We were first in touch with Greta to plan a larger wedding but once the pandemic hit, Greta was incredibly helpful at working with us to revise the plans for a "micro-wedding."

Greta was really thoughtful on all the details and her extensive planning skills were on display at every point in the process. She was responsive to any questions we had, proactive and forward-looking to avoid any last minute crunches, and helped make everything flow smoothly. With COVID planning, she was also very thoughtful about safety and helped ensure we set everything up in a way that was socially distanced, had hand sanitizer stations, etc.

Greta and the Nova Events team helped us plan our wedding at Villa Woodbine in Miami. From Day 1 to Wedding Day Greta and her team were exceptional. While we only hired Greta as a day-of planner, she was involved for the 6 months leading up to our event. She helped identify vendors, negotiate contracts, and get us fully set up for our big day.

Greta was an absolutely incredible wedding planner. Having never planned a big event before and with very little outside assistance, Greta helped me turn a raw space into my dream wedding venue while having so much fun along the way. Greta is extremely organized, ontop of both the small and big details and has amazing relationships with vendors who just want to work with her. On the day of the wedding, Greta also had a bridal assistant Tasha with me the whole day. She was an amazing asset and also made the day go smoothly. With the lofty goal of planning a 250-person NYC wedding in just 4 months, my groom and I were certain that we'd need a good planner on our side. We interviewed 4 different planners and from the moment Greta appeared on our Zoom screen, we were immediately put at ease. She is calm yet direct, gentle yet firm, but most of all—her attention to detail is incomparable. I'm not sure how many times I said to her, "there's no way we could've done this without you," but I really, really meant it. Greta caught small errors by our other vendors that saved us a headaches and money in the long run. While we hired her for specifically to execute all the aspects of the wedding that we planned, she went beyond the scope of her work to make sure that we felt secure and on track to pull this wedding off.
