I am writing this on behalf of my little sister who was just married here last September. She and her new husband had the best day of their lives, and our family is still raving. As her maid of honor, I was there with her at every meeting and present throughout the entire planning process. Laura and Rachel were amazing! Their attention to detail and patience with the extensive correspondence (mom had A LOT of questions lol) really made us feel like we were a top priority. Wedding day was magical and Laura even pulled off a few miracles on wedding day to make the whole event seamless. The Havens was definitely the perfect place to celebrate such a special day! Highly recommend!

We knew this was the perfect location for my daughter's wedding and it was fabulous in every way. The ceremony site is stunning, the cocktail location was perfect and the clubhouse was truly had the perfect vibe. The best way to describe this venue is "old world charm" and the wedding coordinator was very responsive, easy to work with and helped my daughter's vision become reality. BEST WEDDING VENUE!!!

The venue is exceptional!! Gorgeous ceremony and reception sites! We fell in love with the architectural features from Europe and the feeling of having the place to ourselves! Laura and her team provided an incredible level of attention to detail - nothing is overlooked. This was a destination wedding for us and they made the planning process seamless. I cannot recommend Vista Valley CC highly enough.

My niece was married here in November, and it was a perfect wedding! Such a beautiful location with a lot of historical pieces from the 1700; it looked liked a castle! The staff was amazing and my niece said the team that helped her throughout the process was top-notch. I would definitely recommend this place.

The venue is beautiful, and the staff was extremely responsive during the initial meeting and tour and especially during the event. It was simply amazing, these are the words from the bride, my daughter.

I looked all over Orange County and San Diego/Fallbrook to find the perfect wedding venue that stayed within our budget, and I just couldn't find any that felt right...until I went to the Vista Valley Country Club. The moment I drove up to the beautiful front entrance I was sold! The gorgeous wooden doors, the Tuscan Villa atmosphere, the overall vintage beauty of the place just blew me away! We got a tour with Laura, and for how much it would cost, it was such a great deal since there was just so much space to utilize such as the gorgeous ceremony site, the cute outdoor cocktail hour area, the enormous reception area inside including the beautiful bar and patio. The fact they would be transporting our guests in golf carts to the ceremony site was so fun too!

We did have to postpone our original wedding date due to the pandemic, but the venue worked well with us to ensure we got a new date squared away and transitioned everything easily. It did tack on another securing fee to book the venue for that day, but there's not much that could have been done about that with COVID going on. Our original rehearsal dinner plans fell through because of COVID as well, but it worked out perfectly since our venue also hosts rehearsal dinners! We had our wedding rehearsal and dinner at the same place which made everything so much easier! The food was absolutely to die for and it was nice to be able to spend a relaxing night by the firepit on the patio before the wedding.

We had Kristy as our venue coordinator, and there just isn't enough we can say to describe how amazing she truly is! She answered all of our questions, eased any stress we had with wedding planning, handled every little detail for us, and we are just so grateful for her endless advice and support throughout our 3 year wedding planning journey. My husband and I can't thank her enough for making our wedding day feel so magical!

I'm so happy we booked with the Vista Valley Country Club! It truly was the best day ever and all of our guests had so many wonderful things to say about it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking this venue for any event and we can't wait to come back for future visits!

Kristy and Laura were great to work with! I was so grateful to be planning our wedding at a venue with such supportive and professional staff. Kristy was wonderful in helping plan the details from food to decor to day-of timing. The venue itself is truly a hidden gem! The outdoor ceremony space absolutely took my breath away. It was both natural and majestic with the oak canopy and wooden arch. Such a serene and beautiful location for a wedding!

My daughter was married at Vista Valley Country Club this month and the event was flawless! Laura and Kristy worked quietly behind the scenes to allow our family and friends to enjoy the idyllic outdoor wedding site and the reception and dinner which followed. Hors d'oeuvres and wine around the fire pit followed by sumptuous food and delicious wines served in the comfort of the club dining room. High ceilings, chandeliers and great views accompanied the dinner and the service was spot on! A HIGH recommend from a delighted family!

Best venue I have ever been to! We got married here and it was like a fairy tale! The staff was so wonderful to and catered to making it a perfect day 10/10 recommend to anyone who is looking to get married!

Having our daughter’s wedding at Vista Valley Country Club was the best choice we made! Kristy Trotter was amazing to work with, right from my first contact and initial questions all the way through to the wedding day itself. As a venue, it was perfect—great location, easy to get to, yet felt tucked away in its own secluded valley. The ceremony area combines a gorgeous natural setting with enough shade to keep guests comfortable and the pergola was lovely even before the flowers we added. The site also has unique antique gates and doors that proved to be stunning backdrops for the wedding photos. The reception area is also perfect—plenty of room to seat our 130 guests, with a central dance floor and more amazing French country antique furnishings. The dinner was delicious and served just the way we wanted. Every staff member we met was kind, professional and extra helpful. Feel confident if you choose this venue—you will have the wedding of your dreams!!
