Facilities and Capacity
Chauncey Hotel & Conference Center graces 370 acres of tranquil woodlands, providing an exquisite landscape well suited for special occasions. This setting is complemented by memorable lake views, creating a backdrop sure to please couples and guests alike. The hotel itself has flexible spaces that can accommodate varying-sized events. Soon-to-be newlyweds can choose between indoor and outdoor areas for their vow exchange and celebrations. The conference rooms are able to accommodate up to 200 individuals in all, making it possible to host large gatherings here. Ceremonies can take place in the lakeside tented pavilion or by the gazebo. Couples and their guests can then move inside to the Solomon Dining Room, which has space for up to 150 attendees. Its many windows provide ample natural light while the patio affords loved ones amazing views of the surrounding area. With an overall ambience that is both refined and casual, the hotel’s spaces are a welcoming retreat for events of all kinds. The hotel’s B&B, Laurie House, can serve as the wedding party’s accommodation, dressing rooms, and as the location for rehearsal dinners and small receptions.

The Perfect Day!
We also rented the Laurie House for the weekend and having that extra space for the bridal party to get ready in and a place to hang out in on Friday and Saturday night was amazing!
The venue itself was beautiful! Our guests raved about beautiful the property is and how perfect it was to have the ceremony, reception and hotel all in the same location!
The food was amazing. Even as the bride I ate my entire meal!
Rebecca was top notch! She was extremely responsive all year long with my many questions and emails prior to the wedding.
On the day of, everything was well organized and ran on time! We were able to fully enjoy our day knowing Rebecca was there making sure everything was perfect.
