We hired Sweet Vida for day-of coordination and lead up. Alexis is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the industry. When I wasn't sure on something, she offered helpful suggestions that felt like me and fit into our wedding beautifully. Leading up to the wedding, she was available, patient and kind with last minute questions. She was diligent on wedding day, on top of everything, and made our day so special. Her passion for her work shows. TRULY, we would not have had such a beautiful, stress-free wedding without her help. I will be thankful to her forever!

On the wedding day, she thought of absolutely everything and managed countless moving pieces behind the scenes so seamlessly that our family was able to be fully present and enjoy the celebration.

As the mother of the groom, I was especially grateful for the care she took to make sure I didn't miss a thing. She checked in with me throughout the day, kept me informed, guided me where I needed to be, and made sure I could focus on enjoying every special moment with my son, our new daughter and our family. Her presence and attention to detail gave me complete peace of mind.

The entire day ran smoothly because of her coordination, and ability to anticipate needs before they became issues. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes while making it all look effortless.

Alexis is simply the best. We had the most amazing experience working with her as our wedding planner. She is very communicative and responsive -- which went a long way for us since we were planning a wedding in Austin from Atlanta. She is so knowledgeable as well. You can rest easy knowing she has all the permits and know-how to make sure you can focus on getting married on your wedding day! In terms of working with a budget for this wedding, she was so valuable. Her experience meant that she knew where we could cut down in rentals/florals/tents to make sure we could still work within our budget. Our wedding day was nothing short of perfect and that was due in large part to Alexis and her team working tirelessly to make sure every detail was perfect. I can't recommend Sweet Vida Events enough!
