We can not express how happy we are with The Palace at Somerset Park. Our wedding was in July and it was the night of our dreams. Everything throughout the entire planning process was done so well. Our wedding planner Ella was fantastic, she left no detail out and made us feel very prepared for our wedding day. We felt The Palace went above and beyond in many aspects of the planning process. They recommended fantastic preferred vendors, set up a beautiful tasting for us to sample food and drinks and were organized all the way up to the final meetings the day before the wedding. Our wedding day itself left us speechless. Marcia was our Maitre D' and she was wonderful, she made the evening run so smooth and made us truly feel like the guests of honor, she took all the thinking out of our hands, made sure we were at the right place at the right time so we could enjoy the night. The East Ballroom is absolutely beautiful, the cocktail hour display was incredibly impressive, all of our guests were blown away by the options and quality of the food. The viennese was something out of a movie, the entire grand foyer was filled with dessert wall to wall. On top of the beauty and quality of food at The Palace, the service was incredible. The bartenders and servers were so polite, very helpful and incredibly attentive to every table. We really can not put it into any more words how wonderful our wedding was, we highly recommend The Palace at Somerset Park.

Service defines The Palace. Our wedding day was nothing short of amazing. Our very first impression was how we were greeted when visiting the venue- the front of the house staff was so welcoming. Later, we worked with Alex as our wedding planner who answered every question in the timeliest manner. The gentlemen who assisted us for our tasting was so pleasant and answered every question. The day of David and Marion made sure everything went smoothly. We felt as if we were in the hands of experts and we were… The service at The Palace is top notch!
Oh yes, and the food…everyone raved about the food especially the cocktail hour and dessert hour.

Our wedding day was absolutely magical, and we cannot thank this venue and their incredible team enough, especially Edyta. She made sure we were fed and hydrated during and after the wedding by packing up some of our favorite bites. Right after the wedding, she sent us photos that she took during the whole night to allow us to enjoy the best day ever. Her calm presence, attention to detail, and genuine care made the entire day run effortlessly. From keeping us on schedule to making sure we were taken care of all night, the whole team went above and beyond.
Our guests are still raving about how beautiful everything was, how delicious the food was, and how smooth the entire event felt. We are so grateful for the unforgettable memories they helped create.

I had my wedding at The Palace on November 7th 2025. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. From 2 years before the event, Alexandra - our event planner - was there for every question or concern that I had. She really helped lay out how the day would go and went above and beyond to give me quick and helpful responses. The day of, Edyta was our Maitre D and she ran the whole wedding. She made sure everything ran smooth and all our guests were taken care of. She reccomend how the day should flow based on her experience and stayed in contact with all of our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. Valeria was my bridal attendant and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable all day. She assisted my bridal party as well, steamed all of our dresses, helped me get dressed, carried my lipstick all night and made sure everything ran smooth and made sure I was where I needed to be at all times. She took care of me and my husband in such an amazing way. I wish I could do it all again just to experience the amazing service and expertise The Palace provides when it comes to events.

The level of service The Palace provides from the moment you begin your first tour, through booking, the planning process, the final weeks to days before the wedding, all the way through the the wedding day, AND even after it ends cannot be understated. My husband and I (and our families and bridal parties) felt like absolute royalty on our wedding day. The Palace offers an incredible value for the price, and their attention to detail never failed to amaze and impress us.

Everyone we worked with at The Palace was consistently accommodating, calming, and friendly. We booked with Jose, who was fantastic and answered my many questions about the contract. Antonia was our planner, and she was outstanding, communicating clearly and quickly with me by email in the 16 months from booking to event date. We had many questions for her and she answered them all patiently. When she didn't have an answer for us immediately, she followed up. Our in-person planning meeting with her was also fantastic. Antonia's organization and meticulous attention to detail impressed us, and she answered our questions before we could even ask them!

