Wonderful November Wedding

What an amazing space! We had a November wedding at 99 Scott, with a ceremony in their tented courtyard and a reception inside their main space. We absolutely loved it - every space there is beautiful and gets amazing light. It’s pretty huge (especially for NYC!) so we had plenty of room for our guests (we had 150… the venue fits many more) and a big dance floor. The space is so beautiful already - it’s an industrial warehouse look, with large windows - it took very little decor to make it look really incredible. Our guests raved about how cool it was.

It’s a “raw space” venue - they only provided the bar, some staff, and a few other things like coat check - so be prepared to be hiring ALL the additional vendors. This definitely added some work for us but it felt worth it because we loved the space so much!

Great Venue!

I got married at 99 Scott in November of 2024. We had a quick turnaround and despite the innate stress of wedding planning, I was extremely pleased with the venue and services provided. We had our ceremony under the tent in the courtyard which exceeded our expectations- it was so beautiful. We worked with their florist for centerpieces and bouquets as well. The staff day-of was attentive and warm, all of our guests had positive things to say. Thank you so much to the team at 99 Scott!!

Great Wedding Space

My husband and I had a wonderful experience planning our wedding with the team at 99 Scott. They had a lot of great spaces. We had our wedding in the courtyard and reception inside. We also had a great after party in inner space. The disco ball was such a fun touch. Everyone was so kind and easy to communicate with. We are so glad we went with 99 Scott for our wedding venue.

A beautiful space

99 Scott has it all. We were pleasantly surprised to see how spacious the space was we had no issues accommodating our guest count of 200. They also offered florals, sound and lighting which made it helpful and reduced the amount of vendors we needed. I used their bridal suite to get ready which was helpful in the morning Their team is so kind and accommodating we’re glad we found them when we did!

Do Not Recommend 99 Scott

I would recommend against working with 99 Scott. The space is absolutely stunning and all of the frontline staff we worked with were lovely and helpful. Despite that, our venue was by far and a way the biggest stressor and source of unexpected costs in our wedding process. Instead of being upfront about fees, 99 Scott takes full advantage of the fact that you’ve already invited people to your wedding and milk you for all you’re worth. As one examples, they added unexpected costs for site visits, which were in our contract, a week before our wedding. They told us they were flexible about substituting liquors of similar value in and out of their package, then tried to charge us thousands to do it. Lighting, sound, and heating were all added costs they didn’t tell us about beforehand. Heating was a crazy cost in particular — despite assuring us it was feasible to have our January wedding outside (it was their suggestion) our guests had to wear parkas until we ended the cocktail hour early. They also can’t seem to keep staff — over the course of our 7 month planning process we had three different points of contact, for reasons that were never explained. They throw a great party but they don’t make it easy.
