Located in Brooklyn, New York, 74Wythe is a versatile venue for hosting wedding celebrations. This modern space was constructed in the place of one of New York City’s most popular nightclubs. The venue was built with close attention to detail, boasting exquisite features both inside and out.
Facilities and Capacity
The venue spans over 15,000 square feet and three stories, providing the space and freedom to design the event of your dreams. Four different spaces are featured, all of which are designed in a one-of-a-kind manner while still portraying a common theme throughout. 74Wythe was built to preserve the history of the building’s 1929 origins while adding a contemporary touch to the space. The hidden gem of this venue can be found at the top of the building. The spacious Rooftop offers expansive views of the Manhattan skyline. This outdoor deck is sheltered by a retractable glass canopy, meaning that special events can be hosted all year round. This venue features a space known as the Main Room, which can accommodate celebrations of all sizes and boasts a full-service bar, a stage, and a large Mezzanine. Guests will be welcomed to the Main room through one of the two exclusive street entrances and greeted at the coat-check. The hidden gem of this venue can be found at the top of the building. 74Wythe sets out to impress and achieve the unimaginable. Behind a utility cupboard, guests will stumble upon a secret cocktail lounge. This hidden treasure boasts an ice display room, a horseshoe-shaped bar, and a custom-made glass chandelier. This space can accommodate receptions for up to 80 guests.

The Best Wedding Venue in Brooklyn
The space has a beautiful art deco-meets-speakeasy vibe and is absolutely stunning, incredibly dynamic, and just plain fun to be in. It is also flexible and interchangeable enough that you can have nearly any seating or socializing arrangement you can think of. The sound system is amazing, the vendors and staff are impeccable, and the entirety of the experience is simply unforgettable. Our friends and family have been raving about our wedding weeks later.
The best part of the space is the retractable roof. Planning a wedding many months out, the weather can be a constant form of stress, having no idea that far in advance what the day's clouds might bring. But with 74Wythe's dynamic roof, you can have it any way that you wish. Having a Rainy Day Plan B is hardly necessary here. The downstairs event space is equally impressive, as is JBird, the secret cocktail bar attached to the main room. You just have so many options with this building, it being so freshly rebuilt and thoughtfully designed.
Working with Tiana and Chloe was fantastic. They understood every last desired detail of our wedding, and were more than accommodating for each need. They were so thoughtful and enthusiastic throughout the planning process, and we would easily recommend working with them for any event.
