Incredible venue
We hosted our wedding at 74Wythe in April. Our wedding was absolutely perfect, and hosting at 74Wythe was everything we dreamed it would be. It was the only venue we looked at during our planning process, and we knew right away it would be spectacular. The views, the spaces, and the staff were all amazing. The team at 74Wythe was incredibly communicative and helpful, we especially appreciated all of their vendor recommendations and worked with many folks they recommended to us. Special thank you to Margaret and Jaida who helped us every step of the way!

Joy on the Rooftop at 74 Wythe
We held our daughter’s wedding on the rooftop at 74 Wythe. She and her fiance fell in love with the venue when they toured it last summer. They were looking for a Brooklyn vibe and views across the East River, and 74 Wythe delivers, with spectacular views of Lower Manhattan from the huge banquet space, with a retractable glass roof and perfect post-industrial Williamsburg energy. It is also barely a step from all the Williamsburg action, including, for us, the two hotels where our family and friends stayed and the venues where we held our rehearsal dinner and welcome party. The venue coordinator, Molly Bloom, could not have been more helpful and accommodating, and she and her team were genuinely thrilled for us, joining in our excitement every step of the way in planning and carrying out the vision of the young couple. Molly even came back early from her own family event that weekend to be able to share in our celebration. Every part of the evening, from the ceremony on the rooftop, to the cocktail hour in “the Room,” to the dinner and dancing back on the rooftop, and a final after-party coda on the night in the charming “J Bird” lounge, was absolutely perfect. It was eye-opening to see the small army of folks who worked behind-the-scenes throughout the night to make sure everything went according to plan. Everything was wonderful, from the smooth and quick management of multiple moves from one part of the venue to another, to the gorgeous spaces, including an outdoor Crow’s Nest terrace for conversation away from the dance floor, to the genuinely solicitous staff in caring for the particular needs of some of our individual guests. They also totally embraced the “fun” vibe of all our personal touches, like the specialty cocktails named for the couples two rescue pups. We are so grateful to have been able to give our daughter and her (now) husband this magical experience as they begin the rest of their lives together.

Book your wedding at 74Wythe
If you're thinking about booking 74Wythe for an event, do it—you seriously won't regret it. This is coming from a corporate event planner that finds and vets venues for a living. 74Wythe was everything I was looking for and more. My husband and I got married there on 8/27/23 and it was honestly a perfect experience. We first looked at 74Wythe before the pandemic, but life had other plans. Over time we kept in touch with the INCREDIBLE Chloe (she's a freaking superstar... seriously the best) and finally pulled the trigger with only 3 months to plan the big day. Chloe and the entire team were so helpful, kind, flexible—they went above and beyond to make the day a success. They dealt with me asking 10,000 annoying questions like "where's the firstaid kit?" (who does that?!) but Chloe and team were so patient and truly carried out the vision I had for the space. The venue is a jaw-dropper between the service, views, and overall vibe. Our guests have been consistently saying it was the coolest wedding they ever went to (humble brag, ha!!) but I will be back to 74Wythe for corporate events to come. All their spaces are stunning and offer their own unique character; "The Roof" is flat out epic and highly recommend retracting the roof down for a wow moment mid event, their downstairs room "The Room" is spacious, clubby, and cool, and their fantastic speakeasy "J-Bird" is where we had our afterparty, it was the perfect place to have a nightcap. And don't get me started on the location/area, it's perfection. I could honestly go on for pages. Long story short, book your wedding / event at 74Wythe!!!

Dream venue
74Wythe was truly a dream venue to host our wedding. The team was incredible and very helpful throughout the whole process, working seamlessly with our vendors and coordinator to make sure we had the most amazing experience. The venue itself is gorgeous and full of potential to make whatever vision you have happen, all of our guests had a blast and our band filled the street below with their music. The views are breathtaking and we would throw a party there every week if we could. An incredible 5 star experience!

Want the best venue NY has to offer? Look no further!
Wow, where to start? Booking 74Wythe as our venue was the quickest and easiest "yes" to ever come out of our mouths! I'm pretty sure my now wife said yes faster to booking this as our wedding venue than she did when I proposed! That being said, this is one of the most gorgeous venues that NY has to offer. This was the only place we went to see and instantly knew we didn't have to look anywhere else. Stunning views with such cool and unique spaces - it doesn't get much better than this! Special thanks to Margaret, Tiana and Katy for making everything happen for us and making us feel so at ease during the planning process and our wedding day. We truly couldn't imagine anywhere else to have our wedding!

