We recently got married at Lambertville Station on 12/7/2024 and it was the best day EVER!! Lambertville Station is an incredible and the most special place ever. From the start we knew we wanted to get married here; Patricia was so knowledgeable, easy to work with, and very professional. She was very responsive and helped make our decision to get married at LS so much easier. The entire team at LS is phenomenal. Throughout the months leading up to our wedding we worked closely with Kathy and Patricia and they were so responsive, helpful, and kind with every question we had. The day of the wedding Neil, Sobe, and the rest of the team were just AMAZING!! The team is just remarkable and helped the whole day run so smoothly and seamlessly with no hiccups (and if there were any they had it covered). Neil executed our vision and design perfectly and brought to life our dream completely - his presence and dedication to coordinating our wedding was so evident and he executed our vision flawlessly. Sobe was just the best and so kind!! She helped me and my husband so much throughout the day and was there for all our needs all night long.

Our family and friends have not stopped saying out amazing our wedding was! The venue and location are beautiful; the hotel itself is clean and very nice. The bridal suite is the most perfect place to get ready in and spend your first night as a couple together. The ballroom is just a dream. The food was phenomenal and we continue to have people tell us how delicious the cocktail hour, dinner, desserts, and drinks were!! I cannot recommend Lambertville Station for your wedding enough - it is the greatest and most special place on Earth.

My husband and I got married at Lambertville Station in May 2024, and it was absolutely perfect. The venue itself is stunning, with so much character. The natural lighting and the view of the Delaware River created a breathtaking backdrop for reception. It was also the ideal time of year for our guests to explore the charming town of Lambertville and enjoy the beautiful riverside setting.

The team supporting us was second to none. Patricia and Neil were on top of everything from start to finish, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the entire planning process stress-free and enjoyable.

The food was incredible, especially during the cocktail hour, which was hands down the best we’ve ever had. Chef Chris truly went above and beyond during our tasting. He listened to all our requests and accommodated everything we wanted. You could tell he genuinely cared about making our experience special, and it showed in every dish.

Thanks to the incredible team at Lambertville Station, we truly had the best day of our lives. It was more than we could have ever imagined, and we will always cherish the memories. We can’t wait to visit again in the future!

This was a second marriage. We were looking to have a major celebration with 150 family and friends. We had attended a wedding at the Lambertville Station Inn the previous year and it offered everything we wanted. Friends and family said our wedding was one of the best they had attended and raved about the Lambertville Station Hotel.

Where to start? So many practical elements that we loved about the venue. First, while we did not have serious rain, the wedding we attended the year before had torrential rain and the Lambertville Station handled it beautifully. The parking lot is large, right on the premises, and the valets were incredible - greeting each guest expediently and individually with large umbrellas, they escorted everyone from car to hotel keeping them completely dry with no wait. Was so happy we did not have to deal with shuttling from a remote parking lot that characterizes so many venues and is a bigger inconvenience than most people realize.

The other deal maker was that people could stay right on the premises – the Inn and individual rooms are beautiful, historic, and so convenient. We had a large block of rooms and the staff who handled accommodations were flexible, responsive, and helpful as we booked rooms for friends and family on a rolling basis and asked to get more rooms for Friday and Saturday nights (our wedding was Saturday).

As for the wedding venue itself – the transition to/from ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception rooms had a seamless and convenient flow, with each room unique and beautiful. The ceremony room is bright, airy and comfortably seats a very large number of people. The area behind the ceremony opens to a beautiful secret garden that provided a picturesque backdrop of natural beauty (and going back to the rainy wedding we attended, the design enabled it to still be open, showcasing cascading rain that enhanced the beauty without one drop getting on the wedding party). The cocktail space is impressive – our wedding was in May which allowed all the walls to be open, creating a bright open space that spilled onto a lush, riverside terrace, the perfect place for pictures. While we had a sprinkling of rain for First Look, the space enabled us to still do our pictures outside and by the time the cocktail hour occurred, weather was clear, with people able to gather inside and out. The large reception space upstairs is comprised of all windows overlooking the river, which makes it breathtaking both in daylight, at sunset, and at night – with the New Hope skyline as a visual backdrop. Another very practical deal maker for us is that the bar, band, and dinner tables are all in one space. We were at a wedding the year before at another local high-end venue where the bar area was separate from the dining area and band – it ultimately led to people going to the bar and congregating there so that the dinner and dance room ended up fairly deserted after the meal. We thought that was hugely problematic as we wanted everything in one place so people would dance at our wedding (which everyone did from start to finish!).

The food was delicious. We did the Gold package and people could not stop talking about the cocktail hour food – very impressive. The raw bar, the hors d’oeuvres…all exceeded our expectations. The included liquor shelf had solid selections and we were allowed to provide special gin ahead of time for making of one of our signature cocktails – the catering staff were supportive and flexible with that. They also accommodated getting a requested special wine just for the bride and groom. The meals were great – everyone especially loved the salmon and filet, both done to perfection and even better than at the tasting.

The wedding suite that comes with all packages is beyond comparison. The bedroom is comprised entirely of windows (can only see out, not in for full privacy), opening onto a full river view. Huge separate bathroom, bedroom and sitting areas, all completely new and modernized. The sitting area has a bar and a great deal of space – we were able to have a late night post-reception party with close friends and it accommodated 20 people comfortably. It’s also tucked away from other rooms for privacy and ability to entertain without disturbing anyone.

