They were AMAZING in EVERY way!!!!!!!! We had such an amazing experience from beginning to end! They made my daughter’s 10th birthday SO special! The ballroom, staff, food, desserts….the list can go on and on….everything was perfect!!! Everytime i walked into the hotel, I felt like I was in a Disney Resort! It’s SO clean and the atmosphere is so warm and inviting!! They treated my daughter like a princess!!! I will never forget how they made us feel SO special! Can’t wait to have another party!!!!!!!

The Windsor Ballroom was an absolutely exceptional venue for our daughter's Quinceañera! From our initial contract negotiations to the meticulous preparation leading up to the event, and the seamless service throughout the party, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. The food was delicious and received rave reviews from our guests. Even after the party concluded, the post-party help was invaluable. The venue itself truly served as the perfect canvas for the vision we had, allowing every detail to come to life beautifully. We would highly, highly recommend the Windsor Ballroom for anyone planning a special event; they made our Quinceañera an unforgettable experience.

We were so pleased with the Windsor Ballroom as our wedding venue! From the beginning, Anjelica and Maria were amazing to work with. They answered all questions and were super detailed to make sure we had everything we needed. They did not try to sell us on anything extra that we did not want/need. Day of, everything was so well coordinated. Our Maitre De, Amber checked in on us throughout the day and made sure everything was taken care of. They even cleaned up all of our "extras" (Favors, Flowers, Champagne glasses etc.) and put them aside for us to get the next morning. Food was great and there was plenty of it! The space was beautiful and the breakfast buffet the morning after, felt fancier than I thought it would be! Would definitely recommend this venue to other couples!

We had booked our wedding at the Windsor Ballroom back in July while they were having a promotional deal, we booked for this November and just had our wedding last weekend. The staff was great, Anjelica and Maria were very responsive, helped ease our anxieties about the big day, and took care of everything we needed. All the other staff we were in contact with were also great. They really know what they are doing and the venue was beautiful! Even though it was cold we decided to have our ceremony outdoors and they helped make sure everyone was outside for the shortest amount of time possible. The food was delicious and I felt like there definitely was enough for everyone! I had wanted a bigger party but didn't want to go crazy with the cost and with their deal and the fact that they have so much they cover included in the package it was an easy, fun, and exciting process. I would highly recommend this venue for anyone.

We had the best night/ experience one could wish for on our wedding day. Kudos to Anjelica and her team for making our day memorable. Beautiful venue with great food! Our guest were pleased.

Anjelica and Maria were amazing from start to finish. We had the best experience working with them both. They were so kind and on point with everything. They made planning our son's communion so seamless and easy. They are professional and responded to any call or email so quickly. The room was set up beautifully and the food was delicious. The staff were so kind as well and took care of all of guests. We can't thank everyone enough and can't think of a better place to celebrate any occasion.

The entire Windsor Ballroom team was extremely nice and professional from the beginning. They were always so quick to respond to any question I had and always seemed so happy to help. The overall experience was amazing. My brother had his reception here over 5 years ago and since then I knew I wanted my reception here as well. The food was amazing then and now. The recent updates to the ballroom are beautiful and they really helped make my vision come to life. Everything was perfect! On my wedding day I wanted to take a menu as a keepsake and I forgot, I reached out to them and they printed an extra menu for me ready to be picked up that day. Definitely a team I would love to work with again! I would highly recommend the Windsor Ballroom!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Anjelica, Amanda, and the entire staff at Windsor Ballroom. All emails were answered quickly, which was so helpful throughout the wedding planning process. Our guests loved the food (especially at cocktail hour) and, on the day of the wedding, I did not have to worry about planning or coordinating anything -- the team at Windsor Ballroom had everything handled so that my husband and I could enjoy our special day without stress. I would highly recommend Windsor Ballroom to anyone looking to book a wedding venue in the central NJ area!

