Banquet Hall Wedding Venues in Central Jersey

I got married at the Grand Marquis yesterday October 11th, 2025 and I am speechless at how AMAZING they made my day at the Grand Marquis. I’ve been working closely with Dyl to get all my details/reception to be perfect and it absolutely was!!! The food was so delicious my guests are all raving about my buffet choices!!! The staff was fabulous and on top of their game. I chose the dessert extravaganza and I’ve been literally talking about this for years and let me tell you it was worth every penny!!!! My husband loves cannolis and Dyl made sure to have a surprise for extra cannolis for us on top of all the other desserts. My husband was SO happy you have no idea!!!! I would recommend to anyone and I will continue to talk about my wedding and the Grand Marquis forever!!!!! Thank you so much Dyl!!!! You are the best!!!

We were very pleased with everything about our experience and so were our guests. There was excellent communication, support and guidance during all of our planning. The celebration was beautiful!! We appreciated the attention to every detail during the event and we would highly recommend the Pines Manor not only for the fine service, but most importantly for the personal attention, caring and dedication to assure that we were treated like a member of their family. From the moment we arrived at Forest Lodge we knew this was our wedding venue! Working with Forest Lodge was the best decision we made. They were so communicative and helpful and made everything stress-free. The grounds are beautiful and were so perfect for our fall wedding. We got compliments on the service, food, and drinks all night!! Anthony was the best to work with and Charlotte was our bridal attendant and made everything run so perfect and smoothly that day! You cannot go wrong at all with a wedding/event at Forest Lodge!!

My wife and I had our Sangeet at the Park Villa last month and we were so pleased with how everything went. Shweta and the rest of the Park Villa team made sure everything was cared for and set up exactly to our vision. Since our wedding we’ve gotten so many of our guests mentioning how much they enjoyed our Sangeet and a lot of that comes down to the team at Park Villa. If you’re looking to host any event, please absolutely them, you will not regret it!

Getting married at CG was the first and best decision we made. We got married in their outdoor ceremony space and had our reception in the hotel’s restaurant, Orchard Park - it has an outdoor terrace that holds up to 100 people and we could have the exact type of party we envisioned - if anyone is looking for a more affordable, nontraditional but still elegant and beautiful venue you should definitely consider this!! Hope and Neesh helped us from the first tour through the end of our wedding night and we can’t speak highly enough about them both. They were helpful, attentive, personable and experienced. Especially towards the end of planning when we were in full decision-fatigue mode, there were aspects like where to place decor, linen types, etc. that we left to their discretion because we wholeheartedly trusted that they had the taste and experience to make the perfect choices - and they did 100 times over. Serenity, our bridal attendant for the wedding day, was quite literally a life saver. When I say that on your wedding day, they will move mountains to make you happy, I’m not exaggerating. For example, our AC in our hotel room wasn’t working so we were getting so hot while we were getting dressed and she found a portable AC unit and multiple fans to bring to the room. Every single person we worked with was so friendly, dependable and knowledgeable. Also the food - literally phenomenal. It was amazing and everyone raved about it, even our vendors who obviously eat at weddings all the time. There was plenty of everything, it was all fresh and delicious and they had so many options to choose from. We never thought we’d be able to get married at such a beautiful elegant space but Chateau Grande and it’s staff literally made our dreams come true.

American Beauty Events was absolutely phenomenal! They didn’t just make our wedding look amazing; the food was a total hit—all of our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious everything was. On top of that, my bridal attendant was incredible—so attentive and thoughtful, always making sure I had everything I needed throughout the day. The attention to detail, seamless coordination, and exceptional service made our wedding day unforgettable. If you want a team that delivers perfection, this is it!

We had our wedding at Pierre’s of South Brunswick in July and it was fantastic. Our event coordinator Lystra was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. The food was delicious and the staff was extremely wonderful to my family. Huge thanks to Lystra and Levi. They helped make our wedding a really a wonderful day.

I want to Thank the Sapphire Grand for giving us the experience unforgettable, they made us feel like true royalty, and I want to personally thank Nikoleta for helping us like family. In any one moment we never had to ask much for Nikoleta was always their for us or already prepared, it was one of the most personal experience for us. The serves was amazing, the food was amazing, and the people were amazing for the attention they gave our party. For any family we would recommend this hall as they treat you like family. I hosted my baby shower here last November, and the venue was absolutely beautiful! The space is classy and elegant, perfect for a special event. I will say I wish the price had been a little lower since I only used the location itself and didn’t need their equipment (tables, chairs, etc.). Jay, who oversees the property, was amazing—very respectful, gave us our space, and didn’t hover at all. A huge plus was being allowed to set up as early as 6 a.m., which made everything so much easier for my planner and me. Parking was a bit tricky once the back lot filled up, but my guests were able to find street parking nearby. They also offer the option to hire a valet service, which is a great backup. Overall, I would definitely book this venue again. I just hope they consider offering better pricing for events where you’re only using the space.

October 16th, 2025, will be a day that my husband and I will never forget. Not just because we held our wedding at the Hamilton Manor on that day, but the staff, especially Diana, Kristen, Hannah, and Lloyd, made it a day to remember. From locking in on the day three years ago, Diana was always there. She was extremely easy to talk to and was always so excited for us as our wedding day was approaching. She was not only our wedding director, but truly was a friend during the entire process. When my husband and I were shopping around for a wedding venue, all that I had asked for was rustic but romantic, and the Hamilton Manor DELIVERED. The barn was the most beautiful place to get married in, and the lanterns were a bonus! But the reception area was breathtaking- it truly brought tears to my eyes because HM brought my vision to life. On the wedding day, it was truly seamless. From the personal photos taken during the time our photographer was taking photos of my husband and I outside, to the organization of our LARGE bridal party before the ceremony. NOT TO MENTION!!! The cocktail hour was phenomenal. All of our guests have ranted and raved over the food, and it couldn't have been a more amazing experience. I will say, many of my guests have spoken very highly of LJ- saying how respectful and attentive he was. But Kristen and Hannah were also SO amazing. They both attended to every ask that I had before the ceremony, and I am eternally grateful. HM- We hope to be back as a guest for a future wedding. Thank you for everything!
