Our planning process with them went smoothly, all the questions we had were answered. Day of the room was perfectly set up, the space was beautiful, and the food was really amazing! We had so many people tell us the food was delicious and they really enjoyed our cocktail hour as well.

My husband and I cannot say enough amazing things about our wedding at Stone House! We got married in the Lodge, and we worked with Sarah Gore as our event coordinator. She made sure our day was perfect and she made our vision become a reality! She was very prompt and responsive to our many questions throughout the process. She went the extra mile to make sure our day went off exactly how we dreamed it up. Our Maitre’D Frank was excellent; he navigated us and our family through the day without a hiccup. The cocktail hour was phenomenal; I recommend extending the cocktail hour as we did because our guests could not get enough of it. The sushi add-on was also a huge hit; our guests were double-fisting plates of sushi. Our guests loved the indoor/outdoor style cocktail area, especially with the weather being great on our wedding day. The passed lamb chops and the crab cakes are a must; they were so good! We went with the hot antipasto station, the carving station, and the seafood paella station. All were a hit, but the fan favorite was the hot antipasto station; everyone was boasting about the fried calamari. Typically at weddings, the one thing I get frustrated with is long lines at the bar. We had over 130 people at our wedding and there barely was a line at either bartender the entire night long! The bartenders absolutely killed it, especially with some of our guests ordering drinks for their entire table. Our reception went off without a hitch! We had asked Stone House if we could move our sweetheart table in front of the fireplace instead of in the middle of the dance floor, and they obliged and made our vision happen! Our guests loved the food, as everyone raved about the short rib and passed desserts. The lodge room may seem smaller than a typical venue room, but for a party of around 125 people, it's plenty of room. The outside lounge is also a great addition, as many guests ventured outside to make s'mores by the fireplace as nightfall came. The staff at our wedding was very courteous and attentive all night long. They were constantly bringing our guests refills, and made sure to bring everyone passed after dinner drinks and desserts. They even went outside to the fire pits and brought our guests drinks and desserts while they were smoking cigars and lounging. We cannot stress enough how beautiful and amazing our wedding was at the Lodge at Stone House!

The James Ward Mansion is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited. We were taken aback by its beauty and sophistication as soon as we walked in. I feel so lucky to have been able to get married here! The entire space is gorgeous, but the bridal suite is the perfect place to spend your morning getting ready. The staff (especially Julie and Tom of T&L Catering) were wonderful and easy to work with. They went above and beyond my expectations for our special day.

Mountain Lakes House is a beautiful outdoor venue, perfect for a Spring, Summer, or early Fall wedding. We chose it because we wanted to be surrounded by natural beauty on our special day, and this location did not disappoint. The outdoor patio is great for a small wedding, and the surrounding property includes beautiful trees and a lake. The indoor space was plenty of room for getting ready, setting up dessert stations, and a photo booth.

River Hill House was an absolute dream venue for our wedding weekend. The breathtaking house and grounds provided a perfect canvas on which to design a truly memorable event. Gathering our family and friends here was a magical experience that we would not have been able to achieve the same way anywhere else. As our wedding took place in the summer, we primarily took advantage of the sprawling backyard outdoor space for our ceremony and reception, using the house as a sanctuary to prepare in addition to hosting our immediate families for the weekend. The house has 7 spacious bedrooms and several bathrooms, which made it easy to spend time together as a family and truly savor the occasion. The house is stunning both architecturally and in the thoughtful and consistently stylish interior design throughout. Each room provides another opportunity for beautiful wedding photos, from the grand yet charming staircase to the gorgeous open fireplace and mantel to the radiant light-filled sunrooms. The backyard space offers several distinct areas for guests to mingle with invaluable flexibility depending on how one chooses to arrange for dinner/cocktail hour/etc. We chose to hold an informal yet intimate ceremony in the far back of the yard surrounded by sweeping pine trees as afternoon golden hour light settled in. From there our guests could seamlessly flow back closer to the house and patio where cocktails were served leading into dinner. The wide flat lawn allowed us to achieve our dream of having 2 long tables to seat our 85 guests under glowing string lights. Moving from one lush spot to another always felt natural and relaxed as different phases of the wedding progressed. Throughout the process, Chialing was wonderful to work with. She was extremely communicative and accommodating, helping us to navigate our planning while providing helpful guidance when needed. She was sincerely committed to helping us put together a magical experience that exceeded all of our expectations, and we are eternally grateful for a perfect wedding weekend.