Our Wedding took place on July 21, 2023. Our experience with the Windsor Ballroom wedding coordinators and staff was superb. On our first consultation with Anjelica we loved it so much that we signed the contract right away. She was extremely caring and personable and so was Amanda. They kept communicating with us making the wedding planning process so smooth and stress-free with all the help. This venue offered so much that we basically only needed to book a few vendors on our own. I was really nervous when I started to look for venues and once I met Anjelica she gave me so much reassurance, I felt confident and that really made a difference. On our wedding day our guests were speechless with the amazing service and the amenities offered. We had our beautiful courtyard wedding ceremony, our cocktail hour a few steps away and our Reception in the ballroom area. My guests loved that everything was in the same place and that when they arrived there was ample parking and a beautiful lobby to welcome them. The food at this venue is excellent. I’ve been to countless weddings and the food is never impressive. My guests were raving about the variety of food and how good and tasty it was. They are still talking about it. Marvin was our banquet manager. He was outstanding to say the least. Marvin was on top of the schedule to make sure everything was running seamlessly on our wedding day. This guy secured my wedding dress bustle like a pro as I had put away my phone and couldn’t get my sister to do it. My Bridal suite was perfect. It was so big! My parents and sisters were able to go and spend some time with me before the ceremony began. They delivered some champagne to the bridal suite to celebrate before the ceremony began. We couldn’t believe everything we got for the value. My family called our wedding day a magical moment. This was such a positive experience for such an important event, we will forever treasure the memories. After our wedding was over they sent wedding cake to our bridal suite and more champagne to enjoy during our stay. Thank you to Anjelica, Amanda, Marvin, Steven and all of the Windsor Ballroom staff. We are happy and so grateful. Stellar service with a heart.

We held our wedding at the Windsor Ballroom on October 28, 2022. Anjelica, Maria and Amanda were amazing to work with. They were always available for questions and helped guide us throughout the entire planning process. Every last detail on our wedding day was perfect. Our guests cannot stop talking about how great the food was and how beautifully everything was set up. Highly recommend for any event you may be planning!

I can’t even begin to thank the Windsor Ballroom and their staff enough. Especially Mollie, Amanda, Maria and Angelica. They made everything so easy and took a ton of stress off our shoulders. I am so incredibly happy we found this venue. We also stayed at the hotel the night before and night of and a few of our guest did as well and it was just perfect from start to finish.

The Windsor Ballroom is an amazing venue to host ANY event! The staff there are so professional, very nice, helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating and genuine. My husband and I were treated with respect, patience and compassion. It was like they were planning their own wedding too. They understood if we changed our minds. They didn't make us feel bad. Specifically Maria, Anjelica and Amanda! Thank you ladies so much for everything you have done to help make our wedding day a huge success. Everyone is still talking about how beautiful everything was, they comment on how clean the venue was and THE FOOD!!!!! The food was a HIT!!! We could not have picked a better venue with better staff and better food! We truly appreciate everything, including the amazing staff who assisted the overnight guest in the Holiday Inn portion of the space, like Matt and even Mick for the reservations. Everyone became like family!!! Everyone contributed in some way to our day!!! Lastly, Maria and Anjelica were super amazing when it came to needed help that they did not have to provide as it was outside of their duties.. . They helped out when my "Wedding planner" dropped the ball numerous times, they were comforting when I informed them that I miscarried 3 months prior to our wedding. I am so grateful for being these beautiful women. Thank you again ladies!!!! If you need to book a venue, you won't regret your decision to go to The Windsor Ballroom!!! We had a beautiful wedding! The coordinators, Maria and Anjelica were with us from beginning to end and were wonderful to work with! The service was impeccable during the reception and everyone enjoyed the food!

I was a bit nervous when I was told a whole new team would be taking over at the Windsor Ballroom after already establishing a rapport with the previous team. Anjelica and Maria did not miss a beat! They were so welcoming and accepting of all previous agreements made and were so easy to work with. They talked us through all the concerns we had and made us feel at ease every time. We cannot thank them and their team enough for putting together such a wonderful night. The ballroom was beautiful, food great, and service excellent! Huge thanks to them for a wonderful experience we will never forget!

Planning a wedding during a pandemic is stressful no matter what, but everyone at Windsor Ballroom really bent over backwards for me. They saved the day, and in the end my wedding was spectacular. Their outdoor space was perfect for my ceremony, and my guests were pleasantly surprised by the newly renovated hotel rooms. There was some staff turnover in the sales office, which worried me, but everyone took good care of me and in the end I wouldn't have changed a thing. The Donut Station was a hit - highly recommended. If you want a gorgeous wedding and don't want to spend a fortune, this is the place!

I don’t even know where to begin because this venue was absolutely by AMAZING!! Anjelica, Mollie, and Elizabeth made the whole planning process as stress-free as possible. They helped create our dream wedding and answered any questions we had super quickly. Our day of team was Stacey and Anjelica and they made our dreams truly come to life!!! They were right by my side anytime I needed anything and made sure my guests were having the best time! They were incredibly organized and were on top of everything….even setting up all of our little details and decorations! They both need a raise because they were truly phenomenal!!! The food was also incredible. We had the exclusive wedding package and it included all of the food we wanted and our guests are still talking about it! We cannot thank the Windsor Ballroom enough for making our dreams come true!!!