Best Wedding Venue in Williamsburg BK
The 74Wythe team exceeded our expectations! We had our wedding here and couldn’t have asked for more support and guidance throughout. Chloe and Tiana really took the time to share their vendor list and provide us with some great resources to connect to. Our Wedding was magical and we ended up having our after party at the JBird Cocktail Lounge which was a hit! Thank you again for everything we recommend this venue to any couple in NYC looking to have their wedding.

Amazing modern venue
Picking a venue was the hardest thing for me and my now-wife. We saw many places around Manhattan and Brooklyn, some of which she liked, and some of which I liked, but none of which felt perfect. After we did our walkthrough of 74Wythe, we turned to each other and it was clear... this was the one.
74Wythe is a beautiful modern space with great decor and vibes. The rooftop, which we used for our ceremony and reception dinner and dancing, has a fantastic view and feels extremely spacious even with the weather-proof covering. The mezzanine and downstairs lounge made for an intimate and classy-feeling cocktail hour. And the Jbird lounge downstairs was a fun afterparty location combining speakeasy vibes with bartenders willing to help us party the night away. They have a number of nice spaces like the Crow's Nest roof for taking pictures or handling overflow. And let's not forget the spacious bridal suite, with space for the entire wedding party to hang out and prepare for the big moments.
The staff, with Chloe as the event coordinator, were wonderful. They worked perfectly with our vendors and handled all the drinks, security, and directing of guests. (Plus probably other things we couldn't see because we were busy getting married---the good news is we never heard about any problems, because everything was handled!)
This is the best wedding venue in the city, hands-down.

Most Beautiful NYC Rooftop
We chose 74Wythe for our June 2021 wedding and it was perfect! Chloe & Tiana and their amazing team helped make our wedding seem effortless and easy. They paid attention to every planning detail and request, were always professional, friendly, and cool. Their event staff were top notch and there was never a wait for service. Even their security team, particularly Sean, was important to ensure everything was on point.
The rooftop view from Brooklyn is stunning and cannot be beat. Inside, the main room and mezzanine was perfect for our cocktail hour. We were also thrilled to have JBird Cocktail for our post-ceremony newlywed pictures as the design in there is just gorgeous. The staff had no problem flipping the rooftop from ceremony to reception within a half an hour (give or take) for 90 guests.
We highly recommend 74Wythe if you're looking for a beautiful rooftop venue in NYC!

The Best Wedding Venue in Brooklyn
My wife and I were incredibly honored to be one of the very first weddings booked at 74Wythe. We wanted an outdoor venue with a view of the New York City skyline, and 74Wythe delivers this and FAR more.
The space has a beautiful art deco-meets-speakeasy vibe and is absolutely stunning, incredibly dynamic, and just plain fun to be in. It is also flexible and interchangeable enough that you can have nearly any seating or socializing arrangement you can think of. The sound system is amazing, the vendors and staff are impeccable, and the entirety of the experience is simply unforgettable. Our friends and family have been raving about our wedding weeks later.
The best part of the space is the retractable roof. Planning a wedding many months out, the weather can be a constant form of stress, having no idea that far in advance what the day's clouds might bring. But with 74Wythe's dynamic roof, you can have it any way that you wish. Having a Rainy Day Plan B is hardly necessary here. The downstairs event space is equally impressive, as is JBird, the secret cocktail bar attached to the main room. You just have so many options with this building, it being so freshly rebuilt and thoughtfully designed.
Working with Tiana and Chloe was fantastic. They understood every last desired detail of our wedding, and were more than accommodating for each need. They were so thoughtful and enthusiastic throughout the planning process, and we would easily recommend working with them for any event.
You really can't go wrong with this 74Wythe, and you and your guests will be blown away by your wedding here.

We were the first wedding to be held at 74 wythe and we can’t say enough glowing things about the venue! Chloe and Tianna were superstars at making sure everything was set up to our liking, the rooftop space is just stunning, and really I don’t think any other Brooklyn venue can top this one!
