David Kasyanyuk is a Ukrainian-born photographer, craftsman & the creative mind behind Atmosfera.

With over 12 years of experience as a professional wedding photographer, David is no stranger to the wedding world. He has traveled all over North America throughout his career, shooting over 400 weddings of various cultural backgrounds, and starting a photography studio business in his hometown of St. Paul, MN.

His photography journey eventually led him to New York City, where he shifted focus towards fashion & commercial work, but still maintained his various studio businesses. Now he has founded his latest endeavor, Atmosfera, which is a conduit for his various passions - Photography, beautiful design, and hosting unforgettable events.

David is incredibly detail-oriented & is eager to provide outstanding hospitality, which truly shows when any guest walks into Atmosfera.

Matthieu, as we love to say, is super French.

Originally from France, where he is notably recognized for his family's distinguished vineyard in Burgundy, Matthieu has known wine intimately his entire life. Naturally, this journey led him down the path of becoming a Sommelier, and holding various positions & managerial titles in the hospitality world, in restaurants, bars, clubs and other venues.

Since moving to NYC in 2015, a move he describes as the best decision of his life, he has hardly left. And with this move, he discovered a new passion; photography. He has spent the last several years honing his craft & simultaneously using his managerial background to manage and oversee the startup of a very successful photogaphy studio.

That said, he is by every measure still a brilliant & highly skilled hospitality professional. Since starting the Atmosfera project with David, Matthieu has played a vital role in building out Atmosfera's bar program & managing the venue's event staff.