We were supposed to have our June 2020 wedding, but obviously COVID hit and we had to postpone. Andrea was very flexible in helping us choose dates. We then moved it to October 2020, but ultimately chose to postpone until August 2021. Everything went seamlessly! Mollie was so much help and truly was a sweetheart! Jess, the maitre d, made sure everything was the way it should be. The Windsor Ballroom went above and beyond my expectations! Anyone looking in the Jersey Area should absolutely consider here!

From the very beginning the team at The Windsor Ballroom was a delight to work with! From our initial meeting to even after our wedding day every detail was thought of, every question was answered, and every need was met!

We originally planned our wedding for April 2020, then (for obvious reasons) rescheduled to September 2020, and then again, and FINALLY, to March 2021. Through each step of the process the team at Windsor Ballroom was there and available to help any way they could.

The day of everything went flawlessly! We had our ceremony, “cocktail hour”, and reception on site. Even with all of the changes and precautions in place, the quality did not suffer. They have found an efficient and effective way to continue hosting events. We have heard nothing but rave reviews about the food, and the whole night, from our guests!

From the very first email to Windsor Ballroom, Andrea has been the greatest factor in making our decision, and an easy one it was! She was always very prompt and patient with answering all emails and questions making us feel as comfortable and confident in our decision-making as possible. The day of the tour, we walked into a beautiful venue that Andrea had all staged for us to see! It was easy to picture our special day taking place at the Windsor Ballroom! So excited for next year to come!

From the moment we met Diana and toured the Windsor Ballroom, we knew it was where we wanted to get married.  From the second we met her, Diana made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Her genuine smile and bubbly personality matched so well with us as a couple. She listened to our needs and worked with us to create the best possible package.  The excitement we felt that day carried us through the year, as we continued the planning.  So many people told us the planning would be so stressful, but Diana took that away from us by being the best coordinator we could have possibly asked for.  I could go on and on about how amazing she is at what she does!  Yes, it is her job, but she excels at it!!

Throughout the process, the entire team was there for us every time we had a question or concern.  Between Diana, Ty, Kelly and Andrea, they made wedding planning so easy.  Every time it was time for us to have an appointment, they were right on top of it. When they say no stress wedding, they mean it!  I was confident going into our big day that everything would be perfect.  

The day came and they did a fantastic job making my vision come to life. I was blown away by how put together everything was for us.   Ty and his assistant Yazmin did an excellent job, and our head wait Florie was on top of us all night making sure we were well fed and had what we needed.

At the end of the night, everything was packaged up for us to pick up in the morning. The ease of everything from start to finish made for a seamless weekend and a very happy bride and groom.  

Our only complaint is the hotel; we hesitated to add this here because I don't want to take away from how amazing the ballroom is or how much we loved our wedding day.  I definitely don't think it would be fair to dock stars off the amazing ballroom; that said, when you contract your wedding here, you get a hotel suite for bride and groom and a room block for your guests.  As amazing and organized as our ballroom team was, the same cannot be said for the hotel.  I went through four main contacts and had a lot of unnecessary back of forth to get things right.  On the day of, we had multiple issues with rooms- non-smoking rooms smelling like smoke and in two rooms, issues with mold.  Our friends didn't want to upset us so we didn't find out until the next morning, when we found out that some of our guests left that night, instead of staying.  This just cannot be overlooked.  

Ultimately, the pros of booking here far outweighed any negatives.  We had considered a few other places, but I am so happy we went with the Windsor Ballroom. The only change we would make is staying at a different hotel, even if it meant paying out of pocket for the suite.  It is shame that they are connected because the quality of the ballroom far outshines the hotel.  

The Windsor Ballroom has a package for every budget and they really work hard to make sure you have the most perfect day.  Our guests are still raving about how beautiful everything looked, the amazing selection of food and huge dance floor!  One last note: our cake was included from Chocolate Carousel and it was honestly the most amazing cake I have ever had!  It was unique to us and tasted amazing!  

All in, we would not change having had our wedding there.  Our day was simply the best and I only wish I could do it ten more times!  

The Windsor Ballroom was highly recommended through an email and I remembered attending there for a friends wedding in 2015 and I remember the food was amazing. When I got an email reply back of being interested in touring the place, my wife and I were so thrilled the venue was connected to the hotel making it very convenient for us by the end of the night. We also loved how close it was for our guests. The wedding packages were great and the food was still as amazing as I remembered it. Most importantly my wife loved the place. Honestly we spent maybe 3 weeks researching venues and The Windsor Ballroom was the only place we physically toured and we booked our wedding the same day. Ty, Diana, Kelly, Andrea and Sue (before she transferred) were amazing. They were on top of everything, very professional and fun to plan with. They really enjoy their jobs and I think it really makes a positive difference. The ceremony and reception both went well without any issues and would highly recommend The Windsor Ballroom to anyone.

