We had the most beautiful wedding at The Bordone. We were married right before everything in New York City became locked down, and Jules and Mary at The Bordone were so generous and kind in the midst of the uncertainty. We knew as soon as we visited that it was the perfect venue for our small cocktail wedding. Because of the pandemic we had a few last minute changes to the wedding itself, and Jules was able to work closely with us and our wedding planner to help make the day as smooth and fun as possible. The Bordone truly came through for us on our wedding day. We had planned an outdoor ceremony, but a literal hurricane hit that day. Even our backup tent rental fell through due to high winds.
Despite the chaos, The Bordone went above and beyond by rearranging their schedule and giving us access to the upper floor (which we hadn’t originally reserved) to ensure our day was still special.
Somehow, even with the last-minute changes, everything turned out beautifully, and our guests had no idea the plans had shifted.

Bordone LIC is an amazing venue! Extremely professional, beautiful backdrop of Manhattan skyline, and plenty of space to accommodate our guest count of 165. We worked most closely with Hector, who went above and beyond from the initial viewing to day-of. Highly recommend this venue!

The Bordone is an absolutely STUNNING venue in the heart of NYC. The views of the Queensboro bridge and the Manhattan skyline are unmatched, and I loved the fact that it was located in Long Island City - close to great restaurants for Friday/Sunday events and nice hotels within walking distance. Mary was also super responsive over email, and Hector was incredible during the day of our wedding! Overall, people were coming up to us during our wedding telling us that we had chosen the best venue ever. We would definitely choose the Bordone again!

The Bordone was one of the only venues we considered, and as soon as we discovered it, we knew it was the one. From transparent pricing and flexibility around almost all vendors, to Kimberly's responsive and friendly attitude in working with us from start to finish, The Bordone was a great place to host our wedding. Our guests were dazzled by the views of the city skyline from the terrace and the city lights all around once dark fell. We also loved being able to use the upper terrace for some pre-wedding photos with our bridal party and got some truly special shots of the Queensboro Bridge, which holds special significance for us. One of the features of this space is that it's a blank canvas, but the kitchen came with a number of amenities that saved us money, and overall we found that this allowed us to control our costs and decide where to splurge versus save.

The Bordone LIC was the perfect venue for our Fall wedding! Many of our guests were from out of town and were completely blown away by the views of the skyline. The terrace provides plenty of space for a large ceremony and the indoor space was exactly what we were looking for to be able to create our own wedding look! The blank space allowed us to really make our vision turn into reality. Kimberly was so helpful throughout the planning process, and her and Hector helped make sure everything went smoothly the day of as well. We loved everything about our wedding at the Bordone and would recommend the venue to anyone planning a personalized and magical wedding!

We were very lucky to have our multi-day fusion Bangladeshi Hindu- Italian American wedding at the Bordone in April 2021. The Bordone being basically a white canvas helped us transform the place into 2 completely different vibes and it was a wedding dream come true! How could you not love the unobstructed view of the skyline as the backdrop for your wedding ceremonies! With a blank canvas also comes a lot of work since multiple vendors need to come together to put together your vision- the team at the Bordone (Mary and Kimberly) were so helpful, responsive and accommodating to everything that needed to be done to make our vision for the weekend come to life! There were so many questions and concerns that go into putting the wedding together and they were also so communicative. On the days of, Hector was the manager and he did a ton of work making sure all the vendors were able to load and unload, manning the elevator (they only have 1 but you can have a super elaborate wedding with it) and checking in with the vendors as well as us! I truly felt that the team here was invested in making our wedding amazing. Moreover, it was seamless to move my wedding from 2020 to this year. All of our vendors had a great time working with this venue and I highly recommend this space for any customized event that you want. Our wedding was highly customized and the venue fit everything we wanted. Also during COVID times it was super nice to have both an indoor and outdoor space to host our event in. Our wedding guests were in love with the venue and we are so so happy and lucky to be able to host our special days here!

The Bordone LIC is an amazing, modern venue with breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline. The staff has always been friendly, super helpful, and incredibly responsive to all of our questions. We always felt in great hands with them for our wedding.

I got married at the Bordone in October and I was so happy from start to finish. Jules was amazing. She was always available to answer my questions that I had and gave great advice and suggestions along the way. I miss her! I toured the venue a couple of times with vendors leading up to the wedding and it was always clean. The views from outside are stunning. Your guests will love taking photos out there. It’s perfect for an outdoor ceremony or an elegant dinner on a warm summer night. The space inside has windows wall to wall allowing you to have views of the city as well. It’s a great raw space allowing you to get creative and make the space your own for your special day. I love the Bordone and would 100% recommend!

I loved The Bordone! Not only was it a stunning venue (those views cannot be beat!) but Jules, Mary, and James were a dream to work with. They were super responsive, let us explore the space multiple times, communicated with our wedding planner, and let us store our DIY decorations there the day before the wedding! I would rent the 5th floor again for an event and highly recommend the space to any engaged couple. The wedding was gorgeous!
