Taylor was the best planner we could have asked for for our wedding day. She is kind, organized, responsive, and so attentive to ensuring our vision and wishes for our wedding day were executed how we wanted. Joy was incredible to work with as our Month Of Coordinator, can’t recommend her and the Taylored Events team enough! We’d already selected our venue, vendors, and design, but wanted support with ironing out final details, timelines, and day-of logistics. We initially weren’t sure if we needed a coordinator to begin with, but are so glad we went with them, especially because it made the day completely stress free, not only for us as the couple, but just as importantly, for our family and wedding party.

Joy gave us a spreadsheet to help us check off everything we needed for planning, created our timeline down to the minute for the day of, coordinated all communication with vendors leading up to and throughout the wedding, oversaw our rehearsal walk-through the day before (on site), and set up our decor for us. Special touches included being so kind to our flower girls and keeping them entertained (thank you to Joy’s assistant, Lindsey) during speeches, taking phenomenal candids and Polaroids throughout (we had a camera out for guests to use during reception, pic attached), and helping with my quick dress change.

Joy & team are super organized, friendly, diligent, professional, and flexible — and they really care about everyone having a great time.

When we say Taylor EXCEEDED our expectations, we truly mean that. From start to finish Taylor was such a calming and supportive presence in our lives. During the planning portion of our event, Taylor communicated with all of our vendors and made sure we were always on the same page. She was organized and had all of our contracts, seating charts, floor plans etc all in one google doc making it extremely easy to follow and stay on track. She was always responsive and answered every single question we could possibly have. As the wedding got closer, we had weekly calls to make sure we tied up any loose ends and that all the vendors were on the same page.

The wedding day was beyond perfect. Taylor looked like a boss woman the whole time with her clipboard and made sure that she was keeping everyone in line and on track of time. There were a few times when things didn’t go as planned like having to move the ceremony inside due to rain and changing the floorpan last minute but she handled that with STRIDE. She made all the executive decisions and explained them to us calmly. We trusted that no matter what, she would make the best decision for us in the end and she 100% did! Everything ended up working out better than planned and we will be talking about this day for years to come.

At the end of the event, Taylor helped all the vendors pack everything up and out of the venue and made sure that nothing was left behind. We could not recommend her enough as your wedding planner. She is strong, resilient and intelligent. She is organized, reliable and knows exactly what she is doing! You can really see how much she loves what she does and how she strives to be the best she can be every step of the way. Shout out to her assistant Joy for everything she had her hands on, including being so delicate and gentle while steaming my heavy wedding dress and taking some incredible behind the scenes shots of our day and for just being another amazing person to rely on. We couldn’t have asked for a better team!!!!

Working with Taylor was such a relief in the wedding planning process. I was so stressed about all the little details going into the last few months of wedding planning. With ~2 months to go I decided to hire Taylor to help with all my decor and last minute logistics. I was worried it was too late to start working with a planner, but it definitely wasn't. I had not intended on hiring a wedding planner, but when I realized I had not completed a single task for months I knew I needed help. Taylor was perfect - kind, knowledgeable and affordable! She helped us find our florist, DJ, makeup artist and coordinate with the venue/caterer. She also helped us with imagining the look and feel of the wedding.