The windsor ballroom was the best venue we could’ve chosen for our wedding. The staff were so helpful and responsive to all our questions. The staff made our visions become reality and went above and beyond in making our day so amazing.

I am personally very big on customer services, and the team at the Windsor Ballroom went above and beyond to provide and us with the best customer service from start to finish! From the moment we went to tour the Windsor Ballroom, Diana welcomed us with some delicious snacks and was very kind and friendly answering all of our question. Her attention and service to us was what helped us make our decision to have our big day at the Windsor Ballroom. The amazing follow up that both Diana and Kelly provided from the moment we booked to the day of my wedding was AMAZING, it made me feel more at ease and know that I was not missing anything. Ty was able to bring to life what I had always envisioned on how I wanted the decor to my wedding to look like.

The food and service during my wedding were absolutely great! My guest were amazed at the amounts of delicious food and telling me how everyone from the Windsor Ballroom did such an amazing job and how kind each of the servers were.

I am a HUGE customer service person. The customer service from the very beginning with Windsor Ballroom was EXCEPTIONAL! They ALL made me feel that our wedding will be in the PERFECT hands! Kelly's greeting from the second I meant her was full of energy and excitement for MY day! We got married at Windsor Ballroom recently and I can not emphasize enough how great the staff, food, catering, venue- EVERYTHING was. Along with being one of the most affordable venues in the area, the quality of production, setup, timing, food/drink, and everything else exceeded our expectations. I would recommend Windsor Ballroom for anyone having a wedding/party in the Princeton area!

We had our wedding reception at the Windsor Ballroom on 5.11.19, the staff was very accommodating to all our needs and wishes! I did not use the chairs or tablecloths provided by Windsor but that was no issue for them to set them all up beautifully! All my guest raved about how delicious the food was and some even thought the cocktail hour was DINNER as there was so much food! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Diana and Kelly were responsive to all my emails about payments and any questions leading up to my big day! Jennises was great at booking all our rooms and proving all information regarding rooms and even lets us check in early to the junior suite so that my bridesmaids and I had some place to drop our things off! Ty was awesome the day of, he always checked in on us at the reception and had our bridal suite key ready and waiting for us! This was just a great experience! When Planning a wedding you have to trust that all parties involved will do their job and the Windsor ballroom did not disappoint!

The Windsor Ballroom is the best kept secret in NJ. Diana was absolutely wonderful! We sat down with her to inquire about the venue and pricing for our daughter, Gia’s Sweet 16! She gave us an incredible package that included centerpieces, decorative chairs, up lighting, and so much more. The food packages were incredible and the pricing was so reasonable. We had a budget and she went above and beyond to keep us within that budget, but gave us everything we wanted and then some! In addition to the decor, which was absolutely gorgeous, we had a cocktail hour and the servers were constantly going around with their trays the entire time. The food for dinner ranged from Italian, to Chinese, to fajitas and more. We loved the buffet stations! We had open bar. Dessert was everyone’s favorite, from Sundaes, floats, shakes, cakes, and a chocolate fountain with Oreos, rice crispy treats, fruits, etc... our Matre D, Ty, was the BEST! He and his amazing staff were so organized, caring, and kind. He decorated the Ballroom like it was something out of a fairytale! Ty was there for us every step of the way. He made sure everything went off without a hitch and was wonderful to work with! I cannot say enough about the Windsor Ballroom, their packages, and their staff! We had approximately 180 guests. People are still raving about the Windsor and our daughter’s Sweet 16, whether it be via fb, Instagram, texts, phone calls, etc... Thank you so much to Diana, Andrea, and Ty for helping to make Gia’s event magical, beautiful, and perfect for us! 💜. You all went above and beyond our expectations!

The Windsor Ballroom was beautiful, classy and elegant with a touch of modern ambiance. The food is excellent and there are a ton of fun stations to add to cocktail hour and dessert. Andrea, Diana and Ty were helpful and professional, from answering all of our questions to making sure every last detail was perfect. They took care of everything and were an integral part of our wedding day. The banquet Captain, Irma was also amazing. She was incredibly attentive and made sure we ate, drank and enjoyed ourselves! We cannot say enough great things about The Windsor Ballroom! Thank you guys for making this the most amazing and perfect day-it exceeded our expectations and will forever be one of the most amazing days of our lives.

Working with Diana was AMAZING! From the moment we met we knew we loved how nice, fun, and professional she was. The venue is beautiful and gives you so much to work with. Diana was able to do so much for us and even gave us snacks and refreshments, which even though it doesn't sound like a lot was really nice! Kelly was also very helpful in giving us some great ideas. They were so hospitable and friendly we booked the day we toured the venue. So excited to work with the staff there and I am confident that our big day will be magical.