Marcia was our maitre d’ (basically, day of coordinator), and she was instrumental to making our wedding day run smoothly. Our planning meeting the week before was hugely helpful and brought my stress levels down a ton! We were able to drop off all of our many items (favors, guest book, etc.) the Thursday before and they set up everything for us which saved us so much stress. We were especially appreciative of Marcia's assurances that we would be able to try our food during the cocktail hour with a platter in the bridal suite AND that she would send us home with food from the cocktail hour, all of our entrees, and a sampling of desserts. That helped us focus on enjoying the day overall because we didn't have to worry about getting to try the food! While I was slightly skeptical of her suggested schedule of events (two dancing sets split by dinner), I should have just trusted her from the get go, because it worked out perfectly. Also, Antonia and Marcia spoke with our vendors, planned out their arrival times, and acted as points of contact, which helped SO much by taking several items off my week of to do list.

I also can’t say enough good things about my bridal attendants, Vanessa and Jenniffer. They steamed my gown and bridesmaids dresses, and when I had an anxiety-induced hot flash and couldn’t stop sweating before my first look, they held up my dress and literally fanned me underneath it while I stood there! Jenniffer carried my train around during portraits, making it easy for me to move around. They were such professionals, I didn’t feel at all weird having them help me use the bathroom or fetch me anything I needed throughout the night.

Our wedding was in the West House. Renovations are upcoming, but we honestly LOVED the space as we were able to enjoy it. We chose an indoor ceremony because of the staircase and fireplace, and as a bride, it felt like a dream coming down those stairs and the aisle. The bridal suite was also incredible. We added 3 hours to have it at 9:00 am. This was a huge perk of booking at The Palace IMO—we wanted to be able to get ready on-site, which you can't do at a lot of other venues.

The food and drink were INCREDIBLE. So much of it, and all delicious. Please put any worries you have about that aside—my husband and I are huge foodies and love going out in NYC and it did not disappoint. Our guests are still talking about the food, and the Viennese dessert hour really wowed them. We also loved having our cocktail hour platter in the bridal suite, being provided with all 3 entrees to try at our sweetheart table, and being sent home with a sampling of food and desserts to enjoy the next day.

Finally, the staff packed up my parents’ SUV with everything at the end of the night, so we could all head back to the hotel and enjoy the after party without worry. We had the best wedding ever, and we wish we could relive the night over and over again!!

Our day was so perfect. We could not have asked for a better day. The bridal attendant Valeria was so helpful and kind. Edyta, was on top of things making sure things were running smoothly and efficiently. The day went so well, from the incredible food, to the beautiful set up. It was truly beyond our wildest dreams.

The rest of the staff was equally wonderful—professional, warm, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect.
Our guests cannot stop raving about the wedding; many have said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. Hearing that has meant the world to us, and we know it’s because of the team at The Palace.

I can’t say enough good things about the Palace. I got married here in August and the whole process with the Palace from start to finish was so seamless. I worked with Antonia who continuously followed up with me and helped me stay organized so that the week of my wedding I could actually relax. My Maitre’D Marcia was so sweet and made me feel like a princess. She ran the day so smoothly. The entire staff was extremely nice and kept checking in on us all night along with our families. The food is delicious, and the desserts will blow you away. We got married in the East ballroom and the renovations are stunning! The bridal suite is fit for a queen and provided myself and my bridesmaids more than enough space to get ready. My guests couldn’t say enough great things about how impressed they were by the Palace. If you are looking for an absolutely incredible wedding experience the Palace is your venue!!!

I highly recommend the Palace at Somerset Park for any prospective bride! Not only is the venue beautiful, but the team was absolutely incredible and answered every question I had along the way to make sure I felt confident throughout my planning process. I worked with Antonia as my sales/event planner (originally Michelle who was fantastic, but she no longer is at the Palace) and David as my maitre'd. I am so grateful to have these two by my side during this process! What I specifically liked about the Palace was 1) the flexibility and 2) the level of service and professionalism they provide. I had a fusion Indian wedding and wanted to go with the Palace cocktail hour + have a catered Indian buffet for dinner. Many venues don't allow for this "mix and match", but the Palace was able to make it work. We were even able to work with them to have samosas and chai to be served as guests were entering the venue. On the day of the wedding, David was instrumental in making sure the day went flawlessly. I didn't have to worry about a thing! Our guests were also pleased with the service they received and could not stop raving about the food. I'm thrilled in my decision to go with the Palace and couldn't recommend it more!
