The 7,000-square-foot Empress Ballroom at Windows on the Water has neutral colors and coastal vibes, and it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean. It also comes with easy access to the beachfront terrace, providing a refreshing escape for you and your guests. The outdoor decking can be completely glass-enclosed and temperature-controlled during colder months, allowing for beautiful views year-round. The white oceanside gazebo can be used for a ceremony on the beach, giving couples a lovely walkway that will lead them to where they can exchange their vows.

Perfect Beach Wedding
Mike and Cheryl were amazing to work with and made the planning process so easy and stress free. They are so friendly, professional and were responsive to all of our questions throughout the planning process. Both Mike and Cheryl, along with the rest of the staff at WOW truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect! Cheryl and Harley took care of us all night and made sure every need was met and that we always had a drink in our hand.
We were so impressed with the food options, particularly for the cocktail hour, and loved how flexible Mike and the WOW team were in allowing us to customize our wedding day menu. We were a little nervous since you don’t get a tasting but all of the food was amazing!! In particular our guests raved about the raw bar at cocktail hour, the filet mignon at dinner, and the pork roll egg and cheese sandwiches at the end of the night.
They also offer a 15-minute private cocktail hour for the bride and groom after the ceremony with a bottle of champagne as well all of the cocktail hour food in the private bridal suite which overlooks the beach and ocean. My husband and I really enjoyed this as it gave us the chance for a quiet moment together to soak in excitement of our wedding day, and we actually got a chance to eat before we greeted all of our guests who were enjoying cocktail hour overlooking the beach.
I can not recommend WOW enough and hope we get to go back as guests one day!
We cannot say enough, good things about our experience having our daughter’s wedding at windows on the water! Mike, Maya, Sheryl, Diamond and every other staff member we came in contact with were all fantastic. The attention to detail, organization, and professionalism was top-notch! Not only does this venue have the most incredible location and view… It also has the most amazing staff! In addition to these wonderful features, the food was absolutely delicious! A highlight for me was the ice cream sundae bar at the end of the evening which featured fluffy Belgian waffles to top with ice cream and toppings! All of our guests were thrilled! Also our family and friends cannot stop raving about the whole experience from the ceremony being on the beach at the gazebo, to the cocktail hour, and then the dinner and ability to go in and out during the reception for a beautiful view on the rooftop patio! We would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a space to hold a wedding or other major event. It has to be one of the best ever!

The perfect Jersey Shore wedding venue, Rain or Shine!!!
The day of the wedding, disaster struck. A Nor’easter rolled through. Our dream beach wedding seemed like it was about to fall apart. However, the entire Windows on the Water staff went above and beyond to save the day. Their team drove through flooded roads and transformed the indoor space into something truly magical. They lined the aisle and patio room with candles, leaning into the dark and stormy vibe beautifully.
Our maitre d’, Cheryl, and her assistant Harley, stayed in close contact with local police about road closures for the trolleys and kept everyone calm amidst the chaos. Despite the storm, they turned what could have been a disaster into a perfect, unforgettable celebration. Harley even sewed my grandmother's shoe back together!
Even though it wasn't the beach day we imagined, it was perfect in every way that mattered. We are beyond grateful for their hard work, creativity, and dedication. If you have any doubts about booking this venue, let this be the review that removes them. Even on one of the worst weather days imaginable (every beach bride’s nightmare) Windows on the Water proved to be an exceptional, beautiful venue with a staff that will truly bend over backwards to make your day perfect.