I have to say that from start to finish, Andrea M. at the Windsor Ballroom was amazing! She had everything that myself and my future husband could ever want in a venue. And, she made us feel like family right from the start. We ultimately chose another reception spot purely because the time we would have wanted was already booked. If you want a class act with every minute detail meticulously planned, Andrea is your go-to woman!!

This catering team was more then helpful. They were worked out every single detail you can think of , they answered every single question no matter what it was and they pulled off the most incredible wedding that we dreamed of having!!! The staff - correction - the friends at Windsor Ballroom truly took care of me. I say friends because they truly treated us as one of their own. I'm a person who must be in control to ensure perfect. The friends at Windsor Ballroom ensured everything was setup BEYOND expectations. The decor, the abundance of food, and the service!!! I truly can go on & on how my husband and I are STILL receiving compliments from guests that our wedding as "Best Wedding Ever" - but honestly, the team at Windsor Ballroom are the personification of a Trust Fall. The wedding we had at the Windsor Ballroom in East Windsor was indescribable. The food was amazing, the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, and the venue was beautiful! We couldn't ask for more! Absolutely AMAZING!!!

We had our wedding reception here earlier this month and it was a joy! We had this venue booked since January 2017, so we had been working with them for over 1.5 years before our actual wedding. We spoke with many members of their team, as of course team members can change in that length of time, but everyone was quick to pick up where someone else left off and was extremely accommodating. Our wedding was a dream: the space was flexible, cocktail hour area was extensive, dance floor is huge! Thanks so much Windsor Ballroom for the best wedding we could have ever wanted!

We were thrilled with our experience at the Windsor Ballroom! Andrea, Ty, and the team were always so responsive to any questions that we had. They helped us to feel confident that all arrangements would be made as we desired. They gave us a phenomenal package deal for the ceremony and reception, which included a wedding cake from Chocolate Carousel. Further, we were consistently notified of discount opportunities, and that allowed us to add enhancements to our ceremony and reception while remaining within our budget. They let us use the private courtyard for our pictures at no charge and made sure to have our ceremony room set up to allow for picture-taking well in advance of the ceremony.

Setting up a room block was easy and we were not charged for any unused rooms. Amanda always kept us apprised of who had made reservations. While staying over at the hotel (Holiday Inn of East Windsor), we, our wedding party, and other guests got spectacular service from the front desk (especially Molly) and other staff.

Ty and Irma gave us great attention and advice leading up to the ceremony and both made sure that our ceremony and reception went perfectly. Irma even helped to bustle the wedding dress! Our guests were so complimentary of the abundant and delicious food offered first at the cocktail hour and then at the reception. We highly recommend the Sundae Boardwalk enhancement as dessert for you and your guests!

At the end of the night, Ty, Irma, and the team packed everything (gifts, our toasting flutes, leftover cake, etc.) quickly and transported it to our bridal suite.

We could not have been more satisfied with the service and quality of the food and venue as at the Windsor Ballroom. It is a beautiful and elegant venue that offers very reasonable and comprehensive packages with a phenomenal staff dedicated to great service.

Our wedding was a hit and people have been raving about it since. Everyone was very accommodating and made the experience a great one!

Everything was PERFECT from start to finish. We sat down and booked with Samantha who we fell in love with and who helped us to fall in love. Unfortunately, she took another job and left the ballroom. At first I was nervous because she was the only one I eve spoke with but boy was I wrong to be nervous. Andrea, Sidney and Rachel stepped up and were absolutely fabulous. As most brides, I was FILLED with questions (sometimes 3-4 emails a day with questions). They answered every single one with no hesitation and made me feel so comfortable walking into the big day. Our day started out looking like a wash out - but waking up that morning it looked like we would be safe to be outdoors. They had outdoor AND indoor ceremony set up for us just to be safe and that was such a calming factor. I would have been so scared it would downpour right as it was time to go down the aisle. Ty, the day of coordinator, was fabulous. He made sure everything was perfect and that I was comfortable the whole day. I can never say enough about EVERY person at this venue. Everyone keeps telling us how FANTASTIC the food was, and we totally agree! BEST venue, BEST dance floor, BEST food and BEST staff! Thank you all SO much for the BEST day.

The Windsor Ballroom was an amazing wedding venue! The price was reasonable and everyone was so nice and accommodating all the time. The staff was amazing. Beginning from the sale and venue coordinators. All the ladies were always smiling and happy to see us. They were very accommodating and were always looking to please us. Than the night before and the day of the wedding. The staff was amazing. Friendly and always smiling. They were happy to be with us on our special. A special shout out to Ty our maitre dee. He was phenomenal, he simply killed it. We got so much food that was included and it was open premium bar. We couldn't be happier with the venue and anyone who helped with it.

