The Indigo House was the perfect venue for our micro-wedding on November 16! It offered a relaxed, intimate setting, and Stephanie made the planning process seamless with her responsiveness, patience, and expertise.

We opted for the property buyout from Friday to Monday, which was one of our best decisions. It allowed us to host a welcome dinner on Friday, and we were able to spend extra time with our guests before the big day.

Stephanie was incredible from start to finish. She helped us build an amazing vendor team, including a florist, photographer, and private chef, all of whom were fantastic. She also offered thoughtful extras like stocking the house with firewood, a s’mores kit, pastries, and quiches for the weekend, plus we were able to borrow wedding essentials like decorations, a cake stand, and vintage cake cutters. Stephanie was always quick to respond, even to last-minute questions.

Stephanie kept us updated with photos of the tent and rental deliveries, and she even surprised us with a thoughtful wedding gift—a Virginia State Park Pass and a guide to local hiking spots. Her attention to detail, kindness, and patience made all the difference.

The property itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with four spacious bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. It was also very dog-friendly, with amenities like dog bowls, towels, a doggie first aid kit, and multiple dog beds.

The Indigo House created the perfect atmosphere for our celebration, and we all had a blast. Some of our friends even expressed that they’d wished they’d had a wedding like ours! We are so grateful for the memories and can’t recommend this venue enough. Huge thanks to Stephanie and Kyle for helping to make our wedding experience unforgettable!
