  Dream Venue !!!

  Words can't express how grateful we are that we chose Windows on the Water for our wedding venue. We went into wedding planning knowing that we wanted a beach wedding and for our venue to feel like a destination without having to travel: windows on the water surpassed our every expectation of our dream wedding vision.
  
  The staff was beyond incredible. During our first meeting with Tracy, her organization and calm demeanor made our decision so easy. She was not only friendly and informative but also she guided us to make the best decisions in regards to our food packages, and other add ons that we needed/didn't. She was honest with things that were a waste to add on and what was necessary. She was so responsive to our emails and was there for our every need along the planning process. We can honestly say we had no issues and we have the entire staff to thank for this. Our attendants, captains, and maitre d were outstanding. The maitre d not only was with us every second of the day, but she completely ran the show by organizing the ceremony lineup and waited for us with our signature drinks immediately following the ceremony. She even went above and beyond and bustled my dress for me! We can't thank the venue enough for making our own table of food for just the bride and groom's private time before cocktail hour and for running on a direct and organized schedule. We never needed to wait in line for a drink, some food, etc. They gave us one plate of each dinner item so that we could try all meal choices ! They also gathered up all of our belongings for us at the end of the night into one room for a smooth transition among the chaos of 160+ people leaving all at once.
  
  This was our first venue in our search and no other venue held up to our feeling we had here. The ceremony spot feels like its out of a movie and the reception hall is so classy and elegant still keeping a beachy feel, as you have full view of the water and sunset and indoor outdoor space for guests to enjoy the night. Aside from the atmosphere, the food was impeccable. I want to go to another wedding here just to go back and enjoy all of the food. The amount of food was above and beyond and there was so much that we didn't even try it all. The quality was well above most wedding venues in my opinion. All of our guests said that it was the best wedding food they'd ever had.
  
  You will not be mistaken by getting married here and we will never forget our special day at Windows on the Water!

  Best venue!!

  The best venue and staff!!! Our experience working with Windows on the Water was amazing, start to finish. Cheryl and Tracy were extremely helpful, professional, and accommodating. Our wedding was everything we dreamed it would be thanks to them and their amazing staff. The food and service were outstanding and our guests had the best time!

  My dream venue

  I will recommend Windows on the Water in Sea Bright to everyone I know that wants a beach front wedding. Tracy and Cheryl were my two points of contact. They both knew the ins and out of the place. They were so professional, friendly and fantastic when it came to communication. I didn't run into a single issue on my day because they were there to take care of it all. The food was amazing, the drinks were fantastic and the views you get are unbelievable. I can't say enough good things about WOW. Truly recommend touring the venue and seeing what they have to offer because it is definitely worth it!!

  Best Day Ever

  What really made our day exceptional was the staff. They were welcoming and attentive to everyone’s needs, and made the transitions from one space to the next and from one part of the event to the next seamless. Our decorations were staged perfectly and at the end of the night, all of our personal items and decorations were carefully packed up to take with us. It was pretty impressive how quickly they got things done. Tracy did an excellent job of coordinating every detail prior to our big day, and she was willing and able to answer all of our questions. The day of, the maître d', Cheryl, made sure everything ran smoothly, frequently checked in with us to make sure we were both taken care of, and was so kind.

  The most amazing experience and a day well never forget

  Unfortunately, rainy weather made us change plans the night before and move the ceremony indoors. At one point, my soon-to-be wife was getting nervous about all the changes. Tracy and Cheryl were so patient and accommodating and came up with some amazing ideas to make it all work. Cheryl even hugged her and told her not to worry and that she was going to make everything look amazing for us. She wasn't lying. From the moment you stepped into the lobby, the place looked magical and better than we could have ever imagined. The entire ceremony and reception was perfect. Our guests raved about the food and nothing could beat the view of the beach and the waves crashing through those beautiful glass doors.

  Where to begin. I have Traci to thank for making my day so easy and magical from day 1. She is an expert at all things wedding day, and helped my mom (a first time mother of the bride) and mother in law (a professional event/wedding planner) navigate every step of the process. She was open to meeting us multiple times (especially my mom) and had wonderful clear communication and thoughtful questions for us. Everything was so easy leading up to the day!
  
  On our actual day the staff absolutely blew me away. Cheryl and Casey were so unbelievably attentive to us and our guests that I feel like I rode through the whole day on a magic carpet. I had guests thanking me for having everything so well organized, where in reality it was all the staff who were making things smooth!
  
  The staff is incredibly well equipped to work with multiple vendors and have great relationships with so many local businesses that it made coordinating everyone incredibly easy.
  
  Food was fabulous, drinks were delicious and the venue itself is breathtaking!!!!!! Book this for the beach wedding of your dreams

  Our Dream Wedding

  Where do I even begin? Windows on the Water made my wedding dreams come to life. Tracy was so helpful through the entire process and Cheryl stepped in the day of to make everything perfect. The planning process was super simple and easy. Our day ended up raining but Cheryl made the indoor space so beautiful for our ceremony. The food was AMAZING! I was hesitant at first because there is not a tasting but I promise you the food is worth it! Our guests haven't stopped talking about how amazing the food and venue was. I wish I could relive that day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  An absolute dream

  I cannot imagine a better venue for a beach wedding. We felt like we were on our own slice of paradise the day of. Working with Tracy (over the year of planning) was flawless. On the day of, both Cheryl and Diamond were beyond amazing, helping us every step of the way with anything we needed. The venue itself is breathtaking, we saw dolphins while getting ready in the bridal suite, and we had a full moon/sunset a night. Absolutely magical, every step of the way. 10 out of 10.

  Wedding of our dreams!

  We had the absolute wedding of our dreams at Windows on the Water in September. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day! This venue runs like a well-oiled machine when it comes to event planning and execution. Every detail was handled professionally and to our specific requests. The food was top notch, and the staff makes sure that the newlyweds have time alone in the bridal suite to enjoy samples of everything from cocktail hour. We got many compliments on the venue and food and a lot of people told us it was the best wedding they’d ever been to, including those of their own children. :) Tracy and Cheryl were 100000% on top of everything and went above and beyond to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams. Kacy was awesome and attentive, and made sure we always had fresh drinks in our hands! The only issue we had was that when we got there we were told the lanterns for our reception tables weren’t included in our contract—which they were and was later verified—so they were dirty and covered in wax, and our florist and her assistant wound up cleaning them and trying to cover them with greenery.

  Best day of my life

  Windows on the water was the most beautiful venue I have ever been too. The first moment I walked in I knew it was going to be my wedding venue. Tracy and Cheryl were both such a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to make sure I had the most perfect wedding day. The ambiance was absolutely gorgeous. From the cocktail hour room with big open windows, to the main reception room with a gorgeous rooftop with fire pits and all tile floor was just absolutely breaktaking. The food was absolutely phenomenal and every one of my guest said they can truly say the food was just amazing and that my wedding was one of the best they have ever been to. I would highly recommend windows on the water if you love the beach and want a gorgeous wedding. When I got married last weekend, it was windy out but that didn’t stop us from having our ceremony outside by the gorgeous gazebo on the sand. If you want the most perfect wedding ever then book your wedding at windows on the water in sea bright! You won’t be dissapointed

  I had my wedding at Windows on the Water last September and it was an absolutely incredible experience. I originally wanted a destination beach wedding but I have a lot of family in NJ - Windows on the Water was the best of both worlds. All of my out of state guests were surprised that this even was NJ. Tracy and the rest of the staff were so amazing throughout the entire wedding planning process as well as on the day of the event. Windows on the Water has tons of things available to use which was also super helpful (table numbers, candles, lanterns, beach decor, and more). There was so much food and I received a ton of compliments on how delicious it all was. My guests had a great time hanging out on the deck at night with the fire pits - we also set up some corn hole which ended up being really fun. If you want to get married on the beach then this is definitely the venue for you!!

  wonderful venue

  The venue is absolutely beautiful, the food is delicious and plentiful, and the staff is set on making sure the bride and groom are happy. What more can you ask for from a venue? We initially wanted a destination wedding, and this venue is like a destination wedding in New Jersey. Our guests were blown away and so were we. Cheryl specifically went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of and everything was going well. She checked in on my parents as well throughout the night. She really wanted to make sure the day was special.

  The venue is absolutely beautiful, the food is delicious and plentiful, and the staff is set on making sure the bride and groom are happy. What more can you ask for from a venue? We initially wanted a destination wedding, and this venue is like a destination wedding in New Jersey. Our guests were blown away and so were we. Cheryl specifically went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of and everything was going well. She checked in on my parents as well throughout the night.   Best wedding ever!

  My husband and I had the best day ever and Windows on the Water had a lot to do with that. Tracy and her team were AMAZING. Cheryl made sure we ate, fixed my hair lol and most importantly that we did not have to worry about anything. Everything was so organized and we received tons of compliments from our guests on how great everything was! You have the book your wedding venue here.

  Be Prepared to be W.O.W.ed

  Windows on the Water is everything you are looking for in a venue. Absolutely beautiful, accommodating, delicious food, and stunning atmosphere. From the moment we began planning, Tracy puts you at ease with organized planning and experienced recommendations. Tracy communicated frequently and was always there when you needed her for questions. The days leading up to the wedding I never had to worry about a thing because Tracy had it covered. The day of the wedding the staff, especially Cheryl and Diamond, were outstanding in coordinating every detail of every second of the wedding. I never had to worry about a timeline, the decor, or if i had a drink in my hand. They were there before a thought even came into my mind. They made sure that myself and my husband were comfortable and enjoying ourselves at all times. They made sure we were able to enjoy our time as a couple together before the craziness of the day by giving us a few moments alone to enjoy cocktail hour food alone (which was the most delicious food I've ever had). My friends and family raved about their experience there, from the beautiful access to the beach and deck, to the dinner, cocktail hour, and overwhelming amounts of dessert. I couldn't recommend Windows on the Water more.

  Perfection on the beach

  My daughter was married 8/11/22 at Windows. She always dreamed of having a "beach " wedding. The experience can be summed up in one word "Perfection" The venue itself is just beautiful. Elegant yet understated. Tracy and her staff do an amazing job. Location..food...service and communication is top notch. This is the perfect location for a wedding.

  An amazing experience

  We had an experience of a lifetime. The venue and the staff were amazing and our wedding was so stress free thanks to Cheryl and Tracy. I couldn’t of asked for a better night. Windows on the water is the most beautiful, breathtaking venue.

  Windows on the Water Surfrider was my dream venue - Tracy and Cheryl made all my vision complete the day of. From the start Tracy was very prompt with responding to questions via email. The day of … Cheryl was amazing; she doesn’t mess around! Cheryl made sure we had everything we needed all night long. Cheryl and Tracy even bustled my dress (totally was not expecting that)! I cannot say enough about the venue from the views to the staff; all of our guests are raving about the wedding especially the cocktail hour. Not only is the setting beautiful but the staff makes you their priority and handle everything. My husband and I live in Virginia and it was worth the trip to have our wedding here. We knew we found the perfect spot for us, but we didn’t expect each one of our guests to tell us how beautiful the venue and how great the food was!! If you are looking for a beach wedding venue, Windows on the Water is the place for you!

From our first visit, Tracy was so pleasant to work with and was extremely patient and kind throughout the entire planning process. There are no words for how beautiful this venue is - it truly was the beach wedding I always imagined. From the ceremony under the gazebo on the beach to the cocktail hour room to the reception room - everything was absolutely perfect. My guests kept saying it truly felt like an island destination wedding from how beautiful the beach was. The food was also incredible, and we were able to enjoy everything in the bridal suite as they provided a private cocktail hour for my husband and me. Cheryl and the entire staff the day of were so attentive and really helped make sure everything stayed on track and came together. It truly was the most perfect day and I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone!

  Having our wedding at windows on the water was the best decision EVER! we toured a few other beach venues throughout NJ before touring windows on the water at surfrider and as soon as we got to the venue we knew it was totally perfect. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and was exactly what we had in mind for our wedding: a beautiful view of the ocean, a completely gorgeous and classy venue, but with a casual and fun vibe at the same time, and a beachfront ceremony space. The rooftop deck attached to the ballroom space on the second floor is also breathtaking and SO FUN!. We were lucky enough to have great weather for our wedding and we could not have asked for a more perfect night. Everyone was enjoying using the outdoor space, and had the best time ever. Our guests have such great things to say about how good the whole evening went! Tracy was extremely helpful and kind and made the wedding process so so easy from day 1. We never had any concerns that things would not be perfect! Cheryl is also truly amazing and the entire wedding day was completely seamless. And a special thanks to Ali for being a fabulous bridal attendant.
  Lastly, The food was INCREDIBLE from the cocktail hour to the dinner. Our guests have been talking about it non stop and there’s no way anyone left hungry lol. We cannot recommend this venue enough. THANK YOU CHERYL, TRACY, and the rest of the team for helping us to literally throw the best party EVER!