As soon as my husband and I met with Windsor Ballroom we knew that’s where we wanted to have our wedding. The whole process was great. The staff was great at getting back quickly to emails as well as keeping in touch with us throughout the process. They did our catering for us as well. The food was delicious. My husband and I were very pleased. The only problem we had was a small misunderstanding with kosher and vegetarian meals. Those meals did not get ordered. Luckily we only needed a few of those! They also set us up with Chocolate Carousel for our cake- that was so amazing! They are contracted with the ballroom so we got a delicious and beautiful cake for next to nothing! The day of the wedding Irma was by our side helping with everything and anything we needed. She was such a doll and such a pleasure to have help us. If we had to do it all over again we would still pick Windsor Ballroom.

We held our same sex ceremony in the court yard followed by cocktail hour and reception on 8/27/17. We cannot thank East Windsor Ballrooms staff enough for pulling together to make our event magical. The food and service were superb. The sales and banquet department were patient with all of my questions and concerns and very cooperative and informative. Ty was the "man of the hour" holding every thing down while remaining organized and on top of every detail. Can't forget Irma and Natasha from banquets. You guys are the best and we recommend and will use you again. Thanks

The Windsor Ballroom was the perfect venue for my daughter's bat mitzvah! Many details go into planning and executing a bat mitzvah and Windsor Ballroom catered to every intricate detail. (Including even getting us into a room when our suite wasn't ready to get dressed and get our hair and makeup done). The food was amazing and the staff gave us the personal hand-holding experience that we required for our event to be a success. The cocktail hour was well staffed, food refilled (including our sushi station), bathrooms very clean.

The physical dinner part was well executed. We had over 220 guests. Dinner entrees were all served on-time together, one side of the room was not waiting while everyone else was eating. We had kids eating 20-30 minutes in advance, that was well executed so that the adults could have a special time with the dj.

We reserved a room block with roughly 30 rooms taken. Guests were delighted by the clean reasonably priced rooms and very happy to have a free breakfast on Sunday. The hotel worked with us to coordinate a time for our guests and everyone was happy the party in essence was a destination and weekend event.

People did not expect such a fine venue. They were surprised and still are talking about the fabulous party weeks later. We thought the entire staff did a fabulous job and we would book another party again! You should consider Windsor Ballroom for your wedding, you won't be disappointed! In fact you will be WOWED by your decision of where you had your once in a lifetime experience

The entire staff at The Windsor Ballroom was wonderful to work with. Each and every one of them made my planning a breeze. The ballroom is beautiful and large enough to fit 200 people comfortably. My guests were raving about the food!!! Everything came out hot and there was plenty of it!

Thank you to the Windsor Ballroom Staff for the excellent service and attention to detail for our July 9th 2016 wedding at the Windsor Ballroom. My wife (fiancé at the time) and I began our search for a venue in July 2015. The Windsor Ballroom was the first venue we visited and ultimately decided this would be where we hosted our Wedding, Cocktail Hour, and Reception. Since July 2015 we were in regular contact with the staff to ensure that all details were covered as well as asking questions as they came to mind. They were very prompt and professional throughout even when it came to some last minute changes on the day of our wedding. Our wedding day was amazing and all guests even today still talk about how much fun they had at our wedding and how well everything was planned and presented.

The Windsor Ballroom was an amazing venue. All of the staff was incredibly helpful from rough ideas to finishing touches. Everything was perfect for our wedding. I couldn't have been happier with our decision to use this venue.

The Windsor Ballroom is amazing, from top to bottom, start to finish. The girls are always excited, helpful and responsive. Not only was the price incredible (incredible!) but you would think the service would reflect this- not even close. Maitre D Samantha was flawless. If something had gone awry, we never knew it. She made sure we were fed and had a drink at all times, even brought my groom a second entree. If I could do it all over again, I wouldn't even hesitate to chose the Windsor Ballroom. The food was delicious! (Better than the tasting) everyone couldn't believe the filet mignon and the cocktail hour. They set the bridal party up in he back room with our own waitress to cover drinks and had food set up. If you have any doubts, consider this your sign. Book now!!

Our wedding was 2 weeks ago and choosing the Windsor Ballroom as our ceremony and reception site was the best decision we ever made. It was absolutely perfect in every way. From the beginning the girls in the office were so helpful, friendly, and professional. They worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect for our special day, which it was! The fact that it is inside the hotel made it that much more fun because everyone stayed the night before and the night of the wedding. Everything was amazing from the food, to the service, to the ambiance. It is a perfect wedding venue all around and even has some great spots outside for some great pictures! The hall is beautiful, and the food was amazing. Our guests are still talking about our cocktail hour. We did the platinum package and it was well worth it. My husband and I were looking for a venue with everything in one location and Windsor Ballroom was perfect!!! We had the bridal suite, guests stayed overnight and everyone loved breakfast the next morning. Our whole experience with the team was just unbelievable. I want to get married again just to have it there and work with everyone. Tara, Samantha (both of them) and Lindsey made me feel as if I was the only bride they were working with. Everything was beautiful from the moment I booked to the day of my wedding! The ballroom was perfect (sans the ceremony) lol. Guests are still telling me how great everything was! While planning my June 27, 2015 wedding, I had the honor of working with Lindsay, Tara and Samantha. All three women were wonderful to work with and never failed to make me feel as though I was the only bride they were working with. Lindsay responded to all emails and helped answer any and all questions I had. Tara did not skip a beat when I met with her and handed her my own diagrams, lists and “pictures” of how I wanted things set up, but rather ensured me that everything would be perfect. The days leading up to the wedding, I dropped off a truck load of supplies and met with Samantha. Although I labeled everything with where they should go, I knew there was a slight chance that something would be forgotten or left out. Samantha was so sweet, yet very professional and business oriented, which is how I am so it gave me a sense of comfort and trust. The day of the wedding I was completely blown away, the ballroom had been transformed into the room I had envisioned. Everything was perfect and I would not have changed a thing. Guests commented on how wonderful the bartenders were and even said they got to know the guests and would have a drink ready for them as they walked up to the bar! Throughout the whole night, Samantha was constantly making sure I was okay, that I had a drink if I needed one, that the decorations were okay, etc. She had no problem doing the cake cutting a half hour earlier when I asked, and luckily she was there to help us with the cake cutting itself, as I had no idea what I was doing.:) The whole night was perfect and the only complaint I heard was how full my guests were from cocktail hour! I am not sure how I was so lucky to have Samantha as my day of coordinator, but to any future brides- you will LOVE her. She is truly the best and I loved having her there on my special day. After the reception ended, I was very pleased to go up to the bridal suite and not only find our dinner, but also two huge pieces of our cake waiting for us.

Everyone was wonderful! I have gotten so many compliments on the food and the entire wedding. Can't thank Tara and the girls enough for everything they did to make our day special. Samantha made the day go so smoothly. I didn't worry about a thing.

I would recommend the Windsor Ballroom to any couple getting married or for any event you are planning. We had a great experience on our wedding day and all the days leading up to it! The front desk crew were absolutely amazing to us and our guest. The ladies who work for the convention center answered all our questions, no matter how many times we called. They were there every step of the day helping us with whatever we needed and always keeping a glass full for us. Our day was more than perfect and the food was outstanding! You won't regret your decision and the prices can't be beat!

I had my reception at the Windsor Ballroom and I can tell you that it was only the third place we looked at and we booked that same day. Do not be put off by the outside area which looks very run of the mill Holiday Inn. The ballroom is very nice, the cocktail hour is held at a very spacious area and more importantly for us....they dancefloor is ginormous!

Unless you come here for a wedding, I don't think you get the scope of how beautiful the ballroom can turn out. Tara and her team did so much to help us with price, decor and lighting which made the place really come alive.

Cocktail Hour:
We did a Jersey Shore table during cocktail hour which everyone raved (especially the kids). The servers were excellent, kept coming by with trays of food and very attentive to guests needs. MOST IMPORTANTLY the maitre'd was PHENOMENAL!! He greeted me as soon as I stepped foot on the premises and literally ran around helping me fix a dress issue I had, got me a cocktail to relax and had another server bring me food so I wouldn't pass out.

Food:
The food is was all so delicious! We picked the baked chicken and the crab stuffed fish and people all loved it. We added dessert trays at the end were filled with these ginormous chocolate covered strawberries and endless crispy pastries, at first I thought I wouldn't need it, but our cake turned out to not be that good, so it really helped.

Decor:
They can include everything from centerpieces, table numbers, tea lights an envelope cage AND YOUR WEDDING CAKE as part of your package.As a bride that wanted to spend a month-long honeymoon in Europe INSTEAD of centerpieces, this was a huge selling point.

I can not say enough about the amazing service I received from the Windsor Ballroom. I have a very demanding job and kept forgetting about due dates for deposits, guests counts and basically everything important....and they were all so patient with me, accommodating to my schedule and really always taking that extra step t

We got married at the Windsor Ballroom yesterday, and the experience was phenomenal!!!! Our wedding party, guests, and us had a blast, and Chris was an amazing Event Coordinator. This was the first venue I looked at and I fell in love the moment I walked in. I was on a budget but you would have never known based on the atmosphere, service, food and overall experience. It's been almost a year since my wedding and people are still talking about it. It was perfect!!

