Facilities and Capacity
The 7,000-square-foot Empress Ballroom at Windows on the Water has neutral colors and coastal vibes, and it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean. It also comes with easy access to the beachfront terrace, providing a refreshing escape for you and your guests. The outdoor decking can be completely glass-enclosed and temperature-controlled during colder months, allowing for beautiful views year-round. The white oceanside gazebo can be used for a ceremony on the beach, giving couples a lovely walkway that will lead them to where they can exchange their vows.
Services Offered
Perfectly situated on a private sandy beach, this casual yet elegant atmosphere creates the ideal setting for a coastal beach wedding. The professional event staff can lend crucial insight into the planning and execution of each event. They strive for excellence and aim to ensure that each couple is completely satisfied with their occasion. This team also comes prepared with a full list of vendors that they can recommend, including DJs, limos, photographers, and more. In addition to event planning, setup, and cleanup, the following services and rentals are provided:
- Bridal suite with two-hour pre-event access
- Champagne and snacks for the bridal party

Cuisine
The executive chef at Windows on the Water is known for his diverse cuisine. He works closely with the catering department to create personalized menus for each event that suit individual tastes. Custom and standard selections are made based on the client's wedding package. Options include an Italian Viennese table, candy sweets and treats, a custom wedding cake, and an espresso and biscotti bar. Wine cart service with an entree, a top-shelf five-hour open bar, and a wine and cheese display are also available.

Perfect Beach Wedding
Mike and Cheryl were amazing to work with and made the planning process so easy and stress free. They are so friendly, professional and were responsive to all of our questions throughout the planning process. Both Mike and Cheryl, along with the rest of the staff at WOW truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect! Cheryl and Harley took care of us all night and made sure every need was met and that we always had a drink in our hand.
We were so impressed with the food options, particularly for the cocktail hour, and loved how flexible Mike and the WOW team were in allowing us to customize our wedding day menu. We were a little nervous since you don’t get a tasting but all of the food was amazing!! In particular our guests raved about the raw bar at cocktail hour, the filet mignon at dinner, and the pork roll egg and cheese sandwiches at the end of the night.
They also offer a 15-minute private cocktail hour for the bride and groom after the ceremony with a bottle of champagne as well all of the cocktail hour food in the private bridal suite which overlooks the beach and ocean. My husband and I really enjoyed this as it gave us the chance for a quiet moment together to soak in excitement of our wedding day, and we actually got a chance to eat before we greeted all of our guests who were enjoying cocktail hour overlooking the beach.
I can not recommend WOW enough and hope we get to go back as guests one day!
