When we say Taylor EXCEEDED our expectations, we truly mean that. From start to finish Taylor was such a calming and supportive presence in our lives. During the planning portion of our event, Taylor communicated with all of our vendors and made sure we were always on the same page. She was organized and had all of our contracts, seating charts, floor plans etc all in one google doc making it extremely easy to follow and stay on track. She was always responsive and answered every single question we could possibly have. As the wedding got closer, we had weekly calls to make sure we tied up any loose ends and that all the vendors were on the same page.
The wedding day was beyond perfect. Taylor looked like a boss woman the whole time with her clipboard and made sure that she was keeping everyone in line and on track of time. There were a few times when things didn’t go as planned like having to move the ceremony inside due to rain and changing the floorpan last minute but she handled that with STRIDE. She made all the executive decisions and explained them to us calmly. We trusted that no matter what, she would make the best decision for us in the end and she 100% did! Everything ended up working out better than planned and we will be talking about this day for years to come.
At the end of the event, Taylor helped all the vendors pack everything up and out of the venue and made sure that nothing was left behind. We could not recommend her enough as your wedding planner. She is strong, resilient and intelligent. She is organized, reliable and knows exactly what she is doing! You can really see how much she loves what she does and how she strives to be the best she can be every step of the way. Shout out to her assistant Joy for everything she had her hands on, including being so delicate and gentle while steaming my heavy wedding dress and taking some incredible behind the scenes shots of our day and for just being another amazing person to rely on. We couldn’t have asked for a better team!!!! -

Taylor is the most professional partner we could have ever dreamed of. Her positive energy combined with her keen attention to detail and understanding of wedding best practices is unmatched.
I met a number of wedding planners before Taylor but me and my daughter/ bride immediately knew that she was our “one and only” for guiding us through this process. She made the experience delightful, joyful and as carefree as possible. Her creative and lovely spirit is contagious.
You would be beyond lucky to have her be part of your wedding planning and coordination team.
You will look back on the experience with tremendous happiness. -

Working with Taylor was such a relief in the wedding planning process. I was so stressed about all the little details going into the last few months of wedding planning. With ~2 months to go I decided to hire Taylor to help with all my decor and last minute logistics. I was worried it was too late to start working with a planner, but it definitely wasn't. She was an absolute lifesaver from putting together a mood board, designing the welcome table, finding all the decor items for us to purchase, talking to the venue about where different items could go, and so much more. I highly recommend Taylor if you need a wedding planner! -

Taylor was the planner for a recent "photoshoot content day" that my husband and I were a part of, and she was absolutely amazing! She was extremely responsive via email beforehand and gave us all the important info we needed in a timely manner. Everything went so smoothly the day of. She's so sweet and personable, and she was very instrumental in making sure we stayed on track with the timeline. My husband and I highly recommend her for your event design and planning needs! -

Run - don't walk - to work with Taylor! There are not enough words to describe how great of a job Taylor did as our wedding planner. She took care of EVERYTHING for us, especially the stress! My husband and I had our wedding in New York and planned our wedding from Colorado. Having Taylor as our wedding planner was life saving. She spent hours, upon hours, researching vendors and venues for us. She coordinated all of our phone calls with vendors and spoke with them when my husband and I could not. She is extremely organized, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and committed to each event she is planning. We planned our wedding for two years with Taylor, and it turned out to be nothing short of perfect. Every detail, every vendor, everything was perfect, all because of her. Not knowing much about weddings, it was such a stress relief knowing Taylor was there to lead us through the whole planning process. Taylor is a must have as your wedding planner! She is absolutely amazing and will help fulfill all of your wedding dreams! -

Taylor is very communicative, a quick thinker, problem solver, and helpful planner. We really appreciated her flexibility, her willingness to work with our vision, and her ability to deal with all kinds of vendors. I cannot even begin to describe how amazing Taylor is. I hired her on a whim when I was worried my venue wouldn’t be able to provide me with the individualized care and support I wanted. All I can say is thank goodness I did. I literally wouldn’t have survived without her. Taylor did everything from answering frantic texts leading up to the wedding day, to editing my table seating documents, even herding my crazy bridal party all throughout rehearsal dinner day. Her work on the day of the wedding was nothing short of perfect. She handled all of my wants and needs seamlessly. She took my vision and added her artistic touch and made my ceremony and reception space look more incredible than I could have ever imagined. She handled all my vendors firmly, yet with grace. Taylor put out fires left and right and did everything to ensure I had the best most stress free day. She is absolutely amazing and worth every single dollar she charges… and then some -

Joy was incredible to work with as our Month Of Coordinator, can’t recommend her and the Taylored Events team enough! We’d already selected our venue, vendors, and design, but wanted support with ironing out final details, timelines, and day-of logistics. We initially weren’t sure if we needed a coordinator to begin with, but are so glad we went with them, especially because it made the day completely stress free, not only for us as the couple, but just as importantly, for our family and wedding party.
Joy gave us a spreadsheet to help us check off everything we needed for planning, created our timeline down to the minute for the day of, coordinated all communication with vendors leading up to and throughout the wedding, oversaw our rehearsal walk-through the day before (on site), and set up our decor for us. Special touches included being so kind to our flower girls and keeping them entertained (thank you to Joy’s assistant, Lindsey) during speeches, taking phenomenal candids and Polaroids throughout (we had a camera out for guests to use during reception, pic attached), and helping with my quick dress change.
Joy & team are super organized, friendly, diligent, professional, and flexible — and they really care about everyone having a great time.
Huge thanks for all you did to allow us to be 100% present with each other and with our loved ones on our special day! -