We had my Daughter's wedding on May 25th 2014 Everything from the staff to the food and décor were wonderful, we also had a breakfast the day after the wedding and that was wonderful as well The staff was such a pleasure to work with we had many out of town guest and I haven't received any negative comments, everyone raved about the food and Tara and Chris made everything wonderful along with all the venue staff and hotel staff. It was a wonderful wedding !!!!!!!!!!!

I can't imagine working with anyone else, Tara was so helpful and flexible during our wedding planning process, we looked forward to meeting with her each time. She's fun, and makes it fun to plan a reception. The food was excellent, and the value for the price was great! The ballroom was a great choice and they were very hospitable for our guests and ourselves. Also, the Maitre'D Chris, was extremely helpful and coordinated out whole night with the vendors. Our reception was perfect!!!!

I never would have imagined that one location could have so many wonderful employees. Tara, Cristine, and Chris were all so amazing that I want to get remarried just to see them again! Jason, the bartender we had, was incredible! So many of my guests made sure to tell us how Jason had their drinks memorized and was super friendly. I am not sure if you can request bartenders but if you can, ask for Jason! My aunt, who always has something negative to say, could not find one thing to complain about. Every detail came out perfectly and there is not one ounce of regret for leaving my wedding in their hands.

We just had our wedding at The Windsor Ballroom on 3/15/14 and it was gorgeous, magnificent, perfect, wonderful, exciting and the list goes on and on. The room was breath-taking. I couldn't believe how quickly they set up our room after the wedding before ours. I blinked and it was done. The girls in the office (Tara, Sam, Cristine) are all very helpful and a joy to work with. They are very responsive and gave me GREAT ideas for many details to our wedding. Closer to our big day, Tara was able to calm me down with her experience as a therapist (I'm sure it was newly acquired for me). They were able to work with in our budget and we couldn't be happier.

Chris - our maitre d - was absolutely wonderful. He helped every step of the way, from making sure my new husband and I were comfortable, well fed (and beveraged!) and if we needed anything he had it quickly to us. He even got my toss bouquet out of the chandelier (yes, I was the bride that threw my toss bouquet into the chandelier - it's all my dj's fault (but I won't tell him that!)) and brought it to my maid of honor at JT's bar well after the reception ended before he headed home for the evening (close to 1:30am!!).

The food from cocktail hour and the reception itself, was delicious. A bit of forewarning: the abundance of food will make you wish you had a bigger stomach!!! I wish we had the ability to try out some of the stations during cocktail hour but being the bride & groom does have some disadvantages - constantly being pulled in a million directions. Everyone is raving about the food and how much you get. Some were asking to box their meals up to take them home (which isn't an option for guests!).

I wish I could do it all over again so I can relive it. The Windsor Ballroom will definitely be my referral point whenever someone I know gets engaged! My wedding reception will be one of my favorite memories for a very long time!!!! I am still smiling from ear to ear (4 days later!!!!)

Our daughter's wedding was on 2.22.14 (Winter Wonderland) and we can't offer enough thanks to Tara & her team, Chris & his team, the Hotel front desk, registration & the entire hotel staff. Our daughter's wedding was magnificent and as one of her uncles said, "This has to be the best family life cycle event we have ever had!" It was everything that we could have hoped for ... and then some.

Tara, Chris and the entire staff at the Windsor Ballroom were amazing! From day one, when we met with Tara I knew that this was the perfect venue for us but more importantly that Tara was going to take great care of us as a couple and was invested in making sure our wedding was perfect! The value we got with the Winter Wonderland package gave us exactly what we wanted, to host a big party and feel like we could have everything! The value at this venue is amazing and the quality of everything from service to food to ambiance was unmatched!

Tara was very responsive to all of my little questions throughout the process and was always willing and determined to help with things to ensure I was not stressed. We brought both sets of parents when making decisions and Tara was great at working with all of the personalities and keeping us on track.

For our actual wedding day there were a few last minute changes but Tara not only chatted with me about everything she communicated directly with my other vendors to ensure that everyone was on the same page. I never had to worry for one second on my wedding day about if/how everything was going to be ready and set.

Chris handled the event with a calm confidence and made us feel like he had it handled. Even when my groom wound up hitting his head on the chandelier mid-Hora, Chris and his staff managed to clear the floor, clean up and fix the fixture with little to no disruption to the actual flow of the evening.

Little bumps and/or changes were nothing for the Windsor Ballroom staff and their calm confidence was invaluable. Plus it is always all the little things that really matter. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have the support and value to create your own custom wedding from top to bottom!
