This is the place to do it. Of all the things there are to worry about on a wedding day, our venue was not one of them. I had complete trust in the Hidden Oaks staff for our wedding weekend that the venue would be in perfect shape for my day, as was demonstrated with every prompt email response and follow up throughout the process. I would highly recommend them, they just take the event to the next level.

There are so many good things that I could say about this venue and their staff. My husband and I found the Hidden Oaks when all it was, was the blueprints, we toured before it had even been finished but after meeting Allison for our first tour we fell in love - we didn't look at any other venues, we knew this was where we were going to get married. You are given Day of Coordination with your contract, however, Valerie & Allison exceeded that expectation, allowing multiple tours when I was in town showing family members to answers my millions of emails because the stress of planning a wedding from states away was getting to me. Arriving on the rehearsal day I felt so much ease, knowing how closely to detail the staff pays attention and how they truly do anything and everything to make sure that you are taken care of is unmatched service. On the wedding day, everything went seamlessly (or at least in my eyes they did, who knows what went on the background lol). Even if there was things, Allison & Valerie fixed it without hesitation and without me finding out - which is a win in my world. Their team made sure that everything stayed on schedule and that my husband and I were taken care of at absolutely all times. I would recommend this staff and this venue 100000 times over again. My husband and I are just so lucky that we go the chance to get married at this beautiful venue with the best staff. 11/11/23 was the best day of my life and there absolutely no way that would have happened without The Hidden Oaks and their team.

Was researching in Virginia the best wedding venue, April 2024 and came across this venue.

Went to the venue that spring, and literally fell in love with the modernism look but just how beautiful everything was… From the landscape…… To its views… And literally just a venue was clean and modern looking.

The team that works, there was amazing to work with. We are gay male couple, and one of the hesitations was just this political climate of being refused services.

This venue not only respects us, but made our wedding day perfect. They responded to our communications right away and made everything happen. No complaints at all no feedback for them to improve… Just amazing all around. Worth every penny.

Literally the best wedding venue in town… Do not waste your time going to the Jefferson Hotel or Main Street station wedding venue… This is literally the best venue in Virginia.
