guests also expressed how much they loved the hotel and our beautiful they thought our wedding was. We are so grateful we were able to have our wedding at the Westin and would highly recommend this as a wedding venue and hotel to stay at!The Westin Tampa Bay's reply:

We had a 90-person wedding at this venue in the Carribbean Ballroom, which was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed the food, which was served in generous portions. The 1 bedroom suite where we stayed was newly renovated and beautiful. We worked with TIffany who couldn't have been more accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We had to change from our original beach venue wedding due to two hurricanes and only had 3 weeks to basically plan another wedding. Tiffany was very responsive and helpful and our wedding turned out beautiful.The Westin Tampa Bay's reply:

Beautiful wedding venue
The views the BluVu terrrace offers is amazing! Tiffany and her team are so helpful in setting up the room for the wedding, helping put flowers on the cake when the baker didn’t haha, and overall offering helpful tips/advice. My wedding was nothing short of amazing and the process was very smooth. Food is amazing too!!!The Westin Tampa Bay's reply:

The perfect Venue for my Wedding!!
I did my wedding at the Westin’s BluVeu Ballroom. We picking this place because of the amazing view that it has. We had the ceremony in the balcony and the reception inside the ballroom. I absolutely loved everything about it. The view was spectacular, the food was BEYOND amazing, and I did not stop getting compliments from my guests. Tiffany made the process so easy from beginning to end, catering to all that I wanted. She did a FANTASTIC job. Everyone in their team was extremely helpful the day of the wedding. Everything came out beautiful and I would 100% recommend this venue for any events! -

We chose the Westin Tampa Bay BluVu owing to its unique views and private setting. Being from the UK, I wanted a venue that would ‘wow’ our guests. The roof terrace and views certainly did that. I loved everything about the BluVu. Our wedding was rescheduled a few times owing to COVID-19 which banned of international travel. Bridget and then Tiffany were very understanding of our situation and accommodate our needs. Tiffany responded to my emails in a timely fashion and provided everything we needed to make our wedding run smoothly.
For the wedding, we had the suite which provided the perfect getting ready room. Unfortunately, the noise from the aircon unit disrupted our sleep the night before the wedding leading to us changing rooms, but I could live with that owing to the wonderfullness that followed.
The wedding food was fabulous. The venue accommodated our request for halal meats and we had the most fantastic mocktail hour with a selection of fabulous non-alcoholic cocktails and hors d'oeuvre. The Beef Wellingtons went down amazingly with our guests and had a lovely English touch. Tiffany also provided us with a non-alcoholic cider for our toast and sent us a bottle of non-alcoholic cider to the suite which was very thoughtful. Often, vendors forget that we don’t drink alcohol. The cheese display looked lovely and the steak main went down very well with our guests. I loved everything about my wedding day. We were a little disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay, but this didn’t matter as we had a great time.
I would definitely recommend the Westin Tampa Bay for future brides looking for a venue with amazing views that offers a professional, friendly and very accommodating service. Despite the challenges along the way and the changes to our original plans, Tiffany made it work for us. It was a day we will never forget! More Than We Expected
We got married September 12, 2020 our coordinator Tiffany took over our wedding almost five days before but we can assure you that she took care of us like she was our coordinator since day one, me as the Bride felt at ease and had no doubt she would take care of everything the way we had discussed it. The service is great from the attendants all the way to the bartender they go by your program but also accommodate to any last minute changes, the food the food omg it was better than the day we did our tasting our guests still talking about the great taste everything had. We can recommend this venue at 💯 percent and more because during this time where COVID-19 has taken over and we have to adjust to new regulation for our, guest and employees safety, they made it as natural as possible although all the guidelines were followed, although we couldn’t have our ceremony outside due to the weather the backup plan was as perfect as the outside. The majority of our guests stayed at the hotel and were pleased with their rooms and service.Thanks to The Westin Tampa Bay, Tiffany, Esteban & staff on this day you guys ROCK we all had a BLAST!!!!!!

Our daughter was married at the Westin BluVu- 16th floor. The service was outside on the terrace which converted later to a very comfy fire pit and cigar smoking area. The cocktail hour moved inside to a delicious selection of hors d’oeuvres passed and displayed. The reception moved over to the other side of the floor to continue dinner. The sunset view was spectacular. Staff was obliging. Dinner was prepared and served perfectly to include the best scallops I've ever eaten. Filet was cooked perfectly. We added a soup course - Lobster bisque soup - which was served tableside with a whole lobster claw, crème fraiche and red caviar.
Bridgett Duffey, the Social Catering Manager was thorough and we felt the event's timing was in very capable hands. We utilized some preferred vendors offered by The Westin and others were our choice from prior experience. Beautiful event!The Westin Tampa Bay's reply:

I had a surprise biirthday party for my husband on September 29th, 2018. My overall experience was great. I reached out to Samantha about 4 months before the event, she worked with me through out, always responds with urgency when I call or send her an email it didn’t matter how many times I asked the same question😄😄😄but she always had patient to answer all my questions, very professional as well. on the day of the event, the staff was great, Samantha was there to make sure everything went on well, the food was great, the ambiance,drinks, everything was just perfect👌. I would recommend the Westin on w. Courtney to everyone.....oh and it’s surprinsly affordable😊😊😊..just can’t wait to have my next event at the same venue. -

Valeria Sent on 05/25/2018Samantha Mann was so amazing. I didn't really expect so much help from her. She was very prompt with responses and has a lot of attention to details. She even helped us set up the morning off.
Wedding package at Westin was perfect for the wedding my size (about 40 guests, I know they also do way bigger ones). We really got a lot for our money. Food and drinks were great! Open bar for 4 hours! Lots of appetizers during the cocktail hour. Awesome patio view. If I had to do the wedding all over again, I'd do it at Westin Tampa Bay.

It was the best option for my family/friends. The venue was close to the airport and convenient for my guest to party all night and go straight to their rooms after. The planner was very professional and made sure everything was on show. Great experience. Only thing I’d say was the downside is the no privacy when the ceremony is in the beach terrace. Didn’t feel like a private event with others were watching from the sand.The Westin Tampa Bay's reply:
