About
Where Nature Sets The Scene
Stone House at Stirling Ridge is New Jersey’s only Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired wedding venue, a luxury property on 10 acres of Watchung Mountain beauty in Warren, NJ, where steel, wood, stone, and glass come together in a setting no purpose-built ballroom can replicate. With Chef David Drake running the kitchen and complete dual-venue exclusivity guaranteed, this is the unique wedding venue in NJ that design-forward, food-first couples have been searching for. Serving couples from Somerset County, Morris County, the NYC suburbs, and beyond.
The Grand Ballroom
Up to 325 Guests · Exclusive Use · Indoor/Outdoor Ceremony
The Grand Ballroom at Stone House is an architectural statement, with 16-foot ceilings, a series of glass doors that open onto private gardens and fire pits, and views across the Watchung Mountain gardens that change with every season. Natural materials, classic clean lines, and a neutral palette create a setting that genuinely earns the word luxury. Accommodating up to 325 guests, the space is designed to feel as intimate as it is impressive. Your guests will know the difference before they sit down.
The Lodge
Up to 170 guests · Exclusive Use · Frank Lloyd Wright Inspired · Second Independent Space
Inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s philosophy of bringing nature and structure into every surface, The Lodge is a mid-century modern yet industrial space fitted with floor-to-ceiling windows, wrought-iron chandeliers, and a stone fireplace standing 20 feet tall. Paired with a multi-level cocktail space that feels like a private art gallery, brick walls, slate and wood floors, and an angled ceiling that makes every corner worth looking at.
On the opposite side of the property from the Grand Ballroom, The Lodge offers complete, private exclusivity for a second simultaneous event. No shared corridors. No shared views. No moment where your wedding and another occupy the same space. This is what exclusive-use wedding venues in NJ should mean, and rarely do.
The Grounds & Gardens
10 Acres · Outdoor Ceremony Space
Ten acres of Watchung Mountain gardens designed for outdoor wedding ceremonies, cocktail hours, and portraits that look like they belong in a design magazine. The outdoor garden wedding venue setting at Stone House is the product of intentional landscape design, every sight line considered, every corner photogenic. Somerset County, NJ, has nothing else like it.
Chef-Driven Culinary Experience
Our award-winning Chef David Drake sources locally and from our on-site Dancing Goat Farm to deliver a high-quality, farm-to-table experience that is truly memorable. This is the kind of dining that goes beyond the wedding day. Stone House couples know their guests will still be talking about the food on Monday, not just the room.
The Bridal Suite (Grand Ballroom)
Stone House’s Grand Ballroom features a dedicated Bridal Suite. It’s the perfect private, beautifully appointed space for you and your wedding party to get ready, relax, and take in the moment before the day begins. Designed with the same attention to detail as the venue itself, it’s the perfect retreat to prepare in comfort and style before stepping into one of the most extraordinary wedding settings in New Jersey.
The Wedding Nook (The Lodge)
The wedding suite for the Lodge is attached to the pre-function space, featuring a private room, private bathroom, and balcony. It’s the perfect space to unwind with your wedding party before your big day takes flight.
