I knew from day one that when planning my wedding IC by Shanelle had to be the team I use. Ever since seeing her blog and watching her work I knew she would be the one. So said and so done we choose Shanelle to be the wedding coordinator for my recent wedding 9/7/15 and she was exceptional. Her professionalism, her flexibility, her experience, her demeanor is so calming and that is what every bride needs. I can't thank her enough for being at my side every step of the way.

I came across Shanelle's blog after researching weddings done at the particular venue that I was having my own wedding. My mom was so impressed that she insisted we call her for her assistance. I have not regretted it one bit! As someone who's never planned a thing in their life I needed tons of help and Shanelle handled anything that I had questions about....and I certainly had a lot of questions! We were always in constant communication, as I was planning the wedding from out of state, and she made my timeline of handling things so much smoother and stress free. The hecticness of the day of the wedding was eased with Shanelle handling everything. I didnt have to worry about a thing. Everyone at Imaginative Creations was a pleasure to work with and I wound up having the wedding of my dreams, which would not have been possible without them!

I worked with Jenny from start to finish of my wedding. She was so sweet, friendly and easygoing to work with. She planned my bridal shower and coordinated my wedding. I wanted someone to direct the bridal party on details and she did it with ease. I had the perfect Breakfast at Tiffany's theme bridal shower and many were amazed by the layout. This girl outdone herself with the details that were close to my heart.

Both events were coordinated to perfection. She was always within eye's reach and calming when a problem arise. She stayed with me overnight to make sure all details were taken care of. She managed contacting the vendors, to staying in contact with her assistant Rochelle to make sure everything was being executed at the venue while she was with me. Rochelle worked very well with the bridal attendant Leslie at the venue making sure everything was to my liking.

i was concerned of needing three people that day but these two girls made the day run so smoothly with my 125 guests. So attentive and so kind all throughout the day. They followed me after the wedding to the hotel to make sure I was setup and had all of my items. I was totally amazed by their top service of taking care of their bride and groom. I felt like a Queen and my husband felt like a King!

I had the most beautiful wedding ever and it was well taken care of by Jenny and Rochelle.

On June 4, 2014, I had a Senior Prom Makeover Extravaganza in which Ms. Shanelle Walker served as Coordinator. Although the event was not a wedding, Ms. Walker handled everything with the utmost professionalism, precision and care- as though it were. She strategically organized every detail of the event; and made sure that we hit our itinerary target times.

Ms. Walker went above and beyond the call of duty (Logistics); even standing in as a server and bar matron to help things remain running steady! Where else can you find such awesome flexibility and care in a Vendor?? - The answer is NO WHERE!! :)

Excitingly enough, my event featured live news coverage and Shanelle made a concerted effort to keep the venue as clean and clear as possible to avoid having the news capture any signs of untidiness! This was her clever; and awesome idea and it was absolutely brilliant! Everyone and everything looked amazing on camera- thanks to Shanelle's incomparable logistics / coordination expertise!

Ms. Walker's services are the creme de la creme and I HIGHLY recommend her for any type of Extravaganza:) She is insanely organized; and has a very sharp / keen eye for details!

Shinelle is more then a great wedding planner. She's a counselor and a friend, she's extremely professional and she's there to help guide you every step of the way. She knows how to read her clients and she helps plan according to their personality. From the start of our planning Shinelle was able to provide us an abundance of venues and vendors. She also caused us to save a lot of money for the venue because her negotiation skills. The day of she truly held it down with her staff which was very helpful through the whole day. Shinelle made sure
she was by my side the whole night through. If you are looking for someone to help you save money, and thoroughly plan out your wedding, ICS is what you are looking for.

I hired Shanelle for my wedding and l was totally satisfied with the services I received. As a first time bride, there were certain things that l didn't think about that Shanelle had to remind me of. She was always on top of me to meet deadlines and to make sure everything was in order in terms of my vendors, bridal party, and my personal things. When l had questions and inquires, l would reach out to Shanelle and she would ALWAYS respond promptly. A majority of the vendors that she recommended to us to use we did and we were satisfied.

On the wedding day, l was relieved to have Shanelle at the house helping me get ready because as a first time bride, certain parts of the dress l didn't know how to put on, also my bridesmaids couldn't figure it out either! Shanelle's presence made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I wasn't as nervous. At the venue, She and her staff labored and toiled from the very beginning to the end of the reception.

If anyone is considering whether to hire Shanelle and/or her staff, I would say it is definitely worth the money. It would be less stress and aggravation for you as you plan for the wedding but also on the day of the wedding. :-)

Shanelle and Manny (her assistant) were amazing. The day of my wedding they seamlessly put out minor fires (and I was none the wiser until weeks after the wedding did I find out I failed to make a place card for a family member and she thankfully made sure guest didn't walk away with the florist's mirrors) kept me beautiful, and stayed with me until the last moment of the night. In the weeks before the wedding, Shanelle pleasantly but firmly kept me on a schedule and was alway available to answer endless questions. She is great about anticipating need and kept me sane. She is personable yet professional. She knows how to handle pushy venues and has great suggestions for wedding decor, vendors, or family situations. One of my fave moments was her assistant patiently fixing my dress until I was picture perfect. She was incredibly efficient but what makes her stand out is her incredible spirit and attentiveness to you as a woman- not just a bride.

Shanelle and Jenny did an amazing job coordinating my wedding. I have a hard time relinquishing control and after having a planning who ran off with my deposit, I was relieved to find a team that I can trust. Shanelle and Jenny felt like family. I am almost sad that we have to part ways.Even after the wedding, I reach out to her regarding items I thought I miss and she contacted a vendor, AMAZING. She was extremely kind and responsive to all my needs. Every time I asked a question she had an answer within minutes. Jenny her assistant was a huge help, she coordinated my rehearsal because Shanelle was coordinating another wedding. She was well informed and punctual. Imaginative Creations is THE best!!

I'm so glad that I found Shanelle to be my day-of wedding coordinator! It was always my intention to do most of the planning myself, but I knew I needed a professional to advise and watch out for me. She checked in on my progress regularly and was quickly responsive to every question I had. She recommended several vendors for me that fit my budget and I was very happy to rely on her experience working with them. Closer to the wedding she handled an amazing volume of emails from my mother and I. She was always calm and handled every last minute detail gracefully. Our priest told me later that she was a really lovely woman and I heartily agree.
During the reception she and her kind assistant Manuel were always attentive to any need that me and my family had. I merely had to look at either of them and they were checking to see if I needed anything. They took care of everything!

Shanelle was amazing. We originally contacted her when my husband and I were first engaged, but decided not to continue with her planning services because I wanted to plan our special day on my own. Additionally were supposed to receive day of service help from another source. Long story short through the year of our planning Shanelle continued to reach out to me, not to push a service but to sincerely find out how I was doing planning this momentous day. You can't ask for anything better then that!!!

So three weeks before our November 11 wedding, my husband and I are over whelmed, the person that was supposed to help us became unreliable. What were we to do! So we decided to call Shanelle, and we explained the situation and told her we needed a day of planner for our special day. She was more then willing to help us, it was a blessing.

Shanelle was present for the rehearsal, and maintained order through the process. I can honestly tell you that, I felt a load lift off of me the day of the rehearsal and the wedding. And besides the joy of getting married that the second best feeling a bride can feel on her wedding day. The day of the wedding was perfect, since I really had everything mapped out she was excellent at executing the plan.

The day was perfect, and she had a major role. If you need a planner of any kind Shanelle is the person to contact. I love to plan, but even as a bride you need to give the reigns to someone that you trust and most importantly professional.