Finally, we cannot rave enough about the staff. Everything was perfectly coordinated from the early planning stages to the wedding day. A BIG thanks to Patricia Donaruma, Director of Events. We could not have asked for a better organizer who not only kept us on track from start to finish with planning and execution but was so fun to work with – seeing her happy face during the wedding day as she made sure everything ran smoothly was so reassuring. Kathy McFeely and Ashley Woodward on the administrative end were responsive and ever helpful in answering our ongoing questions. Geoff Edwards in guest services was wonderfully patient with all of our ongoing room block requests and tweaks. Exec Chef extraordinaire Christopher Beal made sure all food was made to perfection. And last but definitely not least, we are so hugely grateful to Neal Robinson, our banquet manager, who masterfully ensured that our ceremony, space transitions, food, drink, and all things Wedding Day ran smoothly. He was one step ahead of every need that we had (and even some needs we didn’t know we had!). His calm, expert approach meant the world to us – best advice he gave me was to enjoy my moment walking down the aisle by taking it slow! Also, a huge thanks to Sobe our wedding attendant who kept us on track all night from getting me down to the ceremony on time (no small feat) to our needs at the reception and helping to get everyone gathered for our impromptu after party in the wedding suite.

There is not one thing we would change on our wedding day or in choosing the Lambertville Station Inn. More stars than we can possibly give it – we will remember the day and the venue forever.

PS – their recommended vendor list also is excellent. The Pod Shop did a beautiful job on flowers as did The Caketeria for the wedding cake.

From the first meeting to look at the venue through our wedding day we are so happy we decided to choose the Lambertville Station Restaurant and Inn. The setting is beautiful, and the staff amazing. Very happy with Patricia, Kathy and Neil as there are exceptional people who make your special day go seamless. We looked at several venues but LSR&I exceeded our expectations. Should you choose LSR &I you will not be disappointed, the attention to detail is amazing, so many things we had never considered were taken into account and made the day flawless. The entire staff is accommodating to your every need and your guests and you will enjoy such a memorable experience.

Everyone we worked with was professional, personable, and made the experience wonderful! The food, the views, the staff everything was just exceptional. Highly recommend this venue!

We had a fantastic experience with Lambertville Station. Some of the highlights: the indoor/outdoor cocktail hour space was perfect for our labor day weekend wedding, the ballroom was recently renovated and has gorgeous water views, the service was great, everyone was very professional and they take you through the whole process step by step, they allowed us to customize and bring in our own linens and other things, the food was great, and the honeymoon suite was gorgeous.

We had the best day of our lives at Lambertville Station Inn! The venue was beautiful, the staff was beyond amazing, and the food was the best wedding food we've ever had. Our guests came up to us all night and was complimenting the food. Patricia, Neil, Kathy, Sobe and all the rest of the team at Lambertville Station were so attentive to us and every detail. We will never forget this night and we highly HIGHLY recommend Lambertville Station Inn to any couple looking for their wedding venue!

Lambertville Station and it's staff we're so incredible throughout every aspect of our wedding celebration! The rooms were great for all of our guests (although slightly on the pricier side) but I think worth it for the price. Breakfast is delivered to each room in the morning at whatever time you decide and the front desk is very responsive when you need anything. The wedding spaces are also very beautiful! We lucked out with super good weather so we had the ceremony space opened up to outside. The cocktail hour room was spacious enough for all of our guests and the food was amazing (especially the stir fry station which was a huge hit). The staff, specifically Neil, Kathy, and Patricia were incredibly hands on and were there for us no matter what we needed or what questions we had. Even on the night of when we had extra guests come, they were able to accomodate them at the last minute. Decoration drop off and set up was a breeze as Neil handled most everything flawlessly and made us feel like we were in the best hands. The food during the reception was awesome and all of our guests loved whatever they got! My now husband and I felt very taken care of as the night went on and never felt a lack of attention. The Riverview Suite is also a great perk for the night of the wedding. The views are amazing and the bathroom is to die for! It was spacious enough for me and my girls to get ready comfortably and then some. The venue also had some great photo ops being right on the river as well as some side locations that are worth a little bit of a walk. Overall we are so pleased and thankful this was our venue as it met all of our expectations and even exceeded them!

There were also so many personalized touches which we really appreciated- the included bridal suite hotel room, a bridal attendant, staff members checking in with us and our parents throughout the day to see if we needed anything, slices of our wedding cake and desserts waiting for us in the hotel room after the reception. For us, another major highlight of this venue was the location. The views are absolutely gorgeous and we loved that our guests were able to book hotel rooms right at the venue which eliminated the need for transportation. Another highlight was the food! Lambertville Station offered great meal options, and everything was delicious. We loved every minute of our wedding at Lambertville Station and wish we could do it all over again. Thank you!!

The food, despite me having any memory eating, received rave reviews from our guests. We opted for a brunch wedding with a buffet style, and everyone appreciated the incredible selection and quality. Our families LOVE to eat so allowing them the freedom to go back up for 2nds (and 3rds) was clutch.
