Anjelica Chickara, Catering Sales Coordinator, has held positions in several areas of the service industry including retail, catering, and hospitality. After gaining experience, she knew that wedding/event planning is where she would thrive! Anjelica loves helping people plan exciting, happy events in their lives. “Everything from the initial meeting to the planning to the day of – I love it all! It’s an honor that I get to be a part of these milestone events,” she explains. During the event, Anjelica wants her couples to remember take a moment and breathe it all in. “Most of the night will fly by… it’s important to give yourself a few minutes to appreciate everything it took to get to this moment.” When she’s not planning extraordinary events, Anjelica loves riding her bike with her husband, Shawn, and taking improv/acting classes.
Amanda Mausser, Catering Sales Coordinator, has been at the company for 1.5 years. Amanda graduated in May of 2022 from Rowan University. At Rowan, she double majored in Marketing and Business Management. In the summer of 2021, Amanda was in the Rising Stars Program at the Holiday Inn of East Windsor and learned so much throughout her internship. In June 2022, Amanda joined the catering sales team as an Admin and was recently promoted to Coordinator! Her favorite part of her job is seeing the couples’ vision come to life. “You are with the couple from when they first book with us and being able to see their special day come to life with decorations, music and their family and friends is something very special to be a part of! Seeing the couples’ faces when they go into the ballroom with the room decorated and all set with the lights dim, Hollywood lighting set and music softly playing is a magical feeling.”
Marvin Saad, Banquet Manager, has been working for Hotels Unlimited since August 2021. Marvin started at Hotels Unlimited as a server and then eventually worked his way up to being the banquet manager. Marvin has worked extremely hard to get to where he is today and prides himself on trying to make weddings as perfect as possible.
