I cannot sing Emma’s praises enough!!! We hired Emma as a month-of coordinator and are fully convinced she is the sole reason our wedding went off without a hitch! We had over 200 people and our ceremony was at a different location from our reception—no small undertaking—and from the moment we started working together, we knew our wedding was in good hands. Emma is extremely organized and has the perfect demeanor for this type of work. When I was actively pulling my hair out with stress (and a venue that was less than forthcoming about a conflict with our event space), Emma stepped up and made sure everything went smoothly, all while remaining calm, cool and collected. Emma was SO easy to work with and is a pleasure to be around. She also has a great inventory of items to bolster your décor—we ended up renting a card box and table numbers from her that she printed and designed with our names on it! She helped us hone our vision and refine our timeline, all while making sure everything was finalized to our liking! She put out every fire that popped up and truly felt like our wedding day guardian angel.

My wedding came with more than a few bumps in the road and Emma took care of everything (even a very very rude and deceptive florist) with confidence, poise, and skilled expertise. She made me (a very nervous bride) feel more calm and confident about my wedding and my husband and our families loved working with her too. It's taken me almost 6 months post wedding to write this review because I truly did not know how to put into words how amazing working with Emma was. I remember having our initial phone call and stressing about everything. I had no idea what I was doing when it came to wedding planning and I felt this insane pressure to have this picture perfect day. Emma was absolutely amazing at calming me down and reassuring me that everything would be okay. We hired Emma for Day of Coordination and Design and she blew every expectation out of the water. Emma took the chaos of my brain and the million ideas I had and created a beautiful design board to work off from. Along with our photographer Emma helped create a timeline for the day full of intention. The day before the wedding we dropped of all wedding details and decor at the venue. I went into my wedding day having no stress about how the day would go or the venue would look because I knew Emma would absolutely nail every single detail. Emma is insanely professional and detailed oriented. She knows this business so well. More than that she is just an insanely kind and thoughtful human being. I truly cannot recommend Emma enough for day of coordination.

I almost did not hire a wedding coordinator and how glad am I that I did! From our initial meeting to the day of - Emma helped make the planning process a flawless and stress free one. Her honesty, genuine nature, and calming presence was so reassuring. She really helped me hone in on the aspects of the wedding that meant most to me - helped me reduce waste and inefficiency. Emma was great to work with! We found her to be incredibly flexible - we changed ideas several times, and throughout Emma offered her advice and suggested what might work best for our budget and for the venue. We had several phone calls with her to discuss details, and each time she refined the plans to perfectly match our vision. She was very communicative and was always available to hop on a phone call throughout the planning process. That said, she REALLY shines on the day of the wedding. In addition to coordinator duties, Emma also acted as our florist and overall wedding designer. She could not have done a better job meeting our vision and adding personal touches. Throughout the night, she made sure we had everything we needed and took care of the details to make everything run smoothly. The night went off without a hitch and we had so many comments about how beautiful the space looked. We are so thankful we hired Emma as our coordinator and designer!

I am so grateful for Emma. We hired her as our day of coordinator and as a DIY bride, she made sure that everything that I envisioned came to life. I don’t have enough good things to say about Emma and Simply Grater!!! We hired Emma to do all of the decorations and florals at our wedding venue, and from the moment we started working with her a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. I don’t have an eye for decorating but had a clear vision, and after one detailed convo with Emma about my vision she sent over a detailed PDF with elements of my vision broken down beautifully and it was exactly as I had imagined. On the day of the event Emma arrived and got right to making the space look absolutely incredible. Can’t recommend her enough!!!
